I came in for an exchange and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Everyone here is so polite and I really appreciated their help! This store has the best staff of any HotTopic I’ve been to.

Nice selection of things to browse through, although Id wish cashiers would pay more attention to alarms on product we rang at the gate because alarms where not taken out on all items, and I heard the alarm multiple times before us also.

This has been one of my favorite places of all time!!!My Anime shop but it used to be my Rock and Heavy Metal shop when I was into those back in the day...!!Overall, great and kool place to find your Otaku taste and more... its fun and the guys at this awesome place are always great!!I totally recommend!!

Maintains limit of costumers in store. Still hard to maneuver around. Wish more people would be considerate of others. Ended up stuck/blocked in, several times within narrow areas. Staff was very helpful.

Been going to this store for years but today 4/7/21 First time coming back since covid I must say staff is very friendly and helpful store is clean and there is limit people in store I really want to Thank Caiti and Erin and the rest of the staff . For helping out appreciate it so much this is my favorite store especially for t-shirts and piercing thanks guys....

Great sales! Had to wait about 45 minutes in line before going in. Staff is wonderful and check out was quicker than expected. Definitely recommend this Hot Topic more organized than GSP Hot Topic.

My husband and I have been going to Segovia in Moonachie for 40 years, always a memorable meal. We live 10 minutes from the new Segovia in Oakland much closer. We have been to the new location 3 times and feel that we will take the 35 minute ride to Segovia in Moonachie. Definitely better food.

Sign said to wait at the door until an employee let us in. There literally appeared to be nobody in the store, employee or customer. We called out 3 times and still no answer so we left.

Typical hot topic, but the staff is very helpful and nice. Stopped in because they were having a huge tshirt sale, the staff managed to keep things organized. During a sale like this that seems near impossible. Only complaint is that the store layout is a little bit different then most hot topics - so it took a little longer to find things.

I love the items in the store and the staff has always been nice to me, but the phone just rings and rings and rings.......it’s pretty aggravating when you’re trying to figure out if something is in stock in the store but no one wants to answer the phone. Even after you’ve been trying for the last 2 hours. It’s like they cut the cord or something.

So basically I feel like this place is like a G rated version of Spencers from back in the day. They carry all the merch youd expect and have decent sales. The store is a bit cluttered but whatever. The thing that got me, and I dont shop there often, is that I wanted to buy just 1 item under $10 but the clerk had me go thru the whole process of name, email, phone #.....Geez. Can I not jyst pay for this and leave??? The clerk said the manager was near so gotta do it. What a pita. Now I gotta go in and unsubscribe. Like I need another email or text to a store I go to maybe twice a year. Hey management - I dont want to give you all my info so I can buy 1 small item. Give the customer the option.

This hot topic has gone downhill so fast the workers are nasty now and the store has changed. Theres too many mainstream things there now and the atmosphere is completely different than it used to be. Its closer to home but Id rather travel to Garden state mall to buy something simple from hot topic than go to this one in willowbrook. The workers used to be happy to help and dressed nice from head to toe. Now theres plain workers and they dont even smile at you none of them seem to want to help either! One worker said the store changed to more vibrant things but then why wouldnt garden state change too?? Its just THIS ONE and its so frustrating because it used to be my favorite but its not the same here anymore I definitely do not recommend.
