Its honestly gotten way better since it first opened. Ive gotten complicated drinks and they never fail to get it right. Only reason its not a full five stars is simply because theyre always sold out of a drink of some sorts and there is a wait sometimes. Try this drink out though!

I love love love Starbucks and they always make my drinks amazing but they were charging me 3.89 for tall water and strawberry .. what I didnt understand was why when for every drink that u add them they only charge you $0.50 so why charge so much to add strawberries to a water I asked for the manager in wasco California name Marcus and he said he was sorry he couldnt add strawberries for 50 cents on my water that he had to charge me for an iced tea... Can someone explain this decision when I have had my water with strawberries at another location for a total of 50 cents ... Thank u just a random question thank ...

Great friendly staff. They always give good recommendations when I cant decide. Drinks are always delicious. Down side....they are out of the good drinks at times....but thats just a spike in demand issue.

Honestly, it may not seem like it but its actually good. You may feel like its only for white girls but the drinks actually taste good. They may sound over exaggerated and some are but its good. However the reason I leave a 5 star rating is my server. I think its called a barista but whatever. My server was named Josh. If you go to Wasco Californians starbucks and get Josh that is an amazing person. He is kind, understanding, and asked about my day. He was really cool and safely the main reason why I have a good impression on this place. Josh If you ever read this leave a reply if you can or just know that you made my day.

This is the second time in 6 days that messed up my order and I only ordered 3 simple drinks.Today we ordered 1 venti and tall vanilla bean frap along with venti mocha frap. They repeatedly it back to us asked us three times if that was all. We got a tall and grande vanilla bean frap and venti mocha frap. We asked them to fix it to what we ordered and they said we have to charge you more.The person working drive through can’t multi task.

I’ve been to this Starbucks soooooo many times. And I keep going back to give it another chance. The line is always about a 45 minutes wait. Each time I go they are out of something. The first time it was the base to make frappes, then multiple times after it was cold brew, this time it was venti cups, bananas, whip cream, AND white mocha. And the barista responded with “sorry it’s chaotic in here”????? I’m sure it’s not their fault, but whoever is ordering their products needs to get it together. I’m convinced the only reason people actually come here is because it’s the only Starbucks in the Wasco/Shafter area. I’d rather drive out of my way to a different Starbucks then give this location another try.

The slowest Starbucks I have ever been to in my life and I’ve been to many. I’ve never witnessed slowness like this place. It’s not that there are busy. They are just stupid slow. Be ready to wait more then a half an hour for a drink on a good day.

Slowest starbucks in the Valley. Fall asleep waiting in line or getting off waiting in the lobby zzzzzZZZZzZzZ. Pass it dont waist your time, if your going west theres a quicker one in 20 miles off hwy 5...

Worst starbucks Ive been too. Theyre never consistent. Everything looks unorganized. The wait is always like 3 times longer than they estimate. Overall its never a good experience.

Went to Starbucks and ordered a Grande Cappucino and the cup only had less than 1/4 of coffee and more than 3/4 of foam. Rather pay less at a gas station for hot coffee than go here again. Worst experience for a first time customer!

Ordered 2 coffees. 3minutes Im told the coffee is cold Ill make a fresh pot. 5 min later given a French Press I opened it to put in cream (they put in cream already but there were coffee grounds floating in my coffee. 10 minutes later we received our coffee. When I drank my coffee in the car...it was cold.

Unsanitary I bought a couple of drinks for my family and I and we I got home and was about to drink it I found a hair in my drink really wish they wore hair hair nets everyone has long hair and never in a bun at least .This isnt the first I have found hair in our drinks.

Staff is friendly. Sometimes its a quick stop, sometimes it isnt. Depending on the people that order I guess but staff is always doing the most.

Ive only been to this location a few times, but its definitely the best Starbucks experience Ive found. The staff is top notch - very courteous and attentive. The dining area is unusually spacious and always clean. And even the coffee seems smoother than your average Starbucks for some reason. Ive only had positive experiences here.

I placed my order (iced matcha green tea) and was so pleased to see my drink done just how I like it and they even took the time to write a nice message on my pasty bag. First off I wanna say that I enjoyed my coffee from there. My first impression when I went in there was I saw very friendly faces and a lot kids lol. Now the only thing that I can say is that there was a very long wait and for me I dont mind it but for others I know they dont have patience for it so they just leave. So if your a person that cant wait I recommend that you go in early especially in the morning.

The store used to be very efficient not so much anymore. Heard one of the baristas talking in a rude manner to a customer when they couldnt understand what they were trying to say. I do enjoy the drinks though.

This Starbucks is amazing. Its clean, the coffee served is always amazing. The Baristas are super friendly. When your order is finished, they call your name and patiently wait for you to pick it up.

Fast service

So I had previously reviewed this Starbucks and after boycotting this location for many months I finally decided to give it a go and to my surprise it was very much worth it. It looks as though they have hired new staff since my last review and let me say it was the best move they could have made. The coffees have been almost perfect these last few visits and the staff that has served me has been great. I give them a four star only because some of the wait times for my mobile orders have been longer than the time suggested and the location has been mostly empty the times Ive done mobile ordering so Im not sure whats going on with that. Other than that they have greatly improved and deserved an updated review.

After a few rough visits and avoiding this location for awhile, I must say they have really turned things around and stepped up their game. Their order accuracy has increased tremendously, as well as customer service. Definitely recommend this location and glad its so close to home.

This is the Starbucks that is closest to my house. Because I go there quite often, the staff do know my name and are quite sure of what I am going to order. I have yet to experience a mistake at this particular Starbucks. If you go here later it can be extremely busy as this is the Starbucks in the middle of the Camarillo outlet center. I would recommend that if you have mobile ordering that you use it if youre going to go to this Center especially if all of the stores are open.

Deer in headlights? Walked in, nobody else at the counter. Must be 5 people standing around behind the counter all looked lost? Had to asked to be helped and the young girl or lady said, oh I am just clocking in. Somebody else would help you. ?? Some of the reviews are correct. They have no clue.

I ordered two guava lemonade teas with liquid cane sugar and instead they gave me peach ones with out the liquid cane sugar, and when I pointed out to the girl that these are peach and that they forgot the liquid can sugar she checked the label and said it’s the right one even though it didn’t say anything about the cane sugar, need to pay more attention to detail.

The baristas at the Wasco Starbucks truly enrich my mornings! During weekdays I order their Nitro Cold Brew to accompany my morning study. The temperature in the atmosphere is always perfect, they always have my drink available, and they are extremely polite and friendly. They are a blessing to Wasco!

Luv white chocolate mocha but sad they dont so happy hour, I was so sick and my throat hurt so much would have been nice to bogo for my throat.

I go through drive thru almost everyday ... today I went at 6 pm to get a pink drink .I was the only car on drive-thru . The girl on drive-through asked me what I want to drink and I say a pink drink Viente . I hear laughter and talking in the background. Then I hear Whaat ? So I repeat myself again and all I hear is laughter and talking again . So I decide to pull up to the window . A girl with red hair opens the window didn’t say hi how you doing how much nothing to me she just looks at me so I hand her a $5 she gives me my change. Then hands me the wrong beverage I tell her I need a pink drink..I then ask her who the manager is and tell her that you’re so busy laughing and talking that they couldn’t even hear me - politely .The girl with the red hair then responds To me by saying that she is the manager and “You drove off and it’s not our fault” Exactly like that ! .First time I encounter this person- I’m surprise the manager responded in that way and if there was an issue with my order she should’ve mentioned it when I got to the window . No courtesy no attempt to even try To verify if my order was correct .I wasn’t going to mention anything or say anything but this was a manager and after careful consideration- as I did not want to cause problems -decided to post this review ; in hopes that someone addresses the issue with this “manager” I did leave without my drink and Starbucks can keep the $$$.And I strongly feel I won’t be returning
