I needed to buy 2 new car keys. Kathleen ordered them, although Bentley in England was delayed, they arrived and Raymond scheduled the service to do the programming. I waited for the service to be accomplished and my car was then washed and brought to me. A proper treatment of their customer. Thank you.
We made an appointment for this afternoon to buy a car, we were 100% going to buy it- we were on our way from over an hour away and they called and said it was sold. We offered a deposit on it yesterday to hold it for this afternoon and they wouldn’t take it. Well, that’s a terrible business practice. That wasn’t right to do to us at all. They deserve every one star review they get for this... Zero stars if we could.
I had a great experience on my recent purchase of an Alfa Romeo at Bentley Boston working with Kevin Wenrich. I initially went in for a test drive and being new to the Alfa brand I had a lot of questions and things I needed answered before I was willing to switch cars. Kevin did a great job being knowledgeable about the car and product. when I decided to move forward on the purchase he was on the ball and very efficient getting everything done and also without ever feeling pressured or rushed through the process. It was a very smooth process from start to finish. Nice dealership and people.
The sales staff are wonderful here! After going around looking for multiple cars at other dealerships and being bullied into trying to get something I couldnt afford, they were a breath of fresh air. They were zero pressure, easy to work with, and extremely understanding of my situations. Ill definitely be going back there in the future if I make another purchase.
Updated-customer satisfaction is absolutely not anyone at Bentley of Bostons #1 concern.The agreements in the purchase and sales were not completed as the front bumper was not repaired as evidenced by scratches, dents and pieces of plastic bra left hanging off. Shown in pictures before the purchase and written in the purchase and sales would be repaired. Vehicle was delivered to us in exact same condition.Also, the a/c in the car has not worked correctly since being delivered, or the ventilated seats. Although, it was also promised everything on the car was in working order.We tried and even stated that we are not ones to post bad reviews about anything for small issues, we just dont have the time. We tried to share our experience with Giovanni very early on as all paperwork said to contact him after sale if there were problems. He instead turned us over to Rob Morris, another manager. We were asking for nothing at the time, just to share our experience and disappointment in the way the purchase was handled. We were met with rude comebacks and comments about all the things we did wrong. Also, lied that the purchase and sales was completed as requested, which it was not and is documented in pictures.When we wrote to explain the a/c does not work we were met with a comment about being confused why I was writing to document this.Reason-we are having to take on the major expense to repair the a/c and ventilated seat within the first month of owning the car because the dealership sold us a car with a non-functioning a/c.All comes back to our fault for trusting the customer satisfaction promise and claimed caliber of this dealership to sell us a car from a distance and handle every part of the transaction with care.___________________________________________________Purchased a 2014 Porsche Panamera. We experienced very poor customer service. Maybe if youre buying a new 6+ figure vehicle you will have a good experience and be treated with genuine care. If you are not I would look elsewhere and will definitely look elsewhere when looking to upgrade to our next luxury vehicle which we plan to do in a year or so. We had worked with several dealerships before finding the car we wanted, unfortunately at this dealership. Overall we are thrilled with the vehicle as we looked for quite some time to find it, however the customer service is not representative of the caliber this dealership claims to be or what they have written all over their website about how they treat EVERY customer.Our regrets are only that we did not give our business to a dealership that deserves it.Major complaints -1. It took almost a month to receive registration and tags. Losing approximately half of our warranty period. The dealership refused to work with us on this.2. Some items promised in the purchase and sales agreement were not completed, but we were told they were.3. The cars a/c does not work after we were assured all things were in perfect working order, as we were buying from a distance.4. The manager Rob Morris has been very uninterested in our experience and has told us all of the reasons he doesnt believe our experience was poor.5. I have emailed the GM several times with no response, evidently he turned me over to the manager mentioned above that has shown no interest in our poor experience.6. The sales manager rushed us to close the deal before the end of the month for the dealer. As told by Rob Morris closing the deal took too long to begin with, blaming this on us. We had requested undercarriage videos from the first day we spoke with the dealer and we signed paperwork the same day we received them which took many days. The sales manager also went on vacation in the middle of closing the deal, again no fault of our own.The most frustrating purchase experience. Take your business elsewhere.
I have purchased several cars at other Herb Chambers dealers in the past and have had great experiences but I would avoid this place at all cost, I am surprised even with several gm and management changes they can’t figure out how to treat clients very unprofessional dealer cars are toys for sales reps to beat on. The presentation of there cars is worst I have ever seen I have purchased several Ferrari’s, mclaren, Mercedes etc from various dealers all good experiences, it is to bad I think the new uris is a nice car and could bring business into them but from what I see I would buy used from other local dealers, I am hoping Herb will take this dealership serious one day and bring in some quality people not sales reps who want to joy ride cars and talk down to the ones who can actually afford to purchase the cars.Brent m
The other day I drove up from Walpole to Wayland to the Herb Chambers Bentley of Boston Dealership. The long drive was definitely worth it because I had a great experience seeing the cars they had on the lot and in the showroom and talking with the employees. The staff there is incredibly professional and very knowledgeable about the cars they deal with on a day to day basis. Id like to highlight an employee I had an extended conversation with named Joshua Love. He was very interesting to talk to because I could tell that he loved his line of work and the automobiles he deals with. I found it enjoyable to talk to someone who has the same knowledge and love for cars that I have. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone who is seriously looking to buy one of their luxury cars, or just any car lover who wants view the vehicles in stock. Herb Chambers employees are the best of the best.
I would highly recommend Joyce and this dealership for anybody in the market. I had initially called for a vehicle I saw advertised on their website, but had sold. They quickly informed me that another vehicle was arriving. They called me the minute it came in. I visited the dealership the next day and purchased the vehicle. The transaction was smooth and Joyce demonstrated a great amount of knowledge and just the right amount of persistence (without being overbearing or pushy). I would not hesitate to direct any friends or family, and will be taking any potential future business to them first.
First off i want to thank all those at the Herb chambers in Wayland. It is by far the most exceptional staff of any dealership i have been to. Specifically i want to thank Josh for showing me and my friend around the cars and being so accommodating. I was also happy to see Josh at the cars and coffee. Although we wont be buying any of these cars too soon, rest assured we are life long customers if we are ever in the need of a rolls, lambo etc. I recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. This is my favorite dealership Ive ever been to. They always have such nice cars! As a car enthusiast, it is really exciting to see so many Bentleys altogether at once. The customer service is extremely inviting. Dominic is always extremely friendly! He even let me sit in a Bentley Continental Convertible! Thank you so much for the very exciting experience and I will surely be back again soon to visit. Hopefully, one day I can get the chance to own one of these cars too.
This is by far the best dealership I have ever been to. They have the best cars and the best staff. I have to personally thank Joshua Love for taking me on a tour of the cars. If you want to visit this dealer just to admire the cars, like I did, please do because they will treat you with so much respect it is unbelievable. Salesman DOM from Bentley Boston had presented me with a deal to purchase a Bentley GTC, which included a 1 year CPO and shipping to my home in New York...Unfortunately, the deal was 5000.00 ABOVE a competitor for the same type vehicle with similar options and mileage.....The only difference between both vehicles was the color of the convertible roof.....Since i preferred the Black roof over the competitors Red roof, I was willing to pay the additional 5000.00 to Bentley Boston and buy the car.....Upon speaking to Dom to complete the purchase, i was advised by Dom that he would renege on the inclusive shipping promise- since the deal was allegedly too tight with his numbers.....Shocked by Dom going back on his word about the inclusive shipping, I grin and bared his betrayal and agreed to pay for the shipping....I called DOM several times to complete the deal. It was only until a few hours later i receive a TEXT from DOM stating that that vehicle i had been interested in and the vehicle he had promised to me HAD BEEN SOLD TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER.......In my opinion, i feel as though DOM and Bentley Boston used my deal to enhance the deal of another in a bait and switch type tactic, only to leave me hanging in the wind......Again, and in my opinion, this was VERY DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICE by DOM, being a representative at Bentley Boston.......BUYER BEWARE- the same situation may happen to you!
I recently attended the grand re opening of the Bentley Boston show room.Upon entering there in front of me was the stunning Bentley Bentayga in purple. Great service. We were greated right at the door and everyone who worked there greeted us and talked to us. We were Shown all the cars and had each model explained to us. Employees were really smart and welcoming. We had Joshua Love showing us the store and he was a very cool helpful guy. He explained everything to us about all the cars. Definitely coming back because of him.
I visited this dealership with my two sons, ages 15 and 12, to check out the cars they have in the showroom. I made it clear, from the beginning of my conversation with the sales rep, that I was not there to purchase a car. The sales rep, Joshua Love, made us feel at home and spent about 30 minutes showing the cars to the kids, telling them the tech specs, showing them interesting tidbits about the cars and letting them sit in a few. I highly recommend just taking the time to visit and seeing what the luxury cars look like. This is a great place to take the kids for a visit, especially if they are into these types of cars. At the end Joshua got a few popsicles for the kids and told us to come back anytime for a visit.

My dad and I went to the dealership expecting to get 1 or 2 pictures then get kicked out. Instead, Joshua Love treated us with so much respect. He let us take as many pictures as we liked. He even let me sit in a $500,000 car. You wont find better service at any other car dealership.
As a person who used to be a used car salesman many years ago, I was extremely impressed with my experience at Herb Chambers in Wayland. Im not from the area, but was on my way to a job with my 8 year old son and stopped in so he could check out a Lamborghini. I expected snobby salesman to not want to deal with us as we were obviously not looking to actually purchase one. On the contrary, we were treated like family and my son and I were both allowed to sit in the cars including a $550,000 vehicle. Joshua, the salesman, even took pictures of us with our phone and gave my son a gift bag that had him leaving with an even bigger smile. We were treated with the utmost respect. I sincerely hope if anyone from Herb Chambers is reading this, they will know how important it is to have sales people like Joshua representing their business.

This sales guy that just called me was completely rude and unprofessional. Ive bought tons of luxury cars rolls, Bentley before and never had such bad services. I inquiry about a Bentley and I asked him for the price of the car. He said msrp and l asked is there any discount. He responded to me why should there be a discount. And hung up the phone. Why would you call me to sell me a car and act completely unprofessional when Im looking to buy a luxury car. Hes got an European or Australian accent. Didnt tell me his name.
Went there this Friday afternoon and walked around the showroom for five minutes. People were in there offices just hanging out and not one person asked me If I needed any help. I walked out - it shouldnt be that hard to buy a $250,000 car.

Me and my father came in today to look at a car for him for the future. We started talking with one of the salesman and he was very nice and helpful but had to go help someone who he had been talking to for a while about another car on the lot.Josh came up and introduced himself. Josh walked me and my dad through every car that we wanted to and was very knowledgeable about everything at the dealership. He even opened up the cars and let us sit in them, something no other exotic car dealership has let us do.Before leaving, we talked to the Lamborghini sales manager Dan and he was also very knowledgeable and gave us brochures on the cars and answered any other questions we had.Overall, our experience at this dealership was fantastic and if I could rate it any higher than 5 stars I would!!
I was not expecting to be looking at Bentleys, but having passed by this dealership a number of times, one could not offer resistance forever. I figured to get one of those haughty condescending welcomes. Was I received instead was a courteous and friendly welcome. Upon meeting Louis Forti, I was immediately impressed with how down to earth and unassuming he was. His knowledge and patience was equally impressive. He took his time, first asking the appropriate qualifying questions, then going over every car, comparing features, showing the benefits of ownership and how they transcended the surface appearance of the conventional auto buying experience. His knowledge was so thorough, I felt almost as if I was being guided through a museum rather than speaking with a salesman at an auto dealership. All in all, it was the most comfortable, informative and downright fun experience I can ever remember having at an automobile dealership.
After putting three children through college I decided to fulfill a life long goal of owning a Bentley GT. So recently I drove to Bentley Boston just to get some information. Upon arriving I started to look at the inventory and was introduced to Joyce Zavolas. She was great. She answered all my questions and then set up some test drives. Thats when I met Dominic Warrell. After a few test drives I picked a car that Dominic special ordered and the following week I was driving home in my dream car. They made the whole experience stress free. Now if we can get some good weather so I can put the top down.
