Im adding to the list of one star reviews. This company is terrible at hanging doors. They have a factory controlled setting to do their work and still cannot mortise their hinges correctly or install hinge screws square. Im finally writing a review because today I received a door with the hinges installed on the beveled edge of the door!As the carpenter, this company is costing me money, and giving the end user a bad product. They defeat the purpose of a pre-hung door. Do not support this company!

I give this company 1 star because it would not let me give 0. I have been waiting for sidelights that were ordered in March. We have been told a number of stories as why we have not received them. We were told we would have them by 4/5 then it was 4/19, then 5/17, then 5/24, then it was July, so on and so forth. First of all I dont appreciate being lied to for all the reasons why they were delayed and then to keep promising us dates instead of being honest with us and saying they didnt know. Now we are being told they are sitting on a barge somewhere and they may be shipped out to Western the end of October. I would never recommend this company!

Great place to work.We have great staff .We work to give you quality work and error free and on time.Love my job, love working with products for houses or and businesses.I loved it so much I brought my son in. Hes been in 6 months and going thank you Western family.

The customer service at Western Building Products is horrible. They do not care about their customers at all. Sure they have a fancy building, but they dont care about customer satisfaction at all. I am a builder and they could care less. I have a project where we painted four, 15 lite doors black on both sides and the painter could not finish behind the glass stops so you can see the back side of the stop, which is white, and it looks terrible! We have tried everything only to find out the stops are NOT removeable and westerns comment was they only send out what was ordered and thats how is is. They said we should try to router out the stops and replace them! That is 240 glass stops! Each door is $140 and I just want my money back so I can purchase from a company who will help me find a solution or actually acknowledge they have a poorly designed product that will only look good if the door is painted white. What in the hell has happened to customer service?? Western is a disgrace to the entire industry.

Not hard to find on the freeway at all! I was astonished by how fast I got there and back into the inner city.

This is by far the worst company to work with! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I am a Contractor and have bought from Western before. My last job I ordered 5 pre-finished interior doors back in March when the lead time date was up I received one door, then another door a week later. Then the last three doors to fill the order Western lost and am still waiting on! When u ask Chuck the salesman you get the same thing they are on the next truck they wont even give you a credit or price break for the customer for being late or having to go without doors in their home! Nice job Western good customer relations! I should have learned my lesson when I bought doors for my own new house and 3 weeks later the doors split apart, but I thought I would give them another chance well shame on me!! Very Disappointed with Western! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!

My General Contractor is throwing this company under the bus. We are fed up and want our project finished but our GC can’t move forward without material. We had a number of doors and millwork coming from this company. On the original scheduled delivery date, only 1 door, millwork, and only part of the closet material showed up leaving the carpenter with not more than a few hours of work. The following week came with 2 more doors being delivered however one with a split jamb. GC came in and then informed us quality was not up to par and he was going to request replacements. Going on two months now of week after week hearing that the remaining doors and now replacement slabs will be available the following Friday. Clearly the company has production management issues with no way to communicate and stick with a realistic availability.

Products are very inconsistent and they don’t care about you as a consumer. Wont own up to their responsibility to deliver good quality. Also horrific quality control.

Docks are easy to back into. Fast unload, friendly staff!

Quality of doors are horrible... The hinges are either mortised too far or not enough and sometimes there are a quarter inch bigger than what the hinges are.... The stops are different widths...the finish they used to put on the doors is poor I would never use Western products. The people who put these together dont care

Got here the nite before my appt parked in the door. Folks came out they were pretty nice had me open up and slide tandums. Got me unloaded in about 1.5 hours. No complaints.

I bought an existing home last Feb and have tried for months to find missing threshold screw cap covers to prevent water, dirt and salt from eroding the threshold wood. I contacted Western Building Products who made my door and in less than 24 hours they are sending me two covers. Thanks Garrett! One less homeowner chore to take care of.

Giving them 1 star is being overly gracious. Their product, a double door and side panels, has given us nothing but trouble from day one. Their customer service and warrantee left us with no choice but to write a letter to the Better Business Bureau.

Very poor quality on the prefinished doors. Manufactures rep came out and looked at the product and I was told that this particular product (3 panel door) is very hard to finish. There equipment is not very good. Its the wood. Basically everything but their fault. the problem with the doors is that they have misses and runs in the stain on the vertical edges. They have been very reluctant to fix the problem. I would not order another prefinished door from them again. I would just finish them myself as it looks like I will do this time except I paid them to do it

Very poor quality,this place is being run by unqualified managers.also very unsafe working conditions.only place Ive worked where they hold 500lb or heavier skids up in the rack being hold only by a couple of 2x4s.bent racks every where as well.oh and if you are of color make sure your clean because they will test you for any incident.a Caucasian guy had several incidents and guess what hes still employed and didnt have to get tested.
