Took my car in for service, needed motor mounts and tie rod repaired, asked for brakes to be checked. Quoted at $600 for pads and rotors on my fusion so I turned down the service to do it myself. Brakes werent too bad when I brought the car and when I drove off they felt completely shot. Went to do the brakes to find a couple of flipped pads. Very shady and an attitude when I turned down the brake job and now I know why

Fred & his team are simply the best. They went above and beyond to help me. I took my van in when my check engine light was on and it turned out I needed new spark plugs and ignition coils.Fred fixed it in a few hours and it was a fair price. 2 weeks later my light came on again telling me my catalytic converter was bad. Fred knew right away it was under warranty and called the dealership for me, made the appt and everything. The dealership tried to make me have an additional $1200 worth of work done BEFORE theyd replace the converter. Fred wasnt having that and truly went to bat for me. He is awesome. I am so thankful to have met an HONEST mechanic. I will never use anyone else.

Fred was the best! My friend and I took a used car there we were looking to buy from a local dealership, and wanted checked out. Fred did a thorough job, and explained everything he found needing fixing/changing in detail, and even looked up the price of the car on Kellybluebooks, and told us what he thought was a fair price for it. He even recommended we have the dealership guy come over, and said he would tell him exactly that. He then printed off the list of needed fixes/prices along with the kellybluebook price page so we could take it with us to the dealership. Finally, he said he said he wouldnt even charge us for his services unless we bought the car! Just great guy, very trust-worthy. Wish his shop was closer to me!

Fred helped me out when I was in a really bad situation today. The subframe on my car was about to bust so I brought it in to him.My car was so dangerous to drive that he wasnt going to allow me to drive it out of there in the condition it was in, so I could either fix it or get it towed. I had him fix it. He got it done quickly and cut me the best deal he could with my situation. My car is safe now and I didnt have to wait longer than a few hours, so Im able to drive it to work on Monday. He even showed me the old part and let me take pictures for my records, and he looked up numbers and printed information for me to contact Chrysler and see if they can help reimburse some of the cost of the repair.Fred and his team of mechanics are absolutely wonderful, honest, and trustworthy people, which is hard to find in most mechanic shops. I highly recommend them.

We have dealt exclusively with Fred on our vehicles for about 4 years now. Hes honest and his prices are fair. The last time we went Jeff worked on our car. My power steering went out on a Friday and Saturday their hours are very limited. They had a couple other jobs to do ahead of us. I was worried because my daughter had a neurological appointment on Monday and wasnt sure if we would have a car to take her. Thanks to them though, they made sure we had the car in time. They are amazing and I would recommend them to everybody.

I had an issue where a previous repair shop stated I needed a whole new transmission. I knew that was not the case so I took it here and they took several days just to diagnose it and find out it was a bad crank sensor. I have taken my vehicle here ever since.
