Loved how smooth the process was in selling them our old truck. They were very friendly and efficient in their towing process as well. I only leave 4 stars because the check we received was $25 less than the agreed upon offer price they gave me by phone. Nonetheless, they took the car off our hands so we’re thankful!

The older woman that works there is very rude and dry.. I dont go there unless I absolutely need to just because of her and always made me feel like shes got some thing against me and worst part is I think shes a manager there shes got a shorter style hair cut so try to avoid her and every thing else is pretty smooth

They are very accommodating. They saw me working on a engine that I pulled that was in a row that was going to be scrapped. They gave me one extra day before they scrapped it, which was the difference between me being able to get my part and needing to start all over again.

The lady behind the counter was super helpful and educated at her job...I was in and out in no time!

They have a wide variety of good quality parts. Parts are easy to locate. Customer appreciation days are always fun with hot dogs and pop on the menu! The yard operators are courteous and safety conscious.

Great salvage yard. A lil small but they get alot of different cars and trucks every month. Prices are fair. Yard is kept fairly clean. Id recommend this place to anyone.

Lot was under renovation, so vehicles were limited. Definitely wasnt worth a 30 minute drive and didnt get the parts I was interested in.

Went to get two tires they have locks on them so I had to get the locks off to get the two tires. Went inside to get the price after getting the tires off they wanted $50 per tire with the rim plus $5 core charge on each one. Didnt want the rims asked if I could take them off they handed me a bar which was obviously not going to work. There was no way I was paying $110 for used tires and rims off of a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee I picked the exact same two tires up they even threw on the rims for $30 for both at Fox Auto. What a joke they could have cut me a deal they could have did anything those rims would have sat on that car until it went to the scrap. What a big waste of my time so close to me and I wont be going there again

These people are great, organized rows, let you check the yard if the job may be hard, AND they are friendly. Love the prices. I’ll definitely be back. If I II haven’t tried this part I’d recommend it.

I go to the sterling heights location all the time . When they didnt have the parts I needed, I drove 45 minutes to the Wayne location to get what I needed. Found the parts I needed that no one else had . Friendly staff went out of theyre way to assist me with my needs . They even gave me a senior citizen discount without asking ! (Which may be a couple of years prematurely lol) I was floored ! Fender, bumper and headlight with extras cost me a $103 bucks . I was jumping for joy ! Collision shop wanted $2800 to fix my car that someone else hit and I dont have full coverage . Did it myself for a $100 bucks ! I sincerely cant thank US Auto and the guys there enough for helping me fix my baby . Thank you so much ! Highly recommend .

Really cheap to enter the yard! Bring your own tools is allowed. You can rent tools from them if you do not have any of your own. Staff are really nice, Ive never had a bad encounter here. All the cars are up on blocks high enough off the ground, so you can get under the vehicle if you need. There are plenty of vehicles that you should be able to find what you need!

Place is great. Cars get moved around a bit not always grouped by maker but still easy to find what your looking for. Just wish you could get parts from vehicles that haven’t been yard prepped yet. Buddy scrapped his truck and I wanted the rims off it lol

Received a quote and set up an appointment to have a junk car towed away. No call/no show 2 days in a row. May be the fault of the outsourced towing company, Westland Car Care and Towing.Dont waste your time. I was told they would be here in 30 minutes 31 hours ago...thats a long 30 minutes!

Got a great condition alternator for $20. Search for your vehicle on their website, they had 11 Ford Taurus in that were in the 7 years of that matched my car and had the same engine and components. I checked out each one out and picked the one with the best condition alternator.

Something changed but they operate during covid rather well. Always clean organised yard and free of debris outside of vehicles. Most domestics and popular imports can he found and the u pull prices are always great.

US Auto of Wayne is hands down the best you-pull yard in Wayne county. This yard has gone from a night and day difference from its previous ownership under Scrapbusters. Lots of fresh and late model inventory, with vehicle rows rotated every 30 days. There are a lot of late model vehicles and the prices are very affordable. Kevin, Kyle, and the US Auto team have really turned this yard around. My first stop for used car parts!

Great Place to pick up miscellaneous parts that you need for any vehicle repair. They have a nice clean selection of vehicles in orderly organized fashion now that they switched over Ownership. Tina was very kind and courteous at the desk. Deathly my go to spot for junkyard parts for my repairs.

First time at a you-pick yard. Mike at the counter was very polite, ran through the rules, and gave me thorough directions. Checkout was quick and got the parts I needed that were in very good condition. Yard was organized well. Oh and they didnt even charge me the $1 entry fee since I was a new customer!

I like this place BUT. They have a few issues.They line up the cars to be put up on stands but black access to the cars. Nowhere to walk thru.Also limited parking for customers and the employees park by the front door

Only $1 to get on the yard, ticket good all day. Great prices, much cheaper than others. Smaller yard but not as picked through. They get rid of vehicles weekly that have been there longer or heavily picked off of.

Most Unorganized self pic junkyard I’ve ever been to they are scrapping cars in the back right in the open there is no good walkways sure to place everything is muddy as hell been to the one in Sterling Heights places 100 times better than this one

Great place to pull your part needed from a tire to a transmission. Whatever you need you find it and remove it yourself. If you need wrenches or a screwdriver they rent them to you for a fair price. Love this place just wish they had more to choose from.

Better than ScrapBusters

Was looking for a rear bumper. The only good one had the stand under it. They wont lift it and move the stand somewhere else to sell the bumper. Youd think they would want to sell as much as they could. But guess not. Been there probly 10 times but only got what i was looking for once.

Prices are a little high (I paid $45 for a grill and one head light housing, which both were damaged and were a pain to look for), but some of their vehicle appear to be in better condition than Fox scrap yard, but Fox is cheaper, so it all depends on what your looking for and the condition you want it. Scrap Buster vehicles are better organized (by make) than Fox and they dont charge a entrance fee, Fox does but its only $2. If your wanting a good deal and can carry a lot, Scrap Busters was offering all you can carry for $99, which is a great deal if your wanting to get a lot a parts but not sure if that was a deal of the day or an everyday or weekend thing. Both sremed5 like great places, but as I was only looking for a couple parts and they were more expensive and had small amount of GM I have them 3 stars instead of 4. All the staff were friendly and professional, and would visit again if I need scrap car parts.

Needed to replace my Mercury Montego tail lights with Ford 500 tail light assemblies. I was luck they had one on the lot. $20 for each one. Brand new OEM parts are $700 EACH ! ! ! ! ! Used ones for $150 from ebay and you dont even know if they work. You can find out out how to make the wiring change on youtube. Very easy for someone who is mechanically inclined.

Called to see if they had a part for my vehicle. Was told, we dont keep an inventory. I was told to drive down and they could let me look around. I live in Brighton! A little effort on their part could spell profits for them. I WILL NOT BE DOING BUSINESS WITH SCRAP BUSTERS!

Scrapbusters has a nice variety of cars and they also purchase cars for about 250 to 300 a piece they sell batteries radios and any type of auto part you would like the staff are very friendly in the front but in the back they are a bit touchy you can rent Wheel barrels and bring your own tools. They pull or you can pull parts yourself. Admission is one dollar you must be 18 or older with an i.d.

No entry fee unless you find the part you were looking for!

Decent prices, good customer service, low inventory. They use to have five donor vehicles for my jeep that I pulled from regularly, and then they car crashed them all and wiped out that whole generation, dumb. Thats just my experience.
