Except for the fact that the insurance costed extra and it did not show in any of the advertisement (at least not at first sight), the service was really good and the person in the desk/office was also very helpful.I moved out after a year and a half and I didnt have any problems with it.On top of that, Habitat for Humanity is around the corner, so if you want to donate something that is the perfect place.

Brittany helped me get set up in November. She was professional and polite. She accommodated my needs and saved me money because I thought I needed a 5x10 which was sold out so I was able to store my items in a 5x5 pretty well. I moved out in December and Alex helped make sure my account was up to date and I wouldn’t be billed. Also, she holds a great conversation with customers. Thank you extra space storage. I wish that the online registration would allow us to chose a date of service and location in the facility. I really dont need the storage the day of registration but only chose it because I was afraid there would be no more storage room available. However, upon arrival, the customer service was great. I hope that it wont be a hassle to get all my stuff in the storage because its so far away from the entrance. Also, I saw the moving carts and I was expecting it to be bigger since I will be moving a lot of huge items. I hope it will take care of my business.

Steven was very helpful and accommodating, especially when we needed to change the size of our storage unit. It was easy getting in and out with the code provided, especially when it was raining since we could drive right in. They provide trollies to help move things, which was also a big help. Today, Alex Maddox assisted me with the rental of a storage unit. She was so congenial that I felt like she was a long-lost friend. She was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. I was able to complete the paperwork online while Alex stayed on the phone and guided me. Afterward, she sent a follow-up email with very detailed directions explaining where to park, the best way to enter the building, where the push carts are located, etc. She even anticipated that I might make a common error when punching in my code, so she made a comment about that possibility and how to avoid it. Judging from todays experience, I would recommend this facility to others.

Hello, this storage facility is very clean and has easy access to your indoor lockers. Steve the Manager is always very friendly when you call and very through with instructions about your storage unit. I love the drive in entry way and that the automatic door closing behind you makes you feel safe.

Stellar service from Alex and Steven! I made a reservation online, received a phone call and email from them, toured the next day, and started moving into my unit. Super easy and painless for my first storage unit experience and the prices were great when comparing to other units in the area. Not to mention the place is clean, has a large heated garage to unload your items, and is in a convenient location.

Wonderful experience from the very beginning. The first interaction was the main call center and they were so helpful and knowledgeable with getting me the best deal and size storage unit. I was promptly called after that by Alex who walked me through everything again and made sure I had all the details and explained how I could do everything online or over the phone which was so helpful since I’m in the process of moving. A couple days before I “moved” into the unit Marty called me to once again confirm all the details and walked me through everything step by step!! So simple!!! The customer service was outstanding!! Once I arrived Marty showed me how to access the facility and walked me to my unit. Highly recommend them, they made this difficult move much easier!!!

I highly recommend this storage unit facility. It was a perfect hub location for my move back to Wauwatosa. Very easy to access my belongings, the drive in garage lobby was very convenient, and the service staff and email notifications were professional. Building is super clean. The building conjoins w the ReStore, so easy to donate any leftover items not wanted any further.

Update: Have been here for 3 month now and I still enjoy storing here. Very secure, and Manager Alex is very professional and really cares about the Customers and the property.I always see her wiping stuff down, and cleaning. Ive never seen dirt or anything on the floors because she up keeps it very well. If you decide to store here I hope you have the pleasure of being assisted by Alex. She is amazing at her job, and really knows her stuff.

Love it. Its ver clean & secure. I have a peace of mind knowing that our possessions are secure. The only things that I recommend are adding keypad access on all of the north doors instead of only being able to enter thru the dock area. Also they should add an additional area, further back, for moving carts for customers that have storage units located further back from the dock entry. Otherwise I love it and will definitely recommend to others.

This guy was cool, he showed me the different size storages to fit the items I knew I would store away, I like that he wasn’t pushy to make a sale. I chose this storage because it had cameras, my last storage place did not and was broken into repeatedly, so he insured the safely and showed me all the ways my storage would be protected from the cameras to the way you access the storage garage 👍👍

Really nice storage units, they are indoor and they have a spot where you can pull two 26-ft U-Haul trucks and unload under cover inside of their facility. Overall I give it a 5 out of 5 as far as storage unit facilities go.

We were very impressed! The whole process to reserve and sign the lease for the unit was very easy and then delivering our first load to store today was very smooth. The facility is very clean and well lit and the ability to pull into a garage and then use one of the supplied carts was wonderful!Update - we liked this facility so well, that we just rented a second unit that we will use shorter term as we transition to moving to a new house!

Awesome customer service from Alex and Marty - they got me out of a jam after showing up at Public Storage with a reservation and ready to move in only to be told they didnt have a unit for me. One hour later I was checking out a unit and moving in at Extra Space. Facility was much easier to access, very new and clean, and much more secure. It worked out for the best! The online rates will save ya money.

Move in was easy, price was very reasonable, and the space was clean and well kept up. When I no longer needed the space, cancelling was a quick phone call and painless. Would use again if the need arises.

The unit is clean, air-conditioned, and you can purchase a reasonably-price lock for extra security. In addition, he took the time to explain in great details all about the unit, how to access it as well as finding the perfect one to house my precious cargo💕. Michael was awesome to the very end. I relocated from Los Angeles and Marty did a fantastic job in the midst of the pandemic madness to safely show me units available and offer the best deal. Everything was done quickly, efficiently and safely. I could not be happier!

Storage is great. The price is a little high because they make you have insurance and you have to use their locks. I really like the location.

Storage locker was very clean and the move in process was easy. Marty went through the lease over the phone and spelled everything out for me. The facilities allow for you to pull into a covered area to unload, which is helpful with poor weather. They also provide dollys to assist with moving. Elevators are deep making loading large items easy. My only complaint is how far my locker was from where you drive in. My locker was on the complete other side of the building which makes for a trek when hauling furniture.

THE MANAGER MARTY AND THE OTHER EMPLOYEE ...I FORGET HIS NAME WAS VERY NICE AND POLITE... NOT TO MENTION.. WHEN I WALKED IN ...IT WAS WELCOME DARRYL ON THE DESK ALONG WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER NAME ON THE OTHER DESK.... VERY WONDERFUL NICE PEOPLE.... THE BUILDING IS VERY CLEAN AND CONVENIENT........I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND EXTRA SPACE STORAGE TOO OTHERS THAT MIGHT NEED IT....THANK YOU GUYS AND ITS A PLEASURE .

The biggest issue I had with this place was that they have a massive amount of storage but only two loading bays. I had to make several trips to my unit and every time there was a line of cars waiting to get in. Sometimes people would just box you in if you got there first instead of waiting or just loading from the parking lot. At one point, one of the loading bay doors was damaged and out of service for over two months. This made the loading and unloading experience even more of a headache. Instead of offering some type of reimbursement for the inconvenience and loss of expected service, I got a rate hike! And after only 5 months of tenancy! You are also REQUIRED to buy their locks for $16 which you get to keep when you leave. There is absolutely no other use for this lock except for at their storage space. Anyone wanna buy a lock for half price? There was usually only one customer service rep during office hours (9-5) and I never saw anyone during off hours. Why wouldnt they have anyone there during hours that people are most likely going to need help? They get one star for having a unit and the other star by default.
