Very troubling experience. Bodello gave misinformation and was quite aggressive in all his mannerisms and contact. My daughter and I were uncomfortable and so we stepped out and called Verizon directly. They confirmed that his information was misleading and incorrect. When we went back in to speak with Bodello, he called the Verizon customer service liars. Trying to get more clarity, in case there was simply miscommunication, we asked questions but this man was extremely defensive and rude. He was even contradicting the information he had just given us. It felt very much like a bait and switch scheme. We had to ask for a different representative to finish assisting us. She was pleasant but Bodello stood there over her shoulder watching us the entire rest of our visit. Terrible experience.

Marty was so incredibly helpful in setting up my parents new phone…we had to dig up a PIN number, transfer 60+ contacts from an old flip phone with no SIM card to help. She really has gone over and above!

Zachary completely made my day, he was amazing. I had been at the retail store down the road for 2 hours with a representative that didnt know what he was doing and we discovered I had a faulty phone and there was nothing he could do to fix the situation. I left and got on the phone with tech support for an hour and when 5hey could not help me I went to this location and was created and helped immediately by Zachary who was able to order a replacement phone and exchange the faulty phone right on the spot no hassle whatsoever. He completely turned a very frustrating situation into a completely satisfying experience. I will now only be going to this store if I have problems with my phone.

Eric is absolutely the best!!! Not only did he get our phones set up at the best price ever; he has gone up and beyond several times since then. He has amazing customer service and works tirelessly to get the best deal for the customer! My family knows that we can count on him fir wireless and internet needs!

Not very helpful. Stop in to buy a new phone after my current phone crashed. When asked for assistance in recovering data from damaged phone they said they dont do that anymore. However, if I recently completed a backup on Google it should be recoverable, if not you lost your data.Went to other Vz store in town, they helped me recover all data. Left there with 2 new phones and a new iPad.Lesson learned...should be more helpful.

I wanted to ensure to leave a review for Jose. I went to upgrade my phone and he was wonderful to work with; highly recommend. They didnt push me to buy any new phone covers or chargers for my new phone. They showed me some options and let me know the changes I would see with the new phone and it was a great experience!

Dont go to this store if you have any disabilities they will discriminate against you in a heart beat. I have lung cancer and am unable to wear a mask because of the reduced lung capacity. I tried to explain that to the associate however it didnt matter to them. Instead I has to stand out side in the cold breathing in the freezing air which certainly didnt help resulting in coughing fits for 2 days. I will certainly be filing the proper paperwork for violating the ADA and consulting with my doctor at my appointment today to ensure that didnt affect my treatment.

Bought an Iphone 12 Pro Max and the sell went smoothly. Was told once I activate new Iphone service on old Samsung would stop and the service on my 5G Iphone would activate. The 5G service never activated and I was forced to use my old SIM card from my Samsung. Finally make a trip to this store and the employees here dont have the ability to do that, so they make make my call tech support, sit on the phone with them for 20 minutes and they dont know why it wont activate, so they want to transfer me again. By this point I left, Im not going to spend hours at this store over an issue the employees should be able to solve. So if you want to be sold a phone and not have it work the correct way, this is the store for you. Sucks that the new Verizon store cant operate like a proper phone store.

This is a store that sells phones, but they have no phone you can call. Made 2 trips there for a SIM card, which they did not have. Employee told me their store phone is disconnected. This store apparently thinks having people make needless trips to their location during a pandemic is a best practice. It must be easier for the employees to chill without a pesky store phone ringing to worry about.
