Very nice guy, had a chance to talk with him at a car show held next door to his shop. His prices are very reasonable and his selection was pretty diverse too. Would definitely look here once Im in the market for a classic again.
Bought an 2008 Acura TSX from John in 2008. John was upfront, kind and let me know there was a vibration in the front right wheel. So after going out to test drive the TSX I waited about a week and he said the vibration had subsided and was barely noticeable. I was on my way from Waukesha to Madison and definitely noticed the vibration at higher speeds. He took the car back a few days later and gave me a loaner. Fixed up the TSX and I was on my way about a week and a half later. Now about 4 months later I took the car in to a shop for a check up. Come to find out a ball joint and sway link are loose in the driver side of the vehicle. Which sounds like a safety issue from what I was advised on. Well sitting here holding the bag with about a thousand dollar fix up bill. I wondered why there was not a single review for this dealership and that they specialize in classic cars. I get that there are situations that arise and that used cars are used and can have issues that come up. A good car gone south.
