Customer service in the store is always 5 Star! The prints I requested were just not as crisp and the resolution was blurry. She tried very hard but it just didnt work. I asked the manager if they had a cleaning service and if so, they werent doing a very good job. She said they do their own cleaning. Not sure that is how Office Max should handle that. Hire someone with only cleaning as their focus because this way isnt working.
