I’m a realtor and every time I send my order to be printed I have the hardest time with this store and they are truly rude! Today I printed a class manual myself at home and took it to have binding added. I was rudely told before I could speak that it wouldn’t be done until next day. I asked again seeing I had done a bulk of the work and had eyes rolled at me saying no we cannot do it today. So I went to staples and I will have my book back in one hour bound! I only go here for my discount but honestly I think I would rather pay more for better service at Staples!
Thanks for wasting 15 minutes of my time today while I was trying to run errands on lunch. No one seemed to care that we had been standing inline while 3 people helped one person with her transaction. I ended up walking out without my purchase because I could no longer wait. I am not the only person that walked out either!!
This place was the rudest place Ive ever done business with, the manager is lazy and rude. Maybe they should clean house and start with a new staff. We wont be going back. After looking at several of their reviews. Sounds like the norm. Sad
I wanted to ship some checks via FedEx and they told me they werent allowed to and Id have to go to an actual FedEx store. When I asked if they were a FedEx ship location, they said yes but said they couldnt ship checks via FedEx so I had to leave. Probably just laziness.
Raising your voice over your customers IS NOT how to assist them by any means necessary. The female employee (At the print out area) then proceeded to rush not just myself but other elderly customer/s regarding there orders. If you are that MISERABLE at assisting others in YOUR community then YOU NEED TO FIND ANOTHER PROFESSION.
On 7/29 around 1pm I went in to this specific location to fed ex a package…. The two ladies at the desk were sooo rude! Not to just me, but to other customers waiting in line for services as well. They must be over worked and under paid
I dont ever give reviews, but I have made 6 trips to get a poster for my wedding printed. Lets just say I STILL do not have it done yet. First trip I made up there they dont even have the email, yet I have a confirmation email stating that Office Depot received the email. Was told to email it again right there and see if they got it. Ok, well cant send it from my phone because it is on my computer. Leave. Go home to resend it and call Office Depot and they confirm that they have the email. So I go up and get told that I have to place the order and pay for it before I can get the poster but it wouldnt be done today. That wasnt what I was told when I went up there AND spoke with someone. Now I leave yet again (still no poster). Call the following day and they tell me it is ready. So lets go ahead and make another trip up there. Pick up my poster, it is not even my order. Must I keep going? When I spoke with a gentleman that handles the printing on the phone he was extremely rude when I said I had made multiple trips already to get poster and to ask what is the easiest way to get this completed. He said I could place my order online. I advised him when I chose this option that it only gave me the mail my poster option. Nothing about picking up in the store. He said he didnt have time to help me as he had 3 other people in front of him. I said ok, well I will go somewhere else and he said that was an option. I need my seating chart printed before my wedding and I chose Office Depot because I was told it was a simple process. Clearly not, and from reading the other reviews, I should have known better. Good luck to other customers.
Wait times are crazy just need to pick up a order understaffed at the printing area will find somewhere else to handle my business
I emailed in something that I wanted printed and cut (like I always do). I was then emailed back saying they will do it when I get to the store.BUT they couldn’t cut my order when I was there without me having to come back later so no they couldn’t complete my order in the store when I got there. VERY frustrating! Well if I wanted to wait I would have just walked in but I have an infant and just wanted it done and ready when I got there. Of course it wasn’t. I waited in a line 6 deep. Neither employee seemed to be in any hurry to get through the line. Seemed very unorganized. I have done dozens of orders through the grapevine Office Depot and they run like a well oiled machine. I wish I could go back to that one but unfortunately this is the closest location.
There were not enough people staffed. They were checking out at the print counter, but didnt have a sign stating that in their main checkout area. I picked up the ink box I needed, waited in a long line for them to tell me they didnt have it in stock. 30 minutes for not even getting what I needed.
I went in to have my resume printed. She told me it was $.16 per copy but if I wanted the resume paper it would be $.19 per copy. That was not explained very well because I was charged $.15 just for them to print each page and then an additional $.18 per copy on resume paper. So for 30 pages on resume paper I was charged $10.72. I could have bought my own resume paper and printed at home. The ladies were very nice but I was not explained the pricing very well.
Terrible customer service. I walked in to ship a FedEx package. I was rudely pointed towards the direction where they handle FedEx shipping. I had trouble understanding the woman at the counter and she made no effort to make things easier. I told her I needed to tape the box up before I shipped it and she rolled her eyes with a heavy sigh before dropping a tape dispenser on my box. I quickly taped it up and chose not to have any further conversations with her. I just cant believe, in a time where businesses are suffering, youd allow this kind of behavior when interfacing with customers. It definitely left a bad opinion in my mind about this store.
Horrible manners in print. Treated like garbage in the phone and then in person. Do not talk to a customer without a mask and then demand the next one wear one. Just left and will never return.
Called first to ask if they could print some 11x17 tab dividers and they said yes. Get to the store and there were three people waiting for the gentleman working in the copy center. This gentleman was sweet as ever but so slow. I asked another associate to come over to help because I was on a deadline. He said “he’s better at things in the copy center than I am“....this guy was the manager on duty....he called the girl at the register over to do a laminating job for a gentleman who was there before me...15 minutes later the paper ended up getting jammed so the gentleman helping me just started working on The laminating job because the cashier left to help someone at the register. Don’t use this location if you are in a hurry or if you want good customer service without attitude.
I had great experience with Don at the printer center. He was extremely friendly and helpful. I needed to print out flyers for my open houses and he helped me with this. Even more, he did some changes on flyers to save time (otherwise I would have to go back home, change it and come back).Thank you for help and great service Don!
Office Depot will ge my new go to. Their customer service is great as opposed to the other big box store with a blue and yellow color scheme which I wont be going back to. Thanks Office Depot for being customer needs driven.
I tried to email some building plans to be printed numerous times with no luck they never get them..... so they say.... they blame it on me and say I entered the wrong email address well make a email that makes sense office [email protected] Watauga TexasThe elderly gentleman is so slow like maple syrup running down a tree...Im going to post net for my printing needs....

Employees here have the worst customer service ever!!! Complain to managers and corporate. They will never follow-up with you at all. Not going to mention how easy it was for someone to hack my account and steal all my reward certificates. Called customer service number and they say its easy when they ask for your phone number at the register. Thats BS!!!! I spent a lot of money at Office Depot. I also turn in a bunch of empty ink cartridges from home and the small business that I own. I also turn in toner from my printer at work. But someone stole all my rewards including my bonus reward for being a VIP member. I am a teacher and use my rewards to buy things for my students. I am so sick of Office Depot. I was with Office Max 10 years with no problems at all. Every since Office Depot took over I have a problem every time I turn around. Time for me to head over to Staples with my teacher rewards account and my business corporate account for the small business that I own. People dont yell out your phone number for them to look up your rewards account at the register or your account will get hacked too.
Not a single employee approached me to see if they could assist me. The store was pretty much empty so its not like they were busy helping other customers. After I found what I was looking for it was competitively priced and check out was quick.
Ive been here dozens of times and have never once had a problem. The employees are very nice and frequently ask if you need help with anything, they have always been helpful and never let me down. My only complaint about this store is that they are a little understaffed and it can sometimes be hard to find an employee just walking around. Other than that its a great store!
I had a awful experience with this store. They promised me delivery the next day and we needed the equipment due to having a installer out. Anyway didn’t come for two days. Decided to give them another chance two years later. Went there Saturday and bought an entire office, from the desk, printer, chair, new computer. Also promised delivery the next day since they didn’t have in stock, I told them our experience before and was reassured. It’s been two days and still has not come in yet. Called the store and was told would be here tomorrow. No apologies for the lie it took to sell me! They don’t care about the customers only the commission. DO NOT buy from them, this place is awful.

The manager was awesome! So often I cant find anybody at an office supply store with a clue. I was searching for cardstock and contact paper. Staples would not listen when I told them no, contact paper is not a thing that can go through a laser printer. Here, the cashier got the manager, who confirmed they didnt have it, suggested arts and crafts stores, and whipped out her phone and confirmed the nearest craft store says they carry it. Bought the cardstock I needed, and will try to shop here again.
A little small as far as most Office Depots Ive been in. The three times I have been here I havent had anyone offer to assist me or help me find the items I needed. It appeared to be a clean and tidy store.
When I went to get ink for my epson printer there was none of my type on the shelf. The manager in charge told me that they had it locked in the office and she could go get it for me. I paid for the ink and left never thinking that I should have checked the date for it. No wonder it was locked in the office as they had pulled it for being out of date. My cartridge of black xl ink started telling me i was that it was low on ink. i reinstalled the ink and it was fine for a day then again started getting the message that the black xl cartridge was low on ink as well as the magenta that I had installed the next day. I went to pull them to return the package for a different one and noticed at that time that the date on the ink box had expired the year before. Was not allowed to return it as they wouldnt believe that they had out of date on the shelf as all the ones on the shelf when I went to return the cartridges were all in date. So they had new ink either in the store or coming in but chose to sell me a package of ink that was a year out of date. Being scammed by the manager on duty is not my idea of customer service. Will never set foot an office depot again.
Recently went into Office Depot to have some item laminated at the print desk. I stood less 3 feet from two employees at the printer desk, w/o either acknowledging my presence. After a long stale moment, the guy associate looks up and says, oh how can I help you. I begin explaining what I was needed, he walked off and went to the front register to throw a ball in the air and play catch with himself, never returning, leaving behind a female associate, who also watched him as I watched him. She never apologized, or looked at me. She walked away to talk another associate. I was left at the desk in the middle of explaining what I needed. Side note: I was the only customer in the entire store, smh. Horrible, horrible, horrible, customer service.

Sent something for printing (very small, simple order) by Thursday it still wasnt ready. A phone call should have been placed informing me their color printer was down, and it wouldnt print on their smaller machine. I needed the documents today, and now they arent ready. A phone call would have easily allowed me to cancel the order and send to another store. Then I used a card for store credit and the cashier had no idea how to use a gift card. Very frustrating and time consuming.
Came here after a bad experience with staples. They were very friendly, and very helpful! Actually took the time to answer questions and help me make selections. Printed my items fast and was allot cheaper than Staples!! Highly recommend here!

In the interest of time savings, I emailed documents to be printed 45 minutes prior to my arrival, only to find out, upon my arrival, that NOTHING had been printed, as it is Office Depots Corporate to NOT print anything that had been emailed in until the customer came in to have their documents printed. This is a sheerly asinine policy! My time is precious, as I operate on a time-sensitive schedule. Once I arrived, it took them 25 minutes to get around to printing my docs, pushing my schedule late for the rest of the evening. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! I will never go back for any printing at Office Depot!
I practically live here. Inside the print shop quote a bit and their turn around time is great. I also buy my ink here on a regular basis.
Been using this place for most of my office supplies the last 2 years since I started my own company. Things usually move a little slow at this location but I always looked past that. Yesterday though they had a couple of frustrated customers I noticed while I waited in line for about 20-30 minutes to get my custom binder tabs printed as I usually do and when I get to the counter he asks if I’d like them today and I said yes because they normally knock them out within 10 minutes or so. Well when I said yes he told me it would be a couple of hours because even without a single customer in the building it takes 30-45 minutes to make these. The fact he’d lie to my face like that is why I’m here doing this review right now. I went down the street to the competitor which was just as busy and in about 10 minutes I was walking out with my custom tabs and other items. I will no longer spend my money at an Office Depot if I don’t have to.

The lady in the documentation station was excellent, very helpful. Will continue to use her for special projects, which is all my projects since computers are not my gifting.
I dont exactly know why, but I always seem to end up buying a new laptop at Office Depot (probably because some of their sales are just too good to pass up - like the one we just took advantage of). Nobody greeted us in the computer department (we had to get someone to help), but afterwards it was a great experience. It was neat to see that the associate was able to scan to barcode and tell us what was in inventory AND also inform us that the price included a rebate (good info to know up front). The process was incredibly quick after that, he took the laptop to the front, we were offered a warranty thing, we made the purchase and out the door we went. You would have almost thought that we made a less expensive purchase considering how fast it took for us the checkout.
Oh my goodness I love the people in Texas they are so nice, was able to get everything I needed at the last minute and my copies came out great.

Store hours on Google says they close at 8 on Sunday store closes at 6 the lady was very rude I wasted time coming to the Staples because of the late hours. Should update Google to make customers aware so they dont come to the store when store is closed

Well, I came in to shop for some supplies for a couple projects Ive been working on and there was a plethora of products that suited my needs. My problem was an employee named David who kept giving all these really sarcastic comments about what I was purchasing. It was EXTREMELY nosy and really tipped me off the edge. Then he had the AUDACITY to ask me if I needed anything else. Do you not think Im capable of knowing what I want? You dont know me, so step off ya Ching Chong. I finally confronted him about it after about 10 minutes of helping me. Apparently he mistook me as someone he knew and apologized. You should do an eye exam or something when hiring employees, because Im sure nobody could compare to my VERY UNIQUE beautiful exuberance. Anyway just thought I might get this out there just in case someone else gets mistaken as someone else.

Terrible customer service. We came to buy a kindle with a gift card that I had that covered the cost of the kindle and I bought $50 extra stuff and used a credit card for the difference. The kindle was the wrong version so I went to exchange it but they wouldnt e change other stuff To take up the difference in the gift card, in effect leaving me with $20 on a gift card for a store that I never want to return to. Lesson learned.

Bad customer service!!! I always go to Office Depot to print things off and this one wouldn’t allow me to use their computer to log in and print and also has no way to hook my laptop up to a printer. Every other location I’ve been to has let me use their computer to log into whatever website I need to print the documents I need.

What can I say it is Office Depot. Unfortunately the day I visited they had shoplifters and it caused a commotion. Then when I visited the register to pick up an item that I had purchased the night before it was miss placed and took quite awhile to find. Glad they eventually found it because there were no more of them on the shelves.
