Batteries Plus Bulbs has a lot of each but dont go looking for the unusual there. The employees are very helpful to the extent of the stock they have on hand. There is room for improvement with the store though. For instance, they could offer more items such as flashlights & other do dads.
They have a wide selection of batteries and friendly customer service reps. I ordered a battery online to save 10%. I received notification that battery was available for pickup a day or two later. Went to the store to pick up the battery and the customer service rep said the battery tested bad, so they had to order one. Battery would be there by Saturday and would give me an additional 10% off. Returned to the store the next Monday and battery wasnt there. They apologized and said it would by there by Thursday and would give me an additional 20% off for mistake. Went there on Friday and still no battery. Apologized again and said would for sure be there on Saturday and would give me $30 off battery. Went back on Tuesday and finally got a battery. Wasnt the one I ordered, but had same physical dimensions and specs. In the end I got $21.39 off the price of battery for all my troubles. Customer service rep was always friendly and courteous.....which made the experience a little better other than the fact I didnt get the battery for two weeks.
Picked up battery in store today. Both clerks I dealt with were courteous and very helpful in answering questions. The new battery was 60% charged and usable upon pick-up. This was my second purchase from the company and am most pleased with the service. Another big advantage is that the batteries are guaranteed for a year.
Item exactly what I needed for an 80s vintage PBR sign. Easy order. Received both call and email alert that order was ready for pickup and my wife picked it up with ease. Hopefully I wont need another soon, but if I do I know where to go. The home improvement stores in the area had nothing in the size/wattage/etc of bulb.

I have always has a good experience in this store. That is why I have continued replacing all my house bulbs with LEDS from this store, plus they have the 4000k rating I want. Today I went in to pick up bulbs I had ordered online and found there were more choices than I realized. The sales associate helped me understand the differences and made switching out what I had ordered online easy. Online shopping was a bit difficult because pop-ups kept blocking the page every few seconds. I will continue doing my shopping in this store.
I was in last week to repair the screen of my iPhone 6s and ever since the battery dies really quickly (over my 1 hr lunch it went from 100% to 30% and I hardly used it). I have to charge it all the time and it was not like that before the screen broke, even when I was using it with a broken screen it still held a charge. I took it back to the store today and was told there is nothing she can do about my battery as they did do any sort of battery repair... Well I know for a fact that the battery is messed with during screen replacement (which is why I didnt buy the kit and do it my damn self) BUT maybe I should have and saved myself about $150.... oh and the screen glitches when charging (which is all the time) but she didnt see it do that either so Im SOL again....
Said over the phone they could possibly find me a battery when the computer couldnt. Arrived and one of the people working was trying to find something that would work when the other employee came over and tried to look it up and basic lyrics told me if it wasnt in the computer they dont have it. So much for good customer service. Had a good review going and she screwed it up.
I was in a panic as my battery for my Samsung Note 4 had decided to suddenly stop charging. Of course I need my phone so I went on line in search of a new one. Batteries Plus Bulbs not only carried a replacement battery but also offered a lifetime warranty on it. As long as myou phone lives and breathes I will never have to buy a new battery. Thats fantastic! I order the battery online for same day pic up in store. Ten minutes later I got a call that my battery was ready to be picked up. My phone lucky made it through the day and I had a brand new battery waiting. Very happy with the experience and recommended them to my boyfriend who has the same phone so he could get himself one as well. Thanks guys! You made my day!
Took my iphone to get the battery changed it had never been opened, original parts, no dings or dents. While they were change the battery, it was punctured & caught fire. They finished the replacement & the touch stopped working.I was sent home without a phone.They told me if it couldnt be fixed theyd replace it.They looked into it for 2.5 weeks.I finally called & they tell meSorry. It has touch disease. I know the screen worked perfectly when u gave it to but, some how it manifest each other when it was in our care for that hour. However its not our fault.We wont charge for the battery we put in but, we cant replace it because, its touch disease & we cant PROVE it happened here. Even though it worked when u brought it inI took in a working iphone.Apparently, Batteries plus thinks its okay to give me back a Paperweight.Trust me. Dont get your phone repaired here.The company has ZERO integrity & obviously ZERO insurance for if a tech breaks your phone. 💁Worst experience ever.

Battries Plus Bulbs replaced a 250$ front screen on my samsung s6. They broke and replaced the back glass. Since they broke the back; corporate samsung wont work on it. 3 days after replacing the screen, the phone couldnt find service. I took it back, they checked antenna, told me thats all they can do. Would refund any money. I wont TRUST them again.
Had my phone screen repaired. Job was done well and very quick.
