VERY Unprofessional!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL! FIND ANOTHER TATTOO/PIERCING SHOP IN WAXAHACHIE! Ive been to immortal inc twice before this incident to get facial piercings and had no problems. About 9 weeks ago I came into their shop to get a small cover-up tattoo on my wrist. They did my tattoo, charged my $150 bucks and told me to come back if I needed a touch up after it had completely healed. After my tattoo was healed, I went into the shop on (9/18/21) and set an appt. for that Monday (9/20/21). When Monday came, I arrived at the shop, at the time of my appt. to find the doors locked and the building closed with a sign on the door saying closed opening tomorrow at 1:00. No one from the shop called me to let me know they were going to be closed, and that my appt. was canceled. I went back the next day (Tuesday 9/21/21) to asked what happened and to see if I could reschedule my appt. The guy told me they were busy and asked me to write down my name and phone number and said that he would call me to reschedule my tattoo. He never did. The staff was VERY dismissive towards me. It was almost like they didnt care that I had enough respect for their business to do things the correct way and set an appt. I wouldve even paid for the touch-up had they asked. I feel like my tattoo wasnt a priority for them because touch-ups are suppose to be free. but nonetheless, I paid $150 for them to do a cover-up that I can still see my original tattoo through. This has been the worst experience ever! I almost wish I never came here in the first place because Now Im stuck with a design that I almost hate as much as I did the original tattoo. I would give 0 Stars if I could.
They gave my wife a tattoo. They did good work and was really nice to us even let me bring my 6 year old in with me most tattoo shops dont do that. But I tried to get a tattoo and I cant get time or a call to schedule the tat. I dont know maybe they dont like me. Or maybe my money stinks

The piercer was super quick and made me feel comfortable. I forgot to catch her name but shes cool. My friend and I each came in and were able to get different ear piercings and were out in like 20ish minutes. The prices are very reasonable.

I was looking forward to getting a tattoo here. I contacted the business and was in touch with a tattoo artist. I sent him the designs I liked and they said to keep them coming. They would be in touch with me on when we could set up an appointment and design ideas- because it has to be their work not a copy. I completely agree and love that! I sent more designs and all responses ended. I even asked if I could put money down toward holding them and getting to see an idea sketch. Because winging it makes me nervous. No more responses from the artist. Nothing I waited weeks and have given up. Im really sad. I was really looking forward to doing business with them and I hope this business does well. But I guess they decided I wasnt worthy.

I went there for a quick drop in with a friend who wanted a Medusa piercing. The piercing artist was quick and effective. I decided to get a spur of the moment triple moon tattoo. Walked in and got a medusa piercing. They worked quickly and the pain was only with the initial poke of the needle. Friend also got a tattoo and it turned out great. They used second skin to cover which is great. We will be back for more tattoos

I read the reviews before going into the shop for the 1st time last night. Reviews were encouraging despite my hesitation over small town location, etc., but took a chance. My sister and I knew what we wanted but didn’t arrive until 8:00 pm. No matter! We were immediately helped, great customer service, more than fair price quoted and happily paid up front. Painless, fast and quality artwork, by a genuinely kind professional. Pete lives up to the praise in the other reviews and I will absolutely go back.

Calm, clean and friendly environment. I had multiple piercings done from lobe to industrial and helix’s. They do use externally threaded jewelry instead of internally which caused some irritation for a few days when I wanted to switch my jewelry and concerned me a bit thinking it wasn’t fully healed. I ended up having to take the industrial bar out due to one of the holes ending up closer to the edge of the curve in my ear and it now leaving my ear a bit misshapen and with a noticeable line from where it had already mostly healed in that position. As well as the lobe piercing I had done ( reopening a higher lobe that was the third hole in my gradient on one ear) being placed too close to the next existing hole so any jewelry I placed would be more or less overlapping the jewelry in the next hole. Overall the experience is very pleasant and professional just for me not all the execution ended up working out for some of my piercings.

I got a belly button piercing done february of this year, it came out normal, everything was fine, it never got infected until i changed out the ring too early which isn’t on them. they tell you how to take care of it but i went online for research as well. they were chill & cool place. as long as you make sure they r using clean stuff and u clean properly ur good :)

I went on one of their Friday the 13th specials to get a helix piercing.. the experience was fine, albeit super painful (but I’m a little pain intolerant so take that as you will) but after three months of proper aftercare I have this weeping piercing bump on my earring. My fiancé went to the piercer with a picture of both front and back of my ear and she told him it was a keloid, and needed aspirin paste and tea tree oil... I disregarded and went to Inkmasters. Cyle took one look at my ear and told me I was pierced AT THE WRONG ANGLE! All I ever wanted was a helix piercing, and now I have to heal and go through all the pain all over because someone wanted to rush me out the door. DO NOT GO HERE.

Great place to go, super clean, super professional, and have really great artist. I have gotten 11 tattoos and 4 piercings from here, and all of them healed amazingly. This shop is fairly priced, and super knowledgeable about what they do.
Worst experience ever! Iv had about everything pierced so Im far from naive to the procedure. I got my daith pierced, after requesting captive bead hoop for the jewelry as I know how easily barbells fall out for me. I was denied she stated “they couldnt be used for this piercing, which i knew was bs but she already had my money and I wasnt in the mood to have to explain to her that it indeed could be used. And the following night the barbell came out as I had been concerned about. My skin heals rather fast so I was unable to slide it back in. So I went back to the shop assuming $80 would get me more than a couple days wear... they claimed if they opened another needed they would have to charge me the piercing fee again so they PAINFULLY shoved the dull tip jewelry thru my freshly sore, halfway healed skin. Alot of pain and blood later the jewelry fell out again and I decided I didnt care to see them again to get scammed and painfully hurt needlessly any further.
I was in and out in less than 10 minutes for my ear piercing.

I came with my daughter for her to get a piercing. We had to wait 15 minutes so the piercing person could smoke. Literally took two minutes for the piercing. You’d think she could’ve waited five minutes, do the piercing and get a tip instead of making us wait 15 minutes while she smoked and not get a tip.
I came here to get a cartilage piercing a couple weeks ago and Im extremely happy with how it turned out. Ive had no problems with it whatsoever. Definitely recommend!

However the young lady who answered the phone, I belive her name was regan, was super rude over the phone. When I asked what the special was for today the first words out of her mouth was “Well we have a line out the door soooooo”That is not what I asked. I asked for prices not an attitude
I have taken my daughter here to get 4 different piercing and Aimee is great they are very clean good atomsphere friendly staff and made sure that we understood how to properly take care of the piercings after. They are the best place in waxahachie in my opinion.

I am from the Austin area, it is nearly impossible to get an appointment at any shop. I was in the Waxahachie area and talked to Jordy, it was such short notice but she was able to fit me into their busy schedule the next day. Fabian did a great job! My tattoo is perfect. The shop is open and clean and everyone there is super nice, helpful and very knowledgeable about tattoos and piercings. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for great work!

Very unhappy w/a simple cross tattoo I had done. Also not the font I Iike and the cross is crooked.I asked for the line of the cross to look like a stalk of wheat. It looks more like a perverted carrot at the top. Sadly I was referred to Inmortal ink. I told to ask for Fabian. However Fabian is NOT who was the tat artist
