Love this salon, always willing to get me in ASAP. Melanie is pleasant, professional and a pro with hair. No matter what style me or my (bold) daughter come in with she makes it look fabulous. My daughter hates anyone to touch her hair but will sit there for dye jobs and blow out for Melanie. Check them out.

Melanie King the manager at the salon, has cut my hair for many years. She pays attention to detail, she takes the time to listen to want I want and makes sure Im 100% satisfied. The salon is clean and the staff is amazing. I highly recommend the J.CPenny salon.

Sarah Q is absolutely amazing with hair. She is someone I can ALWAYS trust with my hair. She truly never disappoints. She takes her time and makes sure your hair comes out just the way you want it to. I have nothing but good things to say about this women, she has truly made my experience going to jcp salon 100% better. Melanie is AMAZING!! Took my son elsewhere and they butchered his haircut. My sister took him to Melanie at JC Penny and she totally fixed his cut. He looks awesome now and is very happy with his new cut!

Foils and trim every 4 months. Sara Quirion is amazing. I have been going to her for over a year. Always does my hair just the way I like it and I wouldnt have anyone else do it. Thank you so much Sara for a great experience every time

They are good!!! I really did love it there, I had a girl that had short black hair with pink at the tips, she also has a younger son and her name started with an A (can’t remember her full name super sorry) but anyway I went in February (never been to an actual place to get my hair trimmed and have highlights) to get my hair done for my school dance and I wasn’t sure what I really wanted but she was giving me so many options which was really helpful plus she was wanting to know about me and talking about her son and herself the girl that was doing other people’s hair next to me she would not shut up and towards the end my the girl that was doing my hair got in there conversation so I felt kinda weird so that’s why it’s four stars but other then that I loved it there would recommend😁

Horrible experience!my two daughters and I had appointments for 11am.We got there and had to wait,I got in at 11 but they made one daughter wait for 15 minutes and totally forgot my other daughter!Then they out right lied to me saying one was scheduled at 11:45!No apology,no honesty and the worst customer service I have ever seen!And my haircut is horrible!i came in with a picture which I used for my last two cuts(which I loved)and was told it wouldnt work for me!I proceeded to work with tech0117(she didnt give her name,but she was 40ish plus size woman with red streaks in her hair)Finally I gave up knowing at this point it was just going to get worse!Please dont let her touch your hair!Dont go there they also did a bad job on one daughter,they just dont have a clue what they are doing!The other daughter,fine,she literally had one inch trimmed off the bottom,who could mess that up?Most of all,horrible customer service!!Very disappointed in JCP!Andrea Damon(my first review ever)

Awesome place & great service

I went to get a hair cut today. And not only did I have to go somewhere else to have it fixed, but the manager gave me wicked attitude when I went to get a refund. I didnt even know all of the issues with the hair cut until after the next stylist started working on it. I initially thought it was decent, I just wanted the back a little shorter and to have it dryed. When I went back to get my refund, after explaining what happened to JC Pennys Salon manager, on the phone, she tried to make it out like it was my fault somehow. She said I did not let him dry it, which was untrue because he dryed it for two minutes and then rushed me out the door. I will never set foot in any salon owned or operated by JC Penny ever again. Very poor customer service from both the stylist and the manager.
