So here’s the deal. Our appointment was for 12:45 p.m. and we weren’t seen until 1:27 p.m. That’s a 42 minute delay and there was only 2 other people there. Also, the thermostat was on the wall and clearly set at 75*. So, I’m waiting and waiting... and sweating. With that said, the eye doc was nice and seemed very knowledgeable. Also, their seating is COVID-19 friendly if that matters to you.The bathrooms were clean along with the waiting area. Additionally, they hand out Crayons and markers to the kids. They did charge us our $25 copayment at the time of service.Cleanliness 9/10, Value 10/10, Attentiveness and Atmosphere 2/10. That equals a 21/30 or a 70% which equals a C. Overall unhappy and won’t be back unless I absolutely have to.

I’ve been going to Eye Care Associates for a number of years. Everyone is very friendly and pleasant, but I just was told today that I can’t get contacts because my last appointment was six months ago. At that time, the eye doctor had given me a couple of contact samples to try and let him know. But today I was told that because it’s been over 3 months, I need a whole new exam! No one told me the offer expired in three months. I had no idea there was a three month expiration on my eye exam. Wow! Two years used to be normal for eye exams, then they changed it so your prescription was only good for one year which is a bit much, but now 3 months and I need a new exam? That’s extremely irritating. Losing points for that.

I have been going to EyeCare Associates for years and I love them. I was referred to them by my sister and she was very accurate when saying that the staff takes the time to actually know you. It seems like they actually care, which is something many people take for granted in this world. I will continue to go here for my eye appointments and will recommend them to people in the future. The only thing that is not perfect is that they are normally 5-10 mins late on your appointment. Not a huge deal for me however.

I have been patient for last 10 years. I never had great experience with the back office or nursing staff. The reason I stayed is because doctors are nice, and I believe in doctor-patient relationship. If you decide to schedule the appointment make sure you are mentally ready to wait for 30+ minutes past appointment time to be admitted. I had to take 2 hrs of vacation time or come to work hour early and combine it with lunch time to complete the appointment. Finally I was fed up when they lied to me that I was waiting too long because of the emergency. When I protested the waiting time, the office manager apologized and said it wasn’t emergency and her staff misunderstood the nurse. At that point I didn’t even care anymore and wanted to get my file and be out of the door. Be wise and chose one of the other vision health providers in the area. Never going back to The Eye Care Associates, P.C.

My entire family has been patients of Eyecare Associates for several years because they take our former insurance. We always felt like the staff didnt want us there and we were hurried through. Nobody was outright rude, just not friendly. From the receptionist to the doctor and check out, everybody seams like robots that dont really care.

Worst experience at an eye place! Horrible customer service, Dr treated me like a child. Stuck with glasses I hate! No warranty! The lady that helped us get the glasses was rude and didnt explain what we were paying forays rushed us out the door! I would highly recommend going somewhere else!!

Wrong diagnosis both on my daughter and myself. Poor customer service. They will tell a lie while looking in your eyes just to get out of work. Latest problem that they couldnt take care of was taken care of in a few hours someplace else.
