Came to the store at 130p on a Monday with a note on the store saying be right back. Waited outside the store for over 15min and decided to leave. Guess that was my sign to go to a different carrier.

I should have posted this a few weeks ago but I went into this metro pcs very skeptical due to I always had very bad experiences here. But I went in and found out its under new ownership and I actually love the service I was given. Very professional, the person that helped me name is MJ and he took care of me 100%. I would give more then 5 stars if I could. If you went here in the past and swore to never go back. Trust me you can go back now.!

I went to metro on sunset and was very pleased with AK service theirs a metro store closer to me but Im glad I went out of my way and had him as a service person

Great customer service representative. Ricardo was very professional, well groomed and very knowledgeable of products and plans. He spent an extraordinary amount of time setting up my phone, as well as follow up help not even related to the plan. ( the phone was smarter than the new owner)My experience at this store was worth the drive across town, where the same day I was told to leave the St Paul store for challenging the practice of not stocking advertised products.As far as “ the plan”. Starting day 1 of service with Metro PCs, my unknown calls increased by 400%. Very disappointing in that regard, and that should be corrected and will be a deal breaker if it doesn’t improve .Overall, if you want to be treated like a customer, this is the store. Ricardo, and others are very professional and represent the company well. I feel like I could walk in there any time and they would help resolve issues with my phone or plan, even if it’s operator error!

Walked in, worker was playing music very loud. I can usually deal with loud music but when its uncensored, and extremely vulgar, I draw the line especially when my children are with me. My daughter had many questions when we left, like what does the B word mean, what does the P word mean, whats a mother F...? Truly disappointed. The young man working had no intention on lowering the volume or change it to something less explicit. So... I did not go to another Metro store, I went a totally different route. If that is how they allow business to take place, I want nothing to do with it.

There is a new management in the store:) really nice and helpful. Got to change companies and join Metro by T-Mobile, they have a great plans. Got a Amazon card and watch any movie I want and got the McAfee security. If I ever lost my phone so easy to track it or get a new one:). I would not recommend this loacation to anyone! This store is shady and does not follow proper procedures, they dont even wear work shirts! Ive seen the sales people let their friends hangout behind the counter during their shift, no customer service, no common sense, no professionalism, never answer the phone, hang up on costomers, argue with customers, and calling customer service is just as bad, hangups, misinformation, lies, wrong or missing notations on my account, after all was said and done with my issues i ended up having to call corporate and report them!
