Very good service and excellent office staff. Car was completed as scheduled and returned looking like new. Office staff was able to deal with my insurance company and replace some important parts with actual factory OEM parts instead of aftermarket as originaly estimated. Will definately reccomend to friends and family.

I took my car there for some body repair. Daniel and Lillian were very nice and helpful. I was trying to coordinate their work and then with the Watsonville Cadillac Buick GMC. They were very accommodating and when they were done they took my car over to the dealership. When I picked my car up it looked like nothing ever happened. Thank you Daniel for a great job. Another Shop that lies on behalf of there insurance company . The owner(what he called himself) John lied to me in person to make me walk away happy then Fabricated a story with my insurance company to try to not cover my car. Thank god I saved my receipts of previous repairs work and have pictures. I would definitely avoid this shop shady people, cant speak for there work but only service.

He took the initiative to work with the insurance company and ensure that everything that happened to my truck was being accounted for. Dont be fooled by any negative reviews about Auto Center Collision because these guys are real deal, as honest and straight forward as they come. I fact checked everything Dabuel told me that was wrong with my truck and the price for replacement parts and everything ge said was the truth.10 out of 10 stars if I could and would recommend them to anyone in need of an auto repair.
