After finding this Doctor through my insurance I made an appointment with them because they were open on Saturday’s, which works best with my availability. I confirmed while setting up the appointment over the phone that my insurance was indeed accepted. To my surprise at the conclusion of my appointment I was asked to pay out of pocket. I made it clear that I was using my insurance prior to the appointment so I was dumbfounded to being asked to pay out of pocket. The receptionist (PA?) explained to me that while my insurance is accepted, that I would have to pay out of pocket and then be reimbursed by my insurance. The process was said to take 2 weeks. I was not happy but succumbed to the pressure and paid the $200+ for the appointment. 3 weeks later I received my check from the insurance... for $40. Now I have to fight my insurance for the rest of my money as all I should have paid from the beginning was a $30 copay. To me this was certainly a classic bait and switch. Disgraceful lack of integrity.
Twice Ive had small repairs.... One my lens popped out and the other I lost my nose piece. Twice they fixed it for FREE AND with a warm smile. Places like this are rare and Im so appreciative!!! Thank you !
Was able to get in in quickly for an appointment before I had a trip. Also had my contacts in stock. They accept Tricare and price match full year contact prices with online prices. Optometrist was very professional, swift, and was very knowledgeable.
Highly recommend for convenience, location and quality of staff...Ethan was great, got my prescription right the first visit and with the buy one, get one free program....I ordered a nice pair of sunglasses for summer!
Great place
Very polite over the phone. Despite my prescription expiring, it was nice, being able to find that out so fast.
Waited 2.5 hours for my glasses to have a small repair. 2 employees and next to no service. I guess they just don’t care.
