This was once a great place to shop with excellent customer service. The last few years, I must say have blown my mind with how awful its become and continues to worsen. From the customer service booth to the check-out attendants and to the people out on the floor, its a disgrace wha theyve made target become. The last straw has been pulled and I will not be returning. Im convinced you have to match a certain description to be treated with any respect in this location in watsonville, ca.

It’s so neat and it feels like home, always come here twice a week

I was interested in a particular Norelco mens shaver which I had seen on the website. The display area was a disgrace as it no one had looked at it from the store POV in months.

My knees hurt sat on side of display table till pain subsided clear told me I couldnt sit been doing it for a long time. spend a lot of money in your store on line and in store provide people a place to sit for a minute.

The cashiers do not check that items are either put in the wrong place, or they dont listen to customers about items being mismarked and never go down in price! Do know if it’s because I’m a different nationality or just being lazy!! Ladies at the automated cashiering stations!!

I would say that this target Store is Good!, and very clean, and awesome workers!! But I have some things to say about this as well( the negative side) I was looking for something’s in the gift card Section, and I spend almost 4-5 mins looking for what I need, unfortunately I didn’t find what I’m looking for! The simplest things that they could re-stock, it not there! But I love the store it has almost Everything I need! The my problem is( this is my opinion and reasoning) the prices are expensive! But that’s all, I truly hope that change that a bit and pls put the simplest things that people need!! Thank You!! :)

The carts were cleaned upon my arrival in store and I saw an employee wiping down recently used carts. I like the hand sanitizer that was placed in various spots in the store. The cashier was so friendly and helpful and communicative - I appreciated him especially on the day I was in the store. Much needed was a nice person!

How quickly he brought my order out to me.

I am most impressed with the staff, they are always helpful, they take the necessary precautions for guest and food safety. I appreciate all their efforts

I love shopping at Target I always find everything I need and they have great brands! I love the Drive Up option especially during the covid-19 happening now it really comes in handy and I never have to get off anymore. I used this a few times before the pandemic and I was pleased with how it worked and now it makes me happy to be able to shop all the time here it’s so fast and easy!

The item I needed was in stock. I placed my order online and picked it up the same day. The representative was very courteous and helpful.

I planned on walking into the store to pick up my package and then I saw the line of 30 people waiting to into the store. I pulled into one of the 4 designated stops. A young girl was delivering bags to another car. I asked her if she could get my package. She told a look at my phone and said she would bring my package out

Their drive up service is terrible. Items were missing from my last order. This time it was mushy grapes and broken eggs. Don’t drive away until you’ve checked every item carefully.

Great prices. Friendly staff. Nice selections. Clean and orderly store. The staff person who helped mewith self-checkout was thorough, knowledgeable and accurate and offered me great service with a huge and friendly smile. Most impressive.

I needed to purchase a gift and was unable to go into the store because of the Covid virus quarantine. I found what I wanted easily online, ordered and had what I ordered within 3 hours of contacting Target. The Target App was amazing in providing communication between the pick up site and myself. Gave you option to let them know you were on your way, where to park, and what to do. We drove up, gave our name, and purchase ready. the whole thing took 5 mins. Painless..........amazing

The last two times I have been to this target, I have been charged for extra items. And of course I didn’t notice until I got home and checked the receipt but there’s no sense in going back because it’s way out of my way. It’s extremely frustrating and they need to do better at training their seasonal workers

Fairly big Target with a Starbucks inside, but they need to keep a tighter reign on their inventory management. Their own system and front desk people on the phone said they had 13 Nintendo Switch consoles in stock, but when asked in person, they cant find any, and told me they havent been able to find those for some time. This is very sloppy loss prevention and shrinkage like this needs to be adjusted so that people like myself dont waste their time coming to the store for something that isnt on the shelf.

Pre-Covid - I am not certain what is happening in the Target supply chain but this and other Target stores are often not very well stocked. I have observed this occurring in a number of stores. Specifically, food seems to be one area with supply issues. The varieties of sizes in clothing - they often have only small and x-large sizes. Since this is most often the case, I wonder why they dont adjust their purchasing to fewer sizes on both extremes and more in the middle. I wonder why they use this strategy?

Ive never had problems while shopping here. Good selection, good seasonal items, good layout. Bathrooms have always been clean when Ive gone. Checkout is fairly quick. This target also has a Pizza Hut express and a Starbucks (even though there is a Starbucks three doors down from it). It is usually best to go there an hour before closing due to increased parking spaces and the store is much emptier then.

It’s my favorite target of all of the targets in the area(Santa Cruz county, Monterey county and Santa Clara county)! Always clean and organized. Team members are always helpful.

Lately Ive been here several times a week. They seem to have just about anything you need and they provide free instore pickup for items ordered online. The workers are friendly and considerate of my time. Location is also very convenient.

I love Target. But I hate how expensive theyve become. You can still find some great deals though. I do think going there is a good idea. Though, for me, I only go there if I cant find it cheaper elsewhere.

Ordered an iced green tea matcha latte and about 90% of the entire cup was filled with ice. I received hardly any actual tea with my purchase.

Ive had different experiences every time I shop here however, I never had such a horrible experience like I did the last time I shopped here. I had the RUDEST cashier helping me. His tone and manner were very disrespectful. He didnt bother to bag my items instead he threw them on the counter and once my daughters started to help him he would toss them the items. Overall customer service NEEDS a huge improvement.

Never really that crowded and it is stocked up pretty well. If there is something you cant find but know it was there before, simply ask an associate for assistance and they will look it up, and possibly even order it for you. Shopping wise, I have never swung and missed with the Watsonville Target.

OMG theres so much stuff to say about Target. I get lost here I can shop for hours and hours and hours I love their mens clothes selection the most and their home decor section the most the storage specifically storage bins everything to the bathroom this place is amazing they have so many toys and electronics section is insane youll get lost so its okay man you can go to you will have fun I promise highly recommended by me.

Worst customer services very rude employees. They make you look for your own items and they don’t even have it. Just a waste of your time. Also they kick people out for there freedom of speech worst target ever and many ghetto employees.

Parking here is always terrible, watch out for speeding vehicles. Place seems run down considering how recent the building was constructed. Staff is okay, but not exceptional.

People could of been nice a little bit more to the disabled guy trying hard not to disturb other people shopping. At one point i assist the nice man grab something from the top shelves

As long as the items are ACTUALLY in stock in the store, i I love Tarhets online shopping and pick up in store policy; works great--fast, easy and lower prices. The one caveat is the website frequently says something is in stock, I pay for it, BUT then get an email that it wasnt actually in stock. Sure, they often will ship it to me for free, but I prefer that they just make the online inventory for the stores more dynamic, more accurate.

Because they tell you the true when they have it on stock or not and they are fast when you are picking it up or drive up.

Be careful at this location these I guess secret cops or secret security were man handling this woman against here rights not even identifying themselves. Many people like me witnessed this and very horrifying incident. These employees treat everyone like a second classes citizen.

I shop at this particular store a lot and after almost every experience i leave this store feeling as though I have just Walked through the local dump. Its very disappointing to see trash thrown between shelves and often times skewered across the floor and this would not bother as much if they had good service but honestly the service i receive is mediocre at best. At times i have literally been asking for assistance and the employees brush me off employees are on their phones or just walking around trying to avoid customers they only have 3 out six registers open with six customers waiting in each line there are only a few employees that seem to care their jobs avoid this store you will thank me later

It’s the only Target in town and much bigger than the one located in Capitola. It has a fair amount of parking and is located on Main Street in Watsonville. It has a Starbucks, CVS pharmacy and food avenue inside of it. It has good variety and you can almost find everything you need in this store like any full fledged Target. There’s nothing particularly outstanding about it but nothing less either. Its conveniently located and has everything that you expect from a Target store.

This Target is not like any other target. This Target always has the things you need in stock and has an indoor Starbucks like a lot of others. A thing the indoor starbucks needs to work on is cleaning this indoor starbucks is verry dirty the floor has been layered with dirt and sticky drinks. Also this target needs to work on placement of items you will find many many items out of place on Different shelves and even on the floor. The clothing section of the store is verry sloppy clothes are all out of place especially in the womans section. Another thing to not is that the show part of the store is just as bad as the clothing part all the shoes are out of place and do not be surprised if you find a pair of old shoes in a new box. This might not seem like a big problem but stray shopping carts are everywhere just sitting there which can get difficult to maneuver around.
