Comfortable place to shop. Nice and quiet, staff is somewhat helpful and polite. Some movie collections are very expensive, but they have a nice range of books

Lots of cool, new and used stuff....plan on spending some time here, once your inside youll want to look around to see all the different things they have to offer.When going with my kids we can be looking for an hour or more, lots of neat stuff!

Bull Moose Music, Movies, Books, Gaming, and used and new. What more could you want when shopping for fun and educational items, along with some pretty random funny items. Every section is a must browse area when I visit. I went to 2 yesterday alone. Bangor and Waterville. Even if I dont buy anything its always a nice stop to browse just in case.

I love bull moose, its so cool. Crazy story. I once walked to this bull moose in the rain for 50 minutes. Along the way I almost stepped on this huuuge possum. For most of the journey I couldnt feel my hands. When I got in the store I didnt really do anything cuz I didnt have any money then I tried to go back out the entrance door because in order to get to the exit door you had to pass all the registers. THE ENTRANCE DOOR IS A ONE WAY DOOR, HOW DOES THAT WORK????????? I escaped in the worst possible way. I waited for new customers to come in and I sprinted out the door. No body followed me but it looked like I had just robbed the place. I like bull moose.

This location was (stangely) too open. It was kind of overwhelming to see the vastness of media that looked like nothing but a sea of stuff amd more stuff. That being said, they obviously had lots of collectibles and neat gift stuff, they had some of those cool board games that your hip friends play and you never heard of but it was totally fun to play... you know the ones.So anyway, if you get anxious and overwhelmed then I suggest the one over by Bath but otherwise this is probably a worthwhile shop.

Folks here are always upbeat, friendly and helpful and there is a great mix of products. Definitely a go-to place for unique gifts. I order frequently, and they handle returns kindly and with such ease. Its a safe place to shop during the pandemic, too. I love this place.

I called the store Thursday night and asked for them to save me two movies and stated I would be in Friday to pick them up. I talked with two different employees that night and both had stated they had the movies and would hold them for me. I left them with my current number and explained I needed to update my account. I got into the store on Friday they only had one of the movies and all I got for a reason was they tried to call my old number and couldnt let me know. Im very disappointed with them. They obviously have communication problems between staff members and they are not willing to make it right. I will do my business in windham from now on. At least they make it right when they screw up!!!!!

The Bull Moose staff is so friendly, and obliging, I have to avoid eye contact with some of them while shopping, so I dont get offered assistance repeatedly throughout my visit. Please dont misunderstand me, here, in thinking that is a negative - its anything but! Thats just a reflection of their dedication to customer service, and a real genuine interest to engage with customers and ensure they have a great shopping experience.Whats more, is that staff is really down to earth, and chances are - you dont have to look far to find someone who shares one of your interests, or hobbies. I shop for Magic the Gathering a lot, because my husband is an avid player, and while I am not very knowledegable on the game - I can always count on someone behind the counter to be my guide.Lastly, I just really, really appreciate the staffs commitment to enforcing the mask mandate. The fact that I can actually breathe easy on my visits, knowing I wont have to avoid mouth-breathers down every aisle, is a huge relief.Please keep up the good work Bull Moose Waterville!

This store will denies you access for not wearing a mask! I even showed proof of my medical exemption when HIPPA says I dont need to. They have a current lawsuit and another one coming their way. Stores should learn to be nice to those who get paid to review them. One of their employees followed me around the store and chased me out. Never doing business their again.

Bull Moose is one of my favorite stores. Between .50 books to pre-owned games anywhere from ps2 to xbox One, genres of music from regge, country, pop, metal, rock, rap, and so much more! They sell records, Magic cards, movies from horror, comedy to drama and much, much more! They have an area for incense and manga. They have kids books, alternative beliefs which you will find certain religions and other catagorized book sections along the way as you walk in Bull Moose such as political and cooking. They also sell many little gag items like fun car air fresheners and toys. Also, really cool Bull Moose hats! They have so much stuff that I myself would love to buy and I think that anyone who goes in could come out with atleast something they would enjoy! The staff is always so friendly and always willing to help. If you cant find something, describe it to them and theyll try their hardest to make sure they find it either in store, another store or can ship to that store! Try them out! The Waterville location is one of my favorites!

They have an awesome collection of books dvds video games and other things. They will also buy your old games so you have a few extra bucks to spend. Our 13yr old daughter reads and its great to be able to take her to a store where she can browse.

They are always very courteous. I have never had a bad experience at this store.

Place is interesting stop for gifts and books etc..

I needed to sit down, but the worker made me get up, so I ended up having to sit on the floor. Then while cashing out, the cashier never asked if I had an account, so it was too late to add the points on my account. Tips for me would be to get chairs, and cashiers who dont forget!
