Had my truck serviced here I was originally told that I would get a loaner vehicle for the day and few hours it would take to fix it well because I was originally from out of state their system didnt like my license so they couldnt let me use a loaner car also I was originally told it would only take a few hours about a day and a half later my truck was finally done although Im not quite sure its fixed all the way

We live about 2 hours away and Michelle was wonderful working with my wife to answer any concerns she had about the vehicle before we committed to the drive to look at the vehicle. Took advantage of placing a deposit to hold the vehicle up to 72 hours because we couldnt make it to look at the vehicle for a couple of days. I bought a Suburban from here. Salesman was fine, no problems. Every time I have bought a vehicle I have been called in to get my plates and have them put on my vehicle. I received mine in the mail, this time and the front end is angled, so it requires a license plate holder. They made me buy it from them and wanted me to schedule an appointment that I would also have to pay for, to have it put on. Congratulations, $33.48, the amount I spent making my new vehicle legal, in the state I bought it from, from a company based in that same state, just cost any future business you would have received from my family.

Bit of mixed emotions about jerry durant. Bought a truck here, and they were extremely helpful and pilot worked hard to get me a great deal, but I had some issues with the truck later and it has been an extreme hassle to get resolved.

Far from experts at the Granbury location. Took my Buick to get the turn signal fixed. When they were done with it, it cost me 650 dollars. Drove it home it had the same problem, it would not cancel. Took it back several times and they pushed me on down the highway. I would not suggest taking your car or truck there

DO NOT BUY HERE!!! I wish I had read all the reviews. We were screwed just like everyone else! How does a $10,500 car end up costing $20,000??? We made an agreement of $10,500 and were shown the estimated taxes and fees. Then finance finds a ways to just tag those taxes and fees to the cost of the car, then we get taxed again?!?! Be aware of their shottenkirk care. We did not agree to that! Finance says hell throw it in for free! Nope we were charged anyway! Please go elsewhere. Do not buy here!

They mechanic shop in the rear of the building along with the detail shop need to contain their trash better. Also if they could learn how to turn off car alarms quicker than 37 minutes that would be nice.

Not a bad place if you dont mind putting $4000.00 down on a used 2005 pickup with over 120,000 miles on it! Then the car salesman treats you like a 3 year old to boot! I suggest not to use Leonardo. You would have a better conversation talking to a wall than him.

Emmission issue took in for service and am using a loan vechile

Our family has now purchased 3 vehicles from Jerrys pre-owned. Most recently my daughter purchased a car that had the flip key break within 3 days and the heater go out in less than a week. She did not purchase the extended warranty, but the heater wouldnt have been covered anyway. We went back and forth from her sales rep to the sales manager before FINALLY the main manager got the message. He was NOT happy that our issues had not been taken care of. He gave us a loaner car while his team fixed both the flip keys and fully rebuilt the HVAC system. My daughter LOVES her little Chevy Spark, and we are thrilled that they took what was a horrible situation and made it right. We will return to Jerrys when we need another vehicle. :) Hubby wants a truck.

Purchased a truck over the phone with the help of Don and Michelle. I really dont like dealing with sales people because they try to push you into a sale. Working with them was no where near that. They left the ball in my court answering any questions. Going out of there way to explain everything. It was more like dealing with family. I will purchase from them again. Ive bought and owned Toyotas from Durant since 2007 and have had very good experiences with them. Everything is well-cleaned to spotless, service is 98% great, maintenance reminders are very thorough. My only complaint is the relatively short time service managers actually stay there. Just when you feel youve achieved a comfortable familiarity with one, they move on. Not sure why that happens.

Absolutely the worst car buying experience. I purchase a vehicle. The salesman was nice at first. After the paperwork was done the salesman disappeared in a flash. Will not return phone calls!Now, I get a letter from my finance company stating they haven received the title. 3 months after the sale. I still don’t have a license plate either.

Been doing business with Durant dealerships f for about 20 years. We have bought not less than seven cars from them in that time. Service department is great, which is the only reason we stay with them. With a couple of notable exceptions, my experience with the sales department is abysmal. Expect for them to care nothing at all for you the minute you sign the papers. Most recently I caught Shawn (the salesman, not the sales manager, in flat-footed lies TWICE. The worst thing is that he had no reason at all to lie to me the first time. He could have simply told me the truth and I would have been happy with the circumstances he looked about. Years ago, I bought a used car from them, only to get home and find that the odometer had rolled over when I checked CarFax. I had specifically asked about the low mileage and was told the an old couple had it and pretty much only drive it to the store story. They did refund my money with no problem, but if I hadnt checked, I would have had a car with 136k miles when they told me it was 36k.

Pretty disappointed with this dealership. I bought a car there 6 years later tried to trade it in. They offered me 1500 less than a total different make of vehicle. Sent both sons there to buy new vehicles. One bought they gave him a good deal. It is hit and miss here. They have a real nice dealership. Very modern and clean.

Horrible customer service tried to have a conversation with the GM who once he didn’t like what I had to say had phone issues and I was disconnected. Never received a call back tried to reach out via email direct link was old out of use email. Tried to email via main store email asking for him to contact me back never heard anything back. Very unprofessional people and from my dealings with them not very honest I recommend shopping for your truck needs elsewhereOver a week and they still will not return my emails so I am guessing the phone issues was made up as a way to hang up on me

Worst car buying experience ever!!!! Will NEVER do business with them again! And I will tell everyone I know to do business elsewhere! Bought a car in February, less than a week later it had to be in the shop to replace the timing chain. They lost track of the repair order and they had my new car for 3 weeks! Then less than two months after the first repair the transmission went out, another 2 weeks in the shop. Finally got the car back and three weeks later the check engine light came on again, this time its an emissions issue (based on the code) and of course thats not covered under the warranty. All of this on top of the fact that all of the features listed when I bought the car do not work (heated seats, remote start)! Good luck getting anyone in the service department to help you unless you just walk in and force them to deal with you face to face. No one returns phone calls or answers the phone. Take my advice stay away from this dealership!

WARNING! The absolutely rudest response to a cash offer we have ever had. These are Used Car Salesmen and have no problem taking everything you have and sleeping well that night. There is no courtesy here. Perhaps the salesman had a bad day but this experience for us was just disgusting. Weve purchased several high end vehicles on EBay and have never had a dealer treat us as rudely as Jerry has.
