The pharmacy staff needs a raise. We sometimes have challenging Rx situations and the team always comes through and is super helpful in transferring Rxs that were entered incorrectly from the provider.

Walgreens has one of the poorest curbside pickup services at the Watauga, TX location. Yesterday, when I clicked the link it said the store was closed but, it was clearly open. I had to go inside and finally a associate appeared from the back of the store after a few minutes. Another customer appeared to be casually browsing but, he was waiting to be checked out. Today, I clicked the “I’m here” link, and no one brought my order out. There was only 1 car in the parking lot when I arrived. After 15 minutes waiting, I called the store phone. An associate answered, I immediately advised her of the curbside delay. Without an apology or any type of empathy shown, she asked for the name on the order and said someone will be out with your order. After 7-8 minutes of additional waiting, someone came out with my order. CUSTOMER SERVICE & CURBSIDE SUCKS AT WALGREENS WATAUGA, TX!!

I shop at Walgreens a lot but although this store is nearest to me, i avoid it as much as possible. I drove 20 minutes to another store once to avoid going here that is less than 5 minutes from m . The cashier and lady lead or manager there can make your shopping experience miserable and uncomfortable. To use coupons, you are investigated like you are using something illegal. This is why they usually have inventory in stock while other stores may be out because your neighborhood avoid shopping here if they can! I think the pharmacy is what is keeping you all going.

I order two boxes of Nicoderm patches ship to store. When I picked them up I purchased other items and everything was put in a bag and I was on my way. I get to work and pull the box out of the bag and one of the bottom flaps was pulled back. I pulled both boxes of patches out and one was open and EMPTY! Luckily Tamika with customer service was able to get it fixed and is shipping out a new box to me today. Moral of the story folks, if you pick up from this Walgreens or any for that matter- open the box and check your order before you leave to make sure it’s all there. They have patches onsite too and could have saved me the time of having it resolved by replacing them immediately.

This is the best pharmacy around. Tennis, in the pharmacy, is so personable and helpful. He will always ask you how you day is and will remember your name a lot of times. I have been to some pharmacies in the past that are slow or put-off by a difficult request, not this one. I have a special discount card for my prescription, and they always make sure to very it and have everything ready with the discounted price before I come in. They also call me if there is any problem with my prescription or refill request.

You go to Walgreens for convenience,2nd time looking for the same product and cant seem to keep stock it on the empty shelf.pharmacy is awesome but please check your low stock items.

I hated going to Walgreens and they disappointed me again. Dropped of a script and was told it would be an hour I would get a text when ready. So I went and ate, two hours later I returned only to find they wouldnt fill it because of a double mark on a date. Couldnt they have texted me that info or told me when dropped it off he certainly looked it over good then.Oh went across the street and Walmart filled it in 30 minutes.

Store hours are 9 - 10. The doors were locked so I looked and it was 9:56. A girl walked to the door, shook her head no, and went back to what she was doing. I understand its not life or death, but driving across town to find a Wal-Mart sucks when Walgreens is supposed to be open. I called and asked for the shift managers name, its Sheri. Pretty ridiculous. I think asking that a company keep their doors unlocked until its time to close isnt asking too much. Pretty lazy and poor customer service.

I was looking for a Hispanic product, couldn’t find it so I decided to ask the pharmacist. When I asked the pharmacist about it he said “We don’t carry that Mexican stuff here”. I was truly disappointed.

Completely rude. We scheduled flu shots online. First off, no greeting. Secondly, he accused me of having an expired insurance card. Ummm..my card has an issue date, no expiration date. Ive been on my job 21 years so the issue date is not recent. Additionally, if the shots are free, WHY ARE YOU RUNNING MY INSURANCE??? When I mentioned the free flu shot, he asked me to pull it up on my phone, to prove that thats what the website says. He also said sorry, you need to have a COVID vaccine first. Again, assuming! We are vaccinated and have had our boosters. I would have presented our proof, had he asked instead of assuming. HORRIBLE treatment! We ended up leaving with no flu shot.
