This is the most unique store Ive ever seen. They sell ARTISTIC stuff like Brighton jewelry, one of a kind artisan and designer products. The help knows EVERYTHING about things in the store. Eileen is the best and nicest person ive ever spoken to, she cares more about her customers than the sale. GO THERE!!!

Couldnt believe the way the owner talks to and about her own employees, especially in front of customers. She is so rude, and entirely obnoxious. Wasnt the first time I saw her behave that way, Ive even heard her complain TO CUSTOMERS about her employees, and occasionally complain to her employees about customers while there are other customers in the store. Once I tried buying a decoration (its a word spelled with funky letters that you hang), and she kept saying the letters I was picking looked terrible together and that I needed to pick other letters, then took the letters I liked away and chose the ones that she thought looked better...what kind of a retail worker does that? I like what the store has to offer, but the owner is very abrasive and doesnt know how to interact with people.

The store that never disappoints!

This establishment doesnt even deserve one star. I only gave it one because I had to. I am so angry with Frick and Frack. I used to shop here all the time for my Alex and Ani bracelets. In total ive spent over $500 just in the past year just at this store. I was in there today asking them to replace two of my Alex and Ani bracelets and the owner, Eileen, was so obnoxious and rude. First off, she accused me of breaking my own bracelets. (HELLO! why would I break my own bracelets if I am just gonna get the replaced anyway?) Then she demanded that I give her a receipt and I said I do not have access to one because the person who purchased these bracelets for me is on a plane. Her response was, Call her up and tell her to give it to you. (HELLO, Eileen did you not hear me!?) Never again will I return here nor will anyone I know that also shop there.
