As someone who is 20 with a low credit history and also a terrible score with not a very good paying Job and desperate for a car ( after my last cars transmission blew) I was expecting to not get anything however they still worked with me and made sure I could get something regardless of my terrible situation. Penny was extremely nice and now I have a reliable car I highly recommend for people with bad credit scores!Edit: I’m writing this about a month later and first off my car I got not even after two days Died on me in the middle of the road, However they worked with me got a tow for me fixed the car and drove it back to me with no fees so I feel safe getting a car from them cause even if something happens early they will work with you and cover it.

Still no response.....**UPDATE check engine light came back on not even 24 hours after purchase. Because I could not get a the with in the allotted time due to snow storms and living an hour away they now ignore me and wont fix the vehicle BUYER BEWARE**Turbo and Marty were great about finding vehicles that fit my wants and needs. They were a pleasure to work with and I will shop there again in the future.

Although I no longer live in Iowa, all my dealings with TJ Berns have been top tier. I may make the 4 hour drive when I’m back in the market again as I know I am dealing with a trustworthy person, which in the auto market is hard to find.

Great staff. Unable tobgmhelp with selling my 2006 range rover. Great vehicle. New tires. Compressor custom top and many more updates. Its silver and tan interior with a very unique dashboard. Only 105.000 miles on it.

Last year I went to every dealership in the area to find a new Work car. This was by far the worst dealership I have ever been to.I had $6000 cash in hand and more I could do. I walked in and was greeted very professionally by a newer salesman. Told him what I was looking for and looking to stay around in price. He went into, what I assume is the bosses office, came back and said he was told they don’t have anything in my price range. As I was leaving I walked around the lot and seen many early 2000 cars that value easily less than $3000. Since there were no labeled prices on any of the cars I assumed they were all over priced and didn’t even bother making any offers.

This place is amazing. Nick has been so helpful, with my first car(07 sonata) they put in some major work and got me a loan that was doable, after I hit a deer and totaled my car I went back, not only did my credit go up they got me into a car 11 model years new with lower payments. These guys are great and friendly. 10/10 will be going back to them for my next vehical.

Greatest dealer I know in Black Hawk County, these are real people who understand what its like to being in the buyers shoes. The office/building gives off a welcoming vibe along with the staff that care about YOU. You can genuinely see the efforts and the care they give towards the customer, the manager there was keeping it real with me and saying it would be tough to find a car I was looking for since I was so young with hardly any credit. But a few hours later he called screaming with joy and excitement because he was calling and looking around for the car and he finally found a great deal for it! I will always recommend this place if there were 10 stars I would give am that instead of 5!

When, no dealership wanted to help me out these guys did! First and foremost I want to say these guys are AMAZING. I came to them because I tried everywhere to get a car. I didn’t have credit or a co-signer. They approved me for a 2006 Hyundai Sonata. Purchased an 09 Passat back in Feb last year haven’t even had the car a year, and now this car will need a another new engine (3 as of now). This have by far been the worst car I have ever owned, and beside being with out a car the dealership doesn’t have loaners nor do pay they for a rental. I Iive in CR and work in Coralville I can’t afford for my car to be in the shop. I’m paying an outrageous amount for this vehicle. So I expect it to not have the issues that it does.

So we bought a 2009 Saturn Outlook from them and to make a long story short the vehicle was junk. But the staff at Pinnacle and Witham treated the situation great. They didn’t treat me bad in any way. Every problem was gone through and they put me in rental while their service department went to work, all of this under their warranty. In the end the vehicle was just one of those bad vehicles and they ended up getting us into a even better vehicle! All in all they did a 5 star job. #customer4life

Good place to purchase a vehicle. Bought a navigator from them about the middle of August. After a week of driving it, the vehicle developed a power steering leak. They fixed the problem at no charge to me. They totally stood behind the sale!Furthermore, we forgot the garage door opener in the car we traded off. They sent it in the mail ASAP.Thanks guys!

Bought my truck here took about 2 days for it to start falling apart took me yelling over the phone to get new wheel bearing put in then they promised to get me a new window motor for the window that never worked and the shocks that went bad called them several times just to get a run around and say they would call me back never did will be the last time I go here for a vehicle and I hope this helps others before they pay for over priced vehicles that will not be new or inspected like they claim they sent it to witham auto to have the wheel bearings put in and it came back with the check engine light on and the traction control system light on which I fixed because they didnt space the wheel speed sensor right

Terrible customer service. They bill themselves as a place that helps you rebuild your credit but they do not report to Experian. When I aasked them to report they told me Experian would not accept their application. This was a lie. I called Experian personally and they told me they do not reject information from financial institutions and that they had never received any information from Pinnacle Automotive or Automotive Financial Solutions.Also, they had concealed rust damage and I had to complain 3 different times because it kept coming back after they fixed it. By fixing it I mean it looked like a kindergartener colored over the rust with water colors. They washed away in the rain revealing the rust.If you cannot obtain a bank loan try Liberty Car Company. I had a much better result with them.
