Oilchange one day, in and out in 30min and friendly.Went next door to the repair side and they where able to squeeze me in when no one else could for 2 weeks. Also $180 less then the next shop. Quick on the repairs and awesome to deal with. The blonde gal at the counter was very helpful.

I had to stay in my car during the service which is different for me. It was pretty fast and had a lot of guys working on the car at the same time. Everyone was really polite. The price was pretty expensive and I’m not sure I will be back because of that. It was about $40 more then I’ve paid anywhere else and typically these “express” oil change places are priced much more competitively.

Very disappointed with my last tire change over Tuesday April 20, 2021. Did they hire people from Diamond Plated Auto? Over torqued my lug nuts, and damaged my center caps, and swapped 3 out of 4 of my metal valve stem caps with plastic.

They were proffessional and gave me a full run down of options. They explained everything and were very quick to identify the problem.

Took longer than expected as NAPA apparently doesnt stock parts in Wasilla for the Jeep Grand Cherokee with the 4.7L; all parts were in Anchorage. Dropped off on Saturday morning and wasnt ready until Tuesday evening. THAT SAID, the work was done well, engine bay was still clean, and the bill was VERY reasonable for the amount and type of work done (lower radiator hose replaced, front diff pinion seal, flush cooling system, change diff oil in both diffs). Overall, very pleased and will definitely return for transmission fluid/filter and transfer case fluid change.

They really did their best to help identify the source of a shimmy, shake, and rumble

They’re never pushy about additional services that may be needed. They simply inform you of what may be needed, the price and time it would take. They offer a professional interaction throughout the service, and I would recommend. Businesses is fast paced, so I wasn’t able to include some information about my car, but they were able to get it done regardless. Price seemed excessive at first, but after talking with others, it was just a personal issue.They were able to fix my car within the day, and it was relatively speedy with what they were doing. Will more than likely be taking my car back here for further repairs if needed.

I live out where you have to park across the lake and snow mobile or boat to my home. All the way home I thought about how wonderful it was to have had my automotive problems taken care of by them. When I got there and told John my truck is leaking oil he sent me to the oil change department for a curt icy check. They where completely booked for the day but, he arranged for my truck to be worked on first thing the very next day. Then he and Jenifer made arrangements for me to be taken to the motel.After the leak was fixed that next morning they sent it over for the oil change where it was found to need a head light, tag lights &, transmission oil change. After getting my approval Jenifer found out it would exceed my $500.00 limit. Looking out for my welfare contacting me for approval.Once everything was complete Jenifer had someone pick me up at the motel. John & Jenifer got everything done in one day knowing my funds where limited and I was having to pay a motel.I hope I never have to have my automotive work done by any one but Auto Mall.John & Jenifer make a magnificent team in seeing to the needs of the Auto Mall customers.

The whole team here is amazing but Jennifer went above and beyond for me. There was communication the whole time! I was never charged for something I didnt approve. Every question I asked was answered with respect and compassion. I have been referring everyone to Wasilla Lube Express and womt go anywhere else!

Beside being RUDE as Ive never experienced before (wouldnt unlock the bathroom after I politely asked TWICE!), these people must be fn blind to have not seen my front calipers were bad and the pads wearing uneven. The shop there also charged me $400 to fix a coolant leak and all they did was block off some hoses (to the Webasto heater). I took it to a real mechanic and he spotted the problem in 30 seconds!

Took my newly bought used car in for an inspection and the change. Pleasure to work with and really put my mind at ease. Thank you for the great work!

I plow snow for a living and when my truck brakes customers cant get emergency services. I removed a broken drive shaft myself and took it to these guys and an hour and a half later they had a new U-joint pressed in and called me so I could come and get it and get back on the road. I’ve used Wasilla Lube for many of my oil changes. They are honest and trust worthy. They make you feel like the customer matters. In the valley I have been to several other places to get my oil changed and have been let down. This is the only place I would recommend going to for an oil change or service repair.

I found my new favorite place. They were fast friendly and super polite. As well as a great price. I recommend these guys!!!

They got me in as soon as possible and within a few hours they texted me to inform me what was going on, which was nice! I’m not a fan of mechanics but will definitely go back if I have any more problems. They also told me how much it would cost upfront, which was $100 to $160 and when I went to pick up my car it was only $56! That alone was best part because I don’t have much money to get my car fixed. I am definitely a happy customer!

They could’ve told me anything and I would’ve paid for the repairs. The truth is I did not need any repairs. I went in for a routine oil change and had used them before with no issues. I like that it is quick, get a look at my vehicle, top everything off. The front desk lady was nice and friendly. However, this time around when I went to pick up my car, they told me that my brakes were unsafe to drive on and needed immediate replacement. My vehicle is a 2013 and used, so I thought it was plausible. Since I have very mechanically savvy people in my life, I said I would wait and was warned that they wouldn’t advise driving my car. Well my husband and father-in-law went to change my breaks themselves to save money and they were hardly warn, almost looked identical to the new brakes. I feel like I was lied to and potentially taken advance of as a woman going in with her car alone. I hate to leave negative reviews, but that is unacceptable and needs to be known.

Did EGR cleaning, all fluids, crank case filter and gaskets. Great prices compared to Dealer, and personal is excellent!!Highly recommend!!

Having been customers of another local auto shop in town since moving to Alaska, we reluctantly needed to look elsewhere because the service had so drastically declined over the last year.We opted to try Wasilla Lube Express and couldnt be happier. They are highly efficient and very thorough.

I only needed a windshield wiper fixed and my heat working. They fixed that and saw that my ball joint. Was going out i had already known but they priced it cheaper then all the other places I had gotten a estimate at i had thought i was going to have to wait and drive with that bad ball joint but they did a good job.

Overall I would say great service. The technicians are friendly. They handled a recent tire issue of mine very smoothly and I appreciated their timely response. Due to the shop being smaller I would say my only critique is the wait time but on many levels that is to be expected. They are a little pricier but honestly I rather pay a little more to get better service. Mr. Lube here in Wasilla ruined my last car and may be cheaper but they cost me $1000’s to replace a car.

I have used this place before with other cars I’ve had and have been very happy with the work they’ve done. This time I brought in a car that was barely working and unfortunately was too expensive to fix. I did appreciate however that they didn’t charge me the full amount of checking over the car and gave me a little discount. I appreciate how efficient they are. They gave me an honest answer about my car and what it would take to fix it.

Took my Jeep in for an oil change and leak,, they called me right away to say there was a Big leak ! Engine almost dry!They were able to get up and going in a day! Cleaned my mats, just super service and was even less money than they quoted!

Took my truck in due to a tire losing air constantly. They found 2 holes in my tire, one of which still had a nail in it. I thought the problem was the valve stem. The repair cost was very reasonable: $25. I expected closer to $60! Happy!

I took my truck in for new brakes because of a ongoing screeching noise, turns out my brakes still had plenty of life. Unnecessary repairs were not made and they even gave me a ride to my work in the morning and came and got me after work to get my truck at no charge. Very impressed.

Very fair pricing, great honesty, they actually come out and show you the filter and ask if you want a change. They talk to you about problems that they see if any, they are just completely honest people. I once thought Mr lube was good, lube express is better! I will continue to go there they dont drive their customers vehicles like they stole it unlike Mr lube, they dont forget to top off everything unlike Mr lube, more pricy but you really are getting taken care of and in the long run well worth it. I hope I can continue to trust in these people as Mr lube lost my trust for them!
