No matter what time of day its only one register open. All the self serve isles are the 15 items or less size. Lots of employees on, so its never hard to find someone if you need counter service. The quality and experience of who might be there is suffering like everywhere else. Still where I shop. But has its issues

Without a doubt my favorite Meijer in Milwaukee. I appreciate how clean it is kept and the staff there is friendly and polite.

We did curbside pickup. It was super easy to order and even was done early. The downside was when you get to the store there is no real communication between the buyer and seller. You arrive and text a number but no clue if they even received it. So, after about 10 minutes of waiting we called and had to wait another 10 minutes for it to come out. Honestly more communication is needed. Products were fresh!

Was looking for a particular item, Bells Tropical Oberon. Its a beer. They had it! I have been looking all over for this beer. I was so happy to find two four packs which I promptly scooped up. Its a subtle fruity beer.if you have a chance try it.

Horrible customer service. I have shopped here many times and have never had a problem. Today I was insulated and I feel disgusting for even spending my money here. Never again.

They racially profiled my wife and followed her around the store while she did shop and scan. She saw the same man (Im guessing someone in loss prevention, because he wasnt wearing a uniform) 3 times following her while she did shop and scan. She had her 5 items verified by an employee, paid, and upon leaving the man at the door asked to see her receipt, then accused her of not paying for a 2 24 packs of water. He was quick to jump the gun because looking at the receipt again he found the waters. Oh and the guy who was trailing her was watching this all go down as she left. I bet they would never dream of following a white woman around the store...

The store is not managed effectively or efficiently only 2 cashiers during a drive time at 5pm. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this poor customer service here. I usually wait in line for 20 minutes and this time the cashier even made me bag my own groceries and kept muttering under her breathe how she didn’t want to be there. If I was the owner of this establishment I would take a strong look at the leadership at the top because that reflects all the way down to your coworkers. 0/5 stars

Meijer 112th Burleigh in there meat department you will find lots of red meats being sold to customers brownish. Ground beef look brown, I will never purchase any meat from this store. There lettuce in the bags always never look fresh. The lettuce in the bags dont take long before it wilt. Purchased donuts in a dozen box, they were hard as if theyve been sitting in the store a while. Shredded onions in the pack are old...Smell it for yourself, you will see what Im talking about...Prices are high, and store frequently has NOTHING I ever need...

I came here to buy a salad and some juice. The juices had their tops smashed in and the salads were brown. Walked by the parfaits and not only were some expired, others had moldy fruit. First time stopping in a Meijers and probably my last. I would have done a 1 star but the gentleman in the self checkout was kind and polite.

Expired and close to expired product on shelves. Management that just blames the merchandising reps. Food that spoils way too fast. Milk that goes sour before expiration. Fruits and veggies that don’t last more than a day or two. Just one step above a gas station’s “grocery” section sometimes. Sure some good deals but I don’t trust the freshness of anything here anymore. After too many visits where I almost bought expired product or had product spoil or go bad before even the expiration date. All that tells me that the store team Is not careful about how products are stored or sold.Lost my business from now on. Which is a shame they had some good food deals but I would rather go to Walmart.

Short staffed. I know its covid and everyone is short staffed. But one checkout lane with a long line. No staff at guest services. Self checkout staff dont know how to do anything else. Told multiple times someone will be right with you but no one came for 20 min. Came back later - was told your order is over there. My order was missing items. Waited 20 min in customer service line. When I asked another staff member for help she said I dont know what youre gonna do. Done with this place.

This location was clean, some items not available as in so many stores these days. Why I gave the 3 stars was because there were 25 people waiting in the two checkout lines they had open. Thats crazy. I waited in line for over 25 minutes including my check out. CRAZY.

Come for the selection. Store laid out well. Checkout experience consistently slow. Self-check-out equipment is often out of service or malfunctioning. Beleaguered check out staff do the best they can, but consistently understaffed. Found this regardless of the time of day or day of week shopping. On the plus side, plenty of parking except the busiest times.

Their curb side service is terrible, only 4 of 14 items were in Stock, and I was not informed until I got there, although they texted me to tell me my order had been picked and is ready for pick up, and this is when I should have been informed about my order being 70% short. Terrible. But really enjoy the in store shopping.

Love the store! Is the only place where I can find decent puff pastry sheets, that I can get home, cut them into whatever size and shape and use them to the limits of my imagination

Decaying place. Wont recommend to go. All the time crowded at the check out, be ready to waste 20-30 min. Nowadays feel not comfortable and safe inside. The liquor aisles are good, many choices of cheap alcohol.

Terrible store. Management is non existent. Employees standing around talking. Store is poorly stocked. Corporate needs to walk the store and see what is really going on.

Great store, but raise your wages or do something to get more cashiers. They have done market studies on this, the most important thing for grocery shoppers is getting in and out asap. I have been here multiple times and every time wait 20 minutes in a check out line. Improve, cause after the next instance Im finding a new go-to grocery store and Im sure the 20 people currently in line with me are thinking the same thing.

WISH THEY WERE STAFFED BETTER IN THEIR BAKERY.

One of the best stocked stores in the area. Clean and friendly with an awesome and helpful staff. Barbara in the pharmacy is top notch in what she does and is very through with customer service kudos to her. Wide variety of food clothing hardware outdoor and indoor items as well as a garden center with plants shrubs and lawn ornaments.

The longest lines to checkout. Horrible produce. Few bakery items. Its always dirty, smells like rotten food. Close to home but I dont bother anymore, its easier to fight the traffic at other stores than shop at this dump.

Would really like to support this grocery as it is close to home and has great selection. Seems like they struggle to find quality employees who want to provide service

This store reminds me of Walmart, half groceries & half household goods. I felt their prices were a more but its a store that sells food & merchandise. I only went for their store brand yogurt which they did not have. Oh well, it was still a nice experience.

I went to get some bread & I was really happy to see that they carried this special bread that Ive only been able to find at Woodmans thats been helping me control my blood sugars. Totally made my day!!

I scheduled a pickup order for the timeframe of 12-1pm. Got my email that my stuff was ready at 12:41. Great! I get to the location, and am instructed to send a text message to let the team members know I’ve arrived. I waited 15 minutes and didn’t receive a response. I called and was told that they’d be right out. Waited another almost 15 minutes and called again. This time I was told they were running behind and packing up my order at that point in time. Finally got my order at 1:40. So, what’s the point of sending the email that I can pick my order up, only to have to wait another hour? Ordering online and doing curbside is a time saver and convenience, I could have just done the shopping myself at that point and gotten in and out sooner. If they were running behind they could have let me know initially when I sent the first text, or at the very least, when I called the first time.

Absolutely disappointed in the service from Meijer grocery in Wauwatosa. I Placed an order at 5:00 a.m.online for delivery at 9-10:00 a.m..Everything was confirmed, no Rejections. I received a text message saying that delivery time had to be rescheduled from 9- 10am and will be delivered between 10 and 11:00 a.m.No further communication from shopper.My order had been canceled and not communicated to me through the current communication method.4:30 p.m. I find an email of a cancelation of my order.This is very unprofessional if people are ordering online for delivery it is most probable that they need to get the items right away!!The cancelation should have been communicated through the text message method, the same as the other messages are communicated for substitutions and changing of delivery time.Contacting customer service/corporate office I did not get any satisfaction to my issue.I would NOT suggest trusting Meijer groceries in Wauwatosa for any substantial order that is needed right away!My order was for a business that needed and was expecting the grocery items at 11am.TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!SANDRArejections received a email

I understood shelves would be somewhat empty but seeing it really opened my eyes on the shopping at halt situation out on the seas.

Never really had any problems but some cashier named Shirley on 06/18/21 seemed to have a problem with my family. Was very welcoming to the person in line in front of us, saying hello and some nice greetings. When we pull up to checkout, she just stares for a second and doesn’t bother to acknowledge any of us besides paying. When one of us asked a question, she was very impatient. Then once we leave, we overhear her welcomingly greeting the next customer. Funnily enough, we are not the same race as the other two other customers. This is disrespectful and downright rude and another “r” word that many don’t like.

Love that they have fresh produce and different variety of organics foods etc. But most of their merchandise such as clothes, home attire are a bit pricey.

Always able to find good deals here. Make sure to have the Meijers app go earn money and save. Always happy with this location.

Nice affordable shopping experience lines can be extremely long but the staff for the most part are very helpful. Besides that this places has pretty much whatever your looking for its just like Walmart in my honest opinion.

Dont live close but I definitely stop everytime Im close to it!! Great selection and adorable girls clothing and shoes. Their toy selection is usually pretty stocked unlike walmart especially with L.O.L.dolls ( that even go on clearance )

I have never been to the store before but I love that the clothes were all styles and sizes together. So if I like a shirt I didnt have to go find plus sizes, they were grouped together. I personally didnt like the grocery layout but thats just my weirdness. Everything was easy to find and the bakery section was hreat

I dont know who taught this clerk how to bag but she stuffed so much stuff inside one bag. The bags were ripping and things was falling out. Just terrible. Other than that... I like this location better then Oak Creek. Im actually able to find things at this location

I am very disappointed with Meijer in Wauwatosa, first of all they dont have enough cashiers in the early morning specifically on the weekends. The last two weekends a person is unable to get full service. For those cashiers that are there are always chattering not all of the cashiers are bad, just the ones in the early mornings. Food is not stock especially in the fruit and some of their yogurts are past the due date. I noticed that some of the regular cashiers are no longer there which probably explains why their customer service is lousy.

Always find just what Im looking for when the competitors dont carry it. Great gluten free selection!

I would’ve given it a five but I needed to go to customer service and speak with the big bald lady Tina and she was beyond rude, lazy, and nasty. She isn’t very knowledgeable and has subpar communication skills which makes me wonder why she chose a career in customer service m. Nobody cares about your bad day, be kind to people, DO YOUR JOB. Shame on you Tina.

Their fish area is so sad. So many dead fish and neglected tanks. One of the dead fish had a huge hole in it so it had to have been there for awhile. The goldfish tanks are littered with dead fish. There had to be at LEAST 3 dead fish in every tank

Haven’t stepped in a Meijer since moving from Michigan. Store was clean, had some cute stuff in clothing (one sweatshirt that I ended up grabbing)The bathrooms however.....were absolutely disgusting. Toilet paper all over the ground. I felt like I could’ve catched 50 million diseases while I peed.

The floor staff is very short and not very helpful when I ask for help locating items, but I find where the desired item is located when I take my time and look myself; unfortunately, I have not had luck getting an item if the shelf is empty.Deli staff is different. I have always been served quickly, and this staff is quite efficient and helpful.Checkout clerks are also efficient, and the store has plenty of lanes open.

Its like other big block stores (i.e Walmart & Target) nothing really special. One noticeable thing is their customer service is trash and they still use old check out system. I rather shop at Walmart, where therere cheaper options or Target for their customer service.

Asked for help in the freezer area and the person told me and wife to go in the back and find it are self he said he didnt have time to look for what we wanted yes he had a meijer shirt on and a name tag on that said Meijer on it

Nice door clean lots of Selections in food produce clothing and well clothing is a little skimpy for the women but it didnt restore prices are a little higher than you might be used to it at Walmart and Target but you might want to try it if youre looking for something specific that you cant find anywhere else

They didnt have what I wanted but I appreciate the fact that the employees was very helpful with showing me where would I find it and when it should be back in stock.

Ive never really known what a Meijer store was into last year. Im from down south but my husband introduced me to this. I love this place.

This store has a lot to offer not just groceries but close dog food cat food different items its combination grocery store and department store and anyone who lives in the area would be a wonderful asset to add to their shopping list to stop there

Produce was sad and so picked over.Updating, I went back another time for a few things.... 5 minutes shopping and 30 minutes wait to check out. Still disappointed with their customer service.

This place need 0 stars. I paid for something they had posted on Instacart paid for it and then they tell me they can’t give it to be cuz they only sell it before 6am. That not my problem. Don’t have it posted for sale if it’s really not for sell. Then I called the store to get through to the manager and I was told to hold. I was on hold for ten minutes and then they hung up on me. I will be getting ahold of who ever is in charge to fix this.

Ever since the store opened I have gone the Wal-Mart 3 times. They have great sale prices, and very good clearance prices.Employees spend a lot of time standing around, typically 4 people standing around the entrance with the greeter. Hard to find people when you actually need help.No gas station at this location, but there is a Starbucks, if thats what you like.
