We used them to repair a motor for our finishing mill. They did a good job quickly at a good price. Drop off was a little strange. They came and installed the motor @ the plant and ensured it was working properly.

First off Rusch electric is not located in Waukesha, phone number still works, call them and they will meet you at a designated area to pick up the job for repair. when done they will call you and then you go back to designated area to get finished job. I had a motor repaired and did not get same motor back,, Motor I got back has a dead spot when trying to start. not the same motor that i gave them, Called Joe and told him and he said they would take care of it. All arrangements were made and said motor was never picked up to be repaired. I call this bad service.
