Nice store but do not I repeat DO NOT ask the sales ladies for advice on hair color especially if your going for the colorful stuff they have no clue what they are talking about and will let you fry your hair!

Honestly its the best sallys Ive been to! Amazing customer service I got help from a young girl named Janet, she was very helpful got me to the color I wanted and she was just so energetic and willing to help. In addition to that it is one of the most organized sallys Ive seen The ladies seem so helpful and very into their job. I will be definitely going there more often.

Most of the people are very helpful and they always have the products I am looking for. But sometimes the phone calls break up/arent good. Still the best Sallys around.

Prices are good, my products I am seeking are always there, recently went there on a Saturday morning, wasnt busy at all. There is obvious theft, due to it being in watsonville, so to get certain hair dye, bring the box from the shelf and the cashier gladly gives you your dye. I wish capitola would have a sallys,

First time in the store and had the worst customer service experience! When i asked the young hispanic sales girl with long dark curls if they carried Moroccan Oil products she led me down an aisle and handed me an aragan oil product. I said, thank you, but Im looking specifically for Moroccan Oil products. She grabbed the product from my hand and said, This is what I have lady, take it or leave it!I stared at her in disbelief. This is customer service? What happened to saying, sorry we dont carry that product ?I will never go in that store again and the manager should fire her!
