Very nice place goes through everything you need to know easy to understand

The nice looking ladies at this office are always so nice and professional. They greet me with a smile every time I come in. They sanitizer all over their office and make sure to space their patients out so its not so crowded, too.

Melissa and Tiffany are amazing !By far the best experience Ive ever had with hearing specialists.My equipment needed to be sent in for repairs so I was offered a loaner to get me by . The repair time was estimated at 2 weeks, but somehow Melissa got the Co. to expedite my order and I had my unit back by the end of the week.5 stars to be sure !

Ive dealt with two other hearing aid companies. Melissa (in Watertown Wi) is by far to me the most patient & professional tech Ive ever had. We made a couple changes with units and never had a problem. Would highly recommend Melissa for your needs. Even offered to clean & change molds if I wanted.

The service I received was excellent. They retested me and found that adjustments made in the past did not reflect my hearing loss. Now I am hearing as I can with my hearing loss. I am very pleased with how Elite Hearing went to bat for me.
