Good quality material and friendly people. Other places, rhyming with McHane, don’t fill their “yard” buckets up all the way, and often give you sandy “organic soil”. At Evergreen you’ll find better prices for better service and quality material. And they even offer to water down your truck bed of soil for you after the load. Take the time to drive to Evergreen.

We live near Watsonville, but somehow did not know about Evergreen. Great Service. Great Products. Super friendly and helpful staff. Garden Mix is Much Better Quality than a provider on the other side of Watsonville. Their prices are better than providers closer to Santa Cruz. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

So happy to find this place, was recommended by a friend. Great prices on bulk soils. I went with the top of the line Gro-Green mix and its beautiful, lava chips instead of perlite, and fortified with all the essential organic goodies. Im only adding worm castings. Truck load, 1 cu yard ran me $120 with taxes. Going back for another tomorrow!

Really *amazing* prices and service, even if the business layout is unconventional. I came from 30 miles away in Monterey, as I had other business in Watsonville, and stopped in, simply on a lark. If I had known general market prices and had had a keener sense of just HOW much I was saving, I would bought far, far more. For any outdoor or indoor gardener I would very strongly suggest Evergreen. At Evergreen my Azomite (rock powder) came out at about 85% off...!
