My experience with these guys was incredible. I paid a premium, but in return I received a meticulously refurbished machine that appears to have just come off the factory floor. It plays wonderfully, and along the way I experienced an incredible level of communication that all sellers should strive for. In addition, it was shipped across the country in a secure wooden crate and packed with such care, there was not a mark on it. It is a shame that someone would leave a review such as the other one listed at the time of writing. Given how much I am thrilled, I can only guess it was a customer who was unreasonable or, more likely, a competitor that is jealous of the product and service these guys provide. Highly recommended.
