The cashiers are generally always friendly but when I took my 2 cars in (separate times once each) for an oil change a problem occurred which was the exact same; my husband has a code reader and it read the same codes. I don’t know if they are sabotaging cars to get more money/work to bring people back that don’t know much about cars or if it’s just someone not doing things the correct way and putting things back the way they go or what but this needs to stop. If my husband didn’t have his code reader we would have had to spend more money just for a valve not being on right. Not cool man!

You can no longer make appointments for ANYTHING other than 2 or more tire replacements. You have to go inside and get a ticket written up for EVERYTHING other than oil change (Yes including air in your tires), and you have to know your lp number even to get that done. Customer care here has gone downhill bad.

The oil change wasnt bad but after we got home, we realized the skid plate was hanging and the connection was broken. We went back and spoke to the mgr of auto service. After learning that the part was broken, they wanted us to go to buy the part from the dealer and come back for reimbursement. The part wont be in stock for several days and we are from out of town. We said to pay us and we will buy it. After waiting another 30 min for the manager of the store to show up, she agreed with us and gave us the money to replace the part ourselves. This was a terrible experience with this auto center on this occasion.

Was terrible, they didnt put my oil filter back on correctly and all the oil leaked out, almost burned up my engine!! All they could say was sorry....Im like sorry!! What would it have been if my engine blew!!! Sorry!!! They hire incompetent personnel.. will never have my car serviced there again....

They couldnt change the oil in my 2012 fiat, at first the manager told me they didnt have the filter, so I offered to get one from auto zone or oriley, and thats when he told me he doesnt even know how to change the oil on it...At least he was honest and didnt try to do it when he didnt know what he was doing...Front desk staff was nice and polite..

It was a good after a 5 minute wait for the three employees to get done with their conformation of each other and as I walked through the store I began to see a lot of Walmart employees and they were grouped together of three talking to each other like it was a social meeting instead of a job I never seen that many Walmart employees at one Walmart before

Please be sure to check everything they say they did to your vehicle. My husband checked my tire pressure after reading our receipt and it was not what they claimed they put it at. Also they never vacuum and the receipt always says that they do. I would be sure to check their work!!! Youve been warned!

Had oil change an tires rotated total time about 1 he. Very uncomfortable seats in waiting area. But the employees were all nice.

We got conned by these people. They lie and pull fast ones. Will be taking business elsewhere. Its not normal for tires to go out after four months.

This is a cheap place for tires and oil changes. There is always at least an hour away. Just be patient with the staff.

Was a good checkout experience?

Went in with a bad tire and replaced it in 45 minutes. They parked the car while i paid, went to start the car, battery dead!! It took 2 HOURS to get battery checked, only to find it was ok!! Not a satisfied customer!!

Quick in and out with no wait.

Bought a battery here 4 months ago and it died. They replaced it for free under warranty.
