Mitch is great and I drive out of my way to give him my business, hes earned it! Both with lessons and equipment, hes who I trust.For those of you unhappy with the lanes, thats Bowlero, BowlersMart is inside, but unaffiliated. We took our team to another house for the same types of reasons.

Mitch is the person to go to for your bowling ball needs, walked in and talked about the conditions I normally play on and how I bowl. He gave me a couple of choices that would be the best for me. I chose from his selection the Track Latitude Pearl and shot a 691 right out of the box! Totally worth the hour drive to come out and get equipment from him. Super kind and helpful staff all around within bowlersmart in Bowlero.

Mitchell is very knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction of a ball to purchase for the tough lane conditions I was bowling on. He drilled the ball and it was spot on. I don’t think I have ever had a ball for that good and been that comfortable on my hand.

Robert and Mitchell helped me chose my last two balls. Both were the right choices for me at the time. Friendly and helpful, what more could you ask.

Today the senior mens league was supposed to bowl. We showed up...the person that was to oil the alleys did not! The alleys were in terrible condition...we paid our fees and got screwed. Brian Ball was in Detroit. He should get dependable people who show up.Or give everyone a refund. This is the second time this happened this year.

Worst experience ever. Would not go back if they gave me a ball for free. Went in to purchase ball and get it drilled. There were 2 customers ahead of me. I politely waited my turn. Then he asked me to step back and he would measure me after he had checked out people who came in after me. After 30 minutes I walked out. At least 10 customers were helped who arrived after I did. Not a good way to do business and you just ensured I will never go there again.

Never got in. Waited outside the door about 15 minutes before leaving. Maybe they locked themselves out or something but they were waiting for a key to open the door.
