I just bought a phone 2 days ago and the girls magie and stephany were very nice so helpful and talkative went by fast. I have 3 more lines from Verizon I will be switching next month! The Manager Magie was very informative and explained the details of the plans and phines

Poor customer service. I spoke to Alejandro and he was completely rude from the start. I tried to be extremely nice thinking hed change his attitude towards me but it didnt help. He refused to help me cancel auto-pay and said I needed to dial 611. I told him I didnt have any reception and he continued to say I needed to call 611. I then said, Im having a hard time doing that because I have no service where I work thats why im calling the local store to try and see if I can do it this way and he rudely responded if you have no service why do you want to cancel auto pay? I asked to speak to a manager and he laughingly responded shes not here. I asked him for her name and all I could get from him at this point was mmmm thats personal information. I felt scammed and extremely upset for the lack of service. Would not recommend this service to anyone. I am canceling my account with Cricket because I refuse to pay for this kind of service.

The person who attended me is very rude on 07/09/2020 from 6 to 7 pm It was a woman of approximately 21 years what happened was that I was going to change my phone company with 5 lines, she was always angry doing her job and He charged me almost 900 dollars to make the change, I took out my accounts, which were 500 and when I told him that it was a lot I ran from the store and he told me that if I did not want them that he would open the door for me to leave and I told him that I couldnt pay for all of that, it was very rude because she was never friendly, I dont understand why they hire staff with that character, they should better stay at home for the night ...

Very bad service, the manager who was there today September 07 2020 6:00 pm did not give me her name, but the truth is she has a terrible character .. she does not know how to treat people, the truth is I do not know why they have it, if it seems that she bothers his work ..
