Put the word out on FB that I needed to get a 90HP Evinrude fixed and was looking for a recommendation. First answer back was to Mike and the team at Lake County Watersports. I dropped it off a week ago and hoping that they would have to chance to look at it 10 days later. To my surprise and pleasure, I got a call today that my boat was fixed and ready to pick up! Very professional, reasonably priced and FAST. Id definitely recommend them and Ill definitely be back.

These guys are one of the best out there and really care about customer service. Ive never had an issue with them and theyve been very straightforward and honest with me. This dealership has a spectacular inventory of Boats! I was very surprised by their selection of Pontoons and fishing boats as the showroom is larger than it seems from the outside. But it was really the people that make the difference. Not pushy in the least, and very friendly. I got a terrific deal on a fishing boat in a smooth and easy transaction. Mike and the entire staff at Lake County Watersports are awesome! I had an overheating issue with a Yamaha 4-stroke EFI. It was not an easy fix. Not only did they repair it but they called several times to update the progress. Everyone there is polite and professional. Mike was especially considerate of the fact that we needed the repair done quickly and I know they went out of the way to do so. I will always use Lake County Watersports for all of my repair and maintenance needs. Thank you all very much.
I brought in my tuffy with a 1992 mariner 90. It wouldnt start and was pouring gas out of one of the carbs. They rebuilt all three carbs replaced the gaskets and the boat runs great. They also did it at a really reasonable rate while keeping me informed the whole way. If you need work on your outboard these guys know whats up.

Had two different repairs done here, pretty much the only Yamaha outboard factory trained service center. First repair price was acceptable, second seemed to be over priced, parts mark up was to high in my opnion.
Super fast turn around time given the time of the year! I was expecting 1-2 weeks at least before they got to my boat, however I dropped the boat off on a Monday night and they had it done by mid-day Wednesday! This was simply the easiest marina experience Ive ever had. The only reason I had to put 3 stars was the cost was a bit higher than I was expecting. I called Monday and asked what the cost would be for winterization and they said $125 (Was really $135, but they knocked it down to $125 for me after I pointed it out). What I either didnt understand or wasnt informed about was that was the labor fee and all the fluids, parts, etc were additional. Out the door it was $200, which isnt far off from where other marinas quoted me for cost, so Im not terribly upset about it.Update (3 stars now down from 4): A few days after picking up my boat I noticed a mysterious $300 charge on my bank statement. It appears they mistakenly charged me for someone elses repair as well. I left them a voicemail over the weekend and I promptly got a call Monday apologizing and letting me know their front office lady was out until Tuesday. Tuesday I got a call in the morning apologizing for the mixup. They promised to refund the $300, well see how quickly that happens. They were very courteous and apologetic about the mistake, but If that $300 was at any other time of the month I would have been screwed paying bills.
