They literally charged me $100 on my credit card on top of my $8 dollar purchase I made, it definitely was not accidental . I’m trying to contact the owner about this and they do not answer.

The uhaul here is terrible. Be prepared to wait while they try to figure put what theyre doing. The actual store seemed fine.
