The service here is nothing short of excellent! The staff is honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and truly care about their customers and community. Every delivery that I receive from them is on time and the driver is professional and courteous. If I ever have trouble with any of my equipment they are willing to help me troubleshoot the problem and get me the right part the first time. The prices are exceptional and you never have to worry about them trying to sell you something that you dont need. These guys are top notch and they will always have my business.

In my 23 years in the welding industry, I have worked with a lot of welding supply chains all over the Country and World. Some good experiences, and some bad. I was excited when I heard Central Welding Supply was opening a store in Alaska and opened an account within the first month of them being open. This has proved to be a great decision for my company for many reasons. Not only do they beat the competitors pricing (by a long way), the customer service they provide is amazing. They go above and beyond for their clients, they are very knowledgeable, and will help save you money when they can. This company truly works for their customers, and I could not think of another welding supply outfit I’d recommend more.

I purchased a viper mig welder from Central welding supply in Wasilla I have had Inconsistent welding quality with it after 7 months a circuit board went out after 3 to 4 weeks they were able to fix it it was under warranty they then told me that there would be no other parts available for this unit as the manufacture was stocking no other circuit boards I purchased it with a one-year warranty I also ask at the time I purchased it if there would be parts available into the future at this time I ask the employees what they could do about this and I was told nothing I told them that was not OK that I had bought this with a warranty and was told parts would be available in the future I was then connected to the manager of the store and he told me he would give me $400 for this unit back and should never come back to their store ever again I thought this to be very unprofessional when all I was really looking for was them to offer a partial refund if I purchased another welder of better quality different manufacture
