The Exchange Gold Store is a great place to buy gold and silver bullion, jewelry, collectors coins, proof sets, or just to browse around. Although they have some steep premiums on some coins (I paid almost 10$ premium for a Canadian Bison) they have great prices on other products and some of the best customer service Ive seen in a long time. The owner is very knowledgeable about all his products, and can give you pretty good advice if your just getting into precious metals. Do remember to bring cash, as thats all they except, and the door is locked until they buzz you in. All in all this is a great store, and I will be coming here again!

Helpful, knowledgeable, and Kevin goes the extra mile. I bought some constitutional from them and had a great experience. One of the few shops thats honest and does the best they can for the customer in a volatile market.

Excellent prices, great customer service and a good range of selection. They have bullion, commemorative items, and constitutional silver. Fair prices, right at and below market retail. Easy to look around, not a bad place for young or new collectors and stackers. Fun for all collectors.

Came into this store for the first time today and was happy I did. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile. The service I received was excellent, If you sell gold or silver they do all the checks in front of you as oppose to other places that take it behind doors. They also give you details on the amount gold/silver is selling for today and transaction went smoothly. I experienced great customer service and will definitely come back again. Went on 7/11/2020, very good selection and reasonably priced. if you’re into numismatics, this shop has virtually everything. the guy working is also very knowledgeable about coins/bullion/other numismatics.

They will stick you if you let them. Today good example of that. The working the phone gave me spot price of $25.60 per gram on 18k solid gold ring. W/O any other stones are metals. Gold on the 3 major exchanges is trading today at $47.30 a gram SO YOU TELL ME A GOOD DEAL ??? NOT EVEN CLOSE

I was looking for a few specific pieces and had been calling around. Justin a few weeks ago answered and said hed keep an eye out for me. I get a call yesterday morning saying they had some items I might be interested in. Long story short found me exactly what I wanted at a great price!Very friendly people when I went to pick up the gold I was looking for.I also ended up with a couple pieces of unique silver bullion.Kevin helped me out at the store and had great customer service.Bottom line they actually kept an eye out for me and when the time came the deal was smooth and easy!

On a whim, I stopped by for a few moments...which turned into more than an hour. Good selection of gold and silver across the board. Fair prices which (for the most part) are already listed on items, with obvious exceptions. The store-front (from a drive-by perspective) could be upgraded as the we buy gold signage does not showcase the the store (and customer service) justly. I see this shop as a retail coin store first versus bullion Au/Ag. Although, I shop for coins as a collector and not for scrap value. Overall, Im glad I found this place!

Horrible regard for new customers!We have been looking into purchasing some jewelry and were referred to this place. Arrived well before closing to a locked door and all lights still on, open sign too. We rang the bell and waited for several minutes. After no one responded, we turned to leave only to the clerk come out and turn off all of the lights - still well before their posted closing time of 6PM.With such an obvious lack of regard to potential new customers, there is absolutely no way Ill ever give The Exchange Gold Store of Keller, TX any of my business.

My experience was fine. Until the person who helped me, misplaced the ring I sold. And then proceeded to make me check my bag. Then followed me to my car. And took pictures of my car because he didnt believe me.

I Tried selling my 1932-s quarter and they tried getting melt value for it and also says he can get a 1932-s MS64 quarter for $50 when you cant even get the coin for lower than $600 dollars. Dont recommend selling here for US Coins but just bullion coins
