I saw a mattress on sale online so I went in to check it out. As I arrived, I was shown a sale mattress and I asked about the military discount, because I read that its 10%. The lady proceeded to tell me that she already is offering a discount because she is themanager. When I showed her the website thatshowed her same exact managers special,she made an excuse, apologized, and gave me the 10%. I bought that mattress on the spot. Took less than 5 minutes.

I brought a mattress last year form the Rockaway, NJ location. Josephine DiRito did such a wonderful job helping me understand the type of mattress which would be best for me considering I had back surgery a few years back. Fast forward a year later I needed a second bed for my dad. I looked for Josephine and was told she is working in Wayne, NJ. I waited till she was working and made the trip up to Wayne. Once again, she was wonderful and knew exactly the type of bed I needed. Her colleague also helped me while she was with a customer and he was very friendly and knew what he was talking about. I will return to Mattress firm as long as Josephine is still there!

This gentleman made us feel so at home I felt like taking off my shoes while walking around. He gave me the facts on every mattress he presented (Yes, Presented. He is a master of his craft.) He asked us the questions that mattered. He wanted to know us not how much we were able to spend. He was effortlessly knowledgeable in well beyond just mattresses. He knew his store like he built it from the floor up. He was professional in even excusing himself to inform other customers he would be with them shortly. Most salesmen just yell across the room. He made us feel extremely sure we came to right place. He made sure to show us every option before we made a decision which I really liked. He was not at all pushy and I really felt like he cared about us as customers. Ok so my husband and I went to purchase a tulo bed in the box queen sized mattress on a Saturday.. We paid in cash and was told to pick up mattress on following Wednesday. We were also gonna buy a new boxsp as well. Wednesday comes no mattress!! I even confirmed night b4 with salesman Ron. Me and my husband was very very disappointed we paid cash and had to w8 until Friday for a delivery. Their excuse was sorry dont understand how it happened..word of advice spend your money elsewhere they are unprofessional..I even had a person to help me with boxsp who I had to pay becuz mattress firm dropped the ball!!
