We’ll it was decent looking good smaller selection of glasses . Staff was really rude probably due to the fact I’m disabled and got a free exam. Doctor said I was giving her an attitude because I didn’t want to tell her every illness I have they were so rude and the lady insulted me because I asked for low income glasses so I could see right away. When I asked to buy the glasses there she said it’s progressive they are 700-900 very parsnickety and rude. My mom is heart transplant nurse and when I worked I was a communications engineer for the government and I’ve had glasses this shack would not believe . I just could not belive how uppity and rude the staff were .

Love Dr. Jones. The staff is great, and theyre very up to date on the latest in optomological advancements. Great selection of eye glass frames too.

Been going here my whole life. The new owner is a mean women! Agree with her or she will threaten to call the police on you if you try to tell her she is wrong about anything at all. She told me no one in this COUNTRY will dilate my eyes while I am pregnant even though when I called 2 weeks earlier the office said they will. There are 2 locations in Portland that will. She completely wasted my time and threatened to call the cops on me because I was going to call my specialist in the waiting room. When I told her she was wrong she wanted me out that very second.

I went into the office to get an appointment for an eye checkup since I had not been therre for couple years because of health reasons. Was surprised to find out they had a cancellation and could be fit in that morning. My experence there was awesome very professional staff and answered all my questions. The staff at the front deck was courteous and efficient as well. Would recommend them people.

Its what you expect. A Warren of rooms that you get shuffled between. A perfectly competent eye exam by friendly folks followed by the glasses purchase ordeal. I got mine online and that is probably right for you. Got a 3 musketeers mini because it almost Halloween.

I went to Dr. Jones to get new glasses having had macular hole surgery this past spring. Because I will have cataract surgery, following a close examination, he told me to wait till after surgery on both eyes. I like this approach, as he could easily have made more money from me.

Ladies at the front desk are not the friendliest and rude. They seem to be annoyed when you ask them questions.
