TUMI has great luggage! Latest technology and well thought out designs that work with business or pleasure. And you cant beat the warranty or the fact that some repairs can be made on-site while you wait. Staff here has always been friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

I stopped by last evening to browse what was new at Tumi. Chad welcomed me to the store and was delightful and engaging.I had a Tumi soft bag I purchased in Chicago earlier this year and neglected to have my Tumi tag monogrammed. Chad was very helpful with the monogram and suggested gold lettering, to match the bag’s hardware. The end result is spectacular.

I have had more than 6 tumi bags in the past but their service has completely degraded. This store has had my bag for over three weeks for a warranty repair on a broken handle. I have been promised follow up calls that never happen so I have to continue to follow up on the status. When I speak to them I get conflicting messages and all but one person there talk to you like you are an idiot, constantly spewing a scripted response. Dont try and pass the buck that we are waiting on Tumi, you are Tumi. The last straw that got me to post this review was that I had to ask the assistant manager to call the parts center and ask if the part has actually shipped....
