I went with my friend she actually picked a hat out right from the window so they know how to draw you in. They dont harass you which is surprising because its so tiny inside. You also can tell that they know about hats and can give you some style advice. Nice place go get a hat!!!

If the hats werent such a rip off youd sell more and stop having to close stores. Enough with joining clubs and buy one 300% mark-up hat get one 300% mark-up 1/2 off. Just sell hats at an honest price. Its not that complicated.

First off, we wanted a cancer ribbon put onto a cap. No ribbon to be had. Finally we just decided to have words put on the cap. The clerk took his sweet time to complete the job. I didn’t think it should take that long. Also, the clerk was not dressed very professionally, his pants were way below his waist line and his black undergarments were clearly visible. I just think you should be more professionally dressed when you’re working a store in the mall.

I always get my hats here. They have a good selection of Bucks, Packers, and Brewers hats. They also usually have a BOGO 1/2 off sale that I take advantage of. I wish they had more 47 Captain Snapbacks though because those are my favorite.

The girl with the yellow Afro gives the worst customer service. I was going to buy 4 hats but left them on the counter because she decided to not help me. She was also slamming the doors when I would ask her for help. Never spending my money at this location. When I called to speak with the supervisor she answered and claimed she was the supervisor.

I prefer this lids over Brookfield square location. My fav lids was southridge but i havent been there in a coupla years. Great staff at this location with a great selection.
