I got an email that IT eyebrow pencils were 50% off today. In the store, they refused to honor this but said I could do an online order where the price was working correctly and do a store pickup without having to wait. I did that and then was told I had to wait 20-30 minutes. I was annoyed but whatever. Technological issues happen and the manager seemed too lazy to just correct the price. I was supposed to get a free makeup brush with my order and asked when the order was placed if I would still get that. I was told yes. I waited the 20-30 minutes then went to pick up my order. They flatly told me I would not be getting the free makeup brush with the order that is listed in the sales ad and on my receipt. The employees at the resister are also asking for tips, which is against Ulta policy. This should only be brow bar and salon workers, not people working the cash register. I placed my order online and will just have it shipped to me so I can get the discount and the free brush, and now I’ll have to return the one I bought in-store/pickup. If they hadn’t been so rude about all of this on top of it all, I wouldn’t have left a review, but this Weatherford location is terribly managed.

My teenage son shopped at multiple stores, and he finally found a bottle of cologne he likes. We grabbed the small bottle and went to check out. I asked if he wanted to grab the larger bottle, and the girl behind the counter said You probably dont. I dont see a lot of people wearing this. I dont care what you see, that was really rude!

I went in to talk to someone that could match me with the right foundation and my skin tone and the employee specialist I talked to matched me and my daughter up perfectly in 5 seconds. Now my foundation doesnt have a line and matches me perfectly.

Incredibly disgusted by the treatment I received at this location. I was followed around by an employee with brunette hair, who I assume was a manager, and she only asked me if I needed help once. Just because someone is a minority or is wearing heavy metal attire doesnt mean they are stealing in your store. Do NOT shop this location if you are a minority or even dress differently from others because you WILL be profiled. I will no longer be shopping at this location.

The lady who foundation swatched me was sweet, but the lady that checked me out was incredibly rude and had no idea what she was doing. the store was messy, boxes were everywhere shelves were empty. i only found 3 out of 13 items i were looking for, which normally i could’ve found them all at my local store.

I love that someone always offers to assist me, but they dont hover. I used to have a subscription to Bare Minerals, but would get more makeup than I needed. I love that I can run into Ulta and just pick up the items I need as I run low. And they have a fabulous selection!

This ulta has been the worst as far as makeup goes for years now but yesterday took the cake, i have gift cards from christmas and had to choose this store to look at makeup, and it was a disaster. Half of the stock was out, actual retail products were OPEN, dirty and halfway out of the packaging, and it was just such a giant mess that i gave up and ended up mad at myself for wasting time at this store. Whoever is in charge really needs to get on top of organizing, cleaning and inventory because you’re gonna keep losing business this way. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, either shop online or make the trip to the lake worth store!

I’m literally so disgusted in how I was just treated I will never give Ulta another dime. I feel harassed, I genuinely didn’t want anyone’s help, I’ve barely been in a store in a year due to COVID and wanted to look around, read ingredients, compare etc. I was asked about 7 times if I needed help and then the icing on the cake-when I heard my outfit being blasted over their radios with the word weird in the same sentence...perhaps I looked weird because I wanted to browse and compare but isn’t that what a store is for or do I only need someone to escort me around and tell me what to buy? It was so incredibly disrespectful.

I love Ulta, but in the future Ill go to Fort Worth or order from the app. The Weatherford store has been acceptable for awhile, but I went yesterday for the first time in a long time and it was awful. First of all, there was some woman there who appeared to be some sort of manager. She was talking LOUD the whole time and cackling in this booming trucker laugh. It was so awful that the atmosphere in the store was awkward and the few customers there were glancing at each other sheepishly. I couldnt wait to get out of there.Then, as I was standing there waiting to pay, some snide cashier ordered me to go stand somewhere that was like 5-10 feet over from where I was standing. Some people are clearly talking Covid as an opportunity to boss people around like theyve secretly always wanted to 🙄

Spoiler alert, dont continue unless youre ready for happy tears. My family moved to the aledo/Weatherford area a little before the holidays, I was spoiled from Sephora off University however Ive had nothing but great trips to Ulta. Most of the staff is very helpful, I was needing a foundation match last Saturday and the girl that did it picked the perfect shade even with everything taped up. I couldnt remember her name, short blonde hair and lots of tattoos. After helping me, an elderly lady who couldnt get around well at all went to her for the same thing. Everyone could kinda tell what was going on and it was truly a little sad. The girl that helped both us told her to sit at the brow station and she would go check out her items for her. She came back with her things, card and receipt and helped the lady walk to her car since she was so physically unstable and came back in and got back to work. There are still good people in this world and this girl deserves a raise❤

London was rude the minute I walked in about store policy and masks. BE NICE ABOUT IT!! Ask me dont demand. Put my mask on...at check out London asked nicely if I wanted to sign up for an ulta CC. My how her attitude changed when she wanted something. Declined her offer and she went back to being rude. Declined donating and she was rude about that. Best part...Lady with 2 kids walks in. She says she doesnt have a mask. London says thats ok just social distance. So of course I addressed her attitude with me vs the other lady. London says I dont need this right now! There is a way to provide customer service and still do your job.Will not come back!

I went in to get my normal face lotion and concealer only to find that the line of concealer I use expanded their line and it was a little overwhelming. One of the employees noticed and came over to help and gave an honest helpful opinion. The employee who rang me up was very kind and polite and the overall experience was great. I have tried the concealer since my trip and its a perfect match! I highly recommend IT cosmetics and the staff at Ulta in Weatherford.

They are always out of stock of many things. When asking for advice on something to get, they will only tell you what they use, not what is best for your skin. I will never have my hair done here again!! My hair looked like a 2 year old cut it, and the color was way off. I spent several hours in the chair.

I went to Ulta to look around during this Pandemic..they bombard you as soon as you walk in the door to tell you its OK to not wear a mask, but DO NOT touch the testers! Why dont yall take the testers up so no one will touch them. There is some common sense for you. But I forgot its all young girls working there and no telling who the manager of this place is. Dont tell a women who is walking into a cosmetic store to not touch anything. We want to touch it all!!

Apparently I was really spoiled by the first Ulta I ever went to (lake worth- Gina! 🤗) because finding customer service at any other Ulta has been rough! I asked the sales person when I walked in for help finding a full coverage foundation for sensitive skin. She looked like a deer in headlights and said she guessed Estee and Tarte were good.I also needed some Lancome moisturizer and wandered around for 15 minutes trying to find it. An associate eventually noticed my frustrated expression and asked if I needed help. She told me that location didnt carry Lancome and then on my way up to the register I found Lancome!

I have worked for ulta for almost NINE years! I do it because I love people! And makeup of course! 😂 Nothing is better than making someone feel more confident or beautiful. We talk about this all the time at work! I tell my girls, Make someone else happy, makes you happy. I TOTALLY relate with going into any kind of makeup store/tanning salon/clothes store etc and being snubbed. (Without makeup I look like an albino creature of the deep blue sea. And on my day off, makeup isnt happening but yoga pants is. All DAY.) So I always try extra hard to make people feel comfortable and at ease when they need help with makeup or skincare.If you did get that bad experience I hope you will allow us to try again! Because some employees like myself REALLY do just want to help! 🤗

I am seeing all these great reviews for Ulta in Grandbury and that was not what I experienced today. I went in and stood by brow bar and never got a hello or an acknowledgment that I was there. I waited as workers passed by me and decide to walk out. I primarily buy online but after this I will find another place to give my business too. I was so disappointed.

I got my hair trimmed and thinned at the salon and she did a wonderful job! My hair looks and feels wonderful. The staff here are always friendly and helpful, and they have a large variety of things to browse. The Ulta in Weatherford is awesome, so if you need shampoo, makeup, or nail polish, this is a great place to get it.

I am a makeup and skincare connoisseur and have been to dozens and dozens of Ultas and this one is by far the rudest one I have been to. I have been to this location several times, and only the first time I went were they nice. I just finished a visit there today and the shelves were almost completely empty in the Ulta brand section and very sparse in other Prestige cosmetic areas and they had nothing new from a brand that I knew just came out with a few new things and wanted to try. I also brought with me a coupon for a free Ulta eye primer for being a platinum Rewards member because I could not get the code to work online. I prefer shopping online because you get better deals and you dont have to deal with customer service, but like I said this time I brought my code in since it wasnt working online last week. When I got to the checkout, she wouldnt give me the free gift because apparently it expired yesterday. Seeing as how I already tried to get this during the date it was good for, I think I should have gotten something out of the deal. When I mentioned I was a little disappointed about her decision she said she couldnt give it to me anyway because they were out of stock. I asked if there was anything else they could do for me because in some Ulta stores they make up for it by giving you something else to keep customers happy, even if its just a free sample of something behind the counter. But she said they dont have any free samples right now. Thats funny since they leave the cupboards open behind the counter and I could see the boxes of samples. They are usually very tight with their samples at this store. Thank goodness Im actually moving next week and dont have to deal with this location anymore. They act as if theyre better than anyone who walks in their store. Shop online if you need anything from Ulta.

Went here about a week ago to buy some foundation. I specifically wanted the Too faced “Born this way” liquid foundation. However I’m horrible at finding the right color for my skin. I went up to one of the ladies that worked there and asked for help finding my proper skin tone. She gladly helped me and even sat me down & put the foundation on my face to make sure it was the right color. She was super helpful and nice to Me. I wish I knew her name! Super happy with the way my foundation looks on me! Awesome!

Employees were friendly and always around in case I had any questions. I went with some friends to try and find a foundation that matched my skin tone and one of the employees readily helped me out. She matched my skin really well with a foundation from estee lauder and she even went the extra mile and gave me a whole makeover complete with lipstick and eyeshadow. It wasnt required at all and I was pleasantly surprised. She was very friendly and it made my day.

If you get your hair colored, be aware that you have a window of 2 weeks to get color corrected or they will charge you again. Initial visit was $65 for all over color. It lasted 2 weeks. Due to the flu, I was one day over the limit and had to go back to get my color put on again. They charged me $45 and that color lasted 2 weeks !!! I will not be going back. $110 in less than a month for all over color does not work for me!

My hairdresser took a client before my appointment and told me to come back in 30 min. I had to be in Dallas for the weekend so I was pressed for time. Waited 30 minutes and just walked around the store then I came back and saw her just THEN sitting client in chair to start cutting. I wait 10 min longer and the after being frustrated asked for someone else. The person i had was very nice but turns out.... they put me in a DIRTY chair. Got a trim, blow out, and a so-so styling that was frizzy and didnt last long at all. Paid $65 including tip. Got to Dallas and my boyfriend asked if I even got my hair done, then asked me what was on the back of my shirt? It was red DYE all over my brand new white shirt that I planned on wearing that night. Nobody even bothered to tell me and they saw it too bc the person was dusting off my back and had a look on their face. I Cant Believe I paid so much for a late appointment, trim, a style that I could of done better myself, and a ruined shirt.

I dont typically leave reviews, but Im very disappointed in my Ulta store. I ordered some hair products online to be picked up in the store. After half a day, I never received the email telling me that my order was ready for pick up so I decided to just go to the store and check since I needed to try and find some make-up for my upcoming wedding. I spent a good 20 minutes wandering through the different brands of foundation, never able to find anyone to ask advice. Finally, a woman asked me if I needed help. I told her that I was getting married in a week and was hoping to find a foundation that didnt accentuate my pores and wrinkles (Im 48). The woman turned to the foundations I was currently standing in front of and told me that this was the foundation I needed ($36 price point). After perusing them, she recommended a shade that wouldve matched my skin tone (was similar to the shade I was wearing). That particular shade was out of stock, so she picked up another shade that was ...just like, a half a shade lighter according to the associate. Looking at the bottle, I was really skeptical because it looked to be more like 2 full shades lighter. The associate proceeded to put a small amount on my neck and blend it in, then told me to look in the mirror. The lighting over the mirror was very poor, and I couldnt really see anything. She explained that this was because it matched and blended so well. I picked up the shade of foundation and proceeded to the check-out counter. Once there, I stood at the end of the space designated for customers to wait while the 4 employees behind the counter discussed the new-hire information with 2 ladies I can only guess were new hires. This went on for a bit, and I wasnt acknowledged until I finally stepped up to the counter, one register away from where they all were. Finally, the woman who seemed to be the manager, told me that one of the ladies would check me out. I stepped up, placed my purchases down, then told the young lady that I also had an online order to pick up. The young lady checked me out, then told one of the women that she didnt know how to do online pick ups. That associate stepped over to help. She asked for my name, then checked all the orders pending pick up, could not find mine. She asked to see the confirmation email. I told her I never received one. She asked what I ordered, to which I told her what I had ordered. She said that their online order device had malfunctioned when they were finishing my order. She spent quite some time attempting to log in to their hand held device they kept calling a MEA(?) then finally called the manager over. The manager asked what the issue was, the associate told her what had happened regarding the malfunction, etc. The manager asked if they had everything I ordered. The associate told her that they did, except for the free gift I was supposed to receive for for my purchase (this was the only way I knew that I would not receive it as neither of them addressed me and told me that they did not have the free gift throughout the entire transaction). The free gift wasnt a deal-breaker, but still, one of them should have said SOMETHING to me directly. Anyway, after another 10 minutes of working with the MEA device, they finally handed me my order and I left. It wasnt until I was leaving that either of them apologized for it taking so long. I was excited to try out my new foundation the following day, but soon was just disheartened. The foundation was not only the wrong formulation for my skin type (which I was never asked about, by the way), but it accentuated my pores and wrinkles rather than camouflaged them and was so light, I looked completely washed out and, quite frankly, ill. I went for advice and feel like I was just a sale to them. The manager and other associate who attempted to help with the online pick-up made me feel like I was an inconvenience and now I have expensive foundation I can never use and wedding photos coming up.

Dont waste your time here. The brow bar is always closed, or someone is on break. Three times I have gone in and there was no one there. The first time I was literally walking in and the girl was beginning to walk out for break and they asked me if I could just wait twenty minutes. No, I couldnt just wait around. Then the next time I went in someone was on break. Then for the third time at 3 in the afternoon I went in and the girl already went home for the day. I went at a reasonable time in the middle of the day, and I still couldnt get my eyebrows done. I will from now on be going to the ulta in Fort Worth, just so I dont have to give them my business anymore.

I took my mother here yesterday to find some things she needed. The sales girls were friendly, but the store was SO dirty and disorganized. They were out of everything we wanted, and all of the testers were either empty, or dripping/caked with messy makeup. Things were knocked over on all of the shelves, things were in the wrong places, and it was just generally gross. Ive never seen any ULTA look this bad. Id take the irritatingly snotty attitudes of the sales people at my local store over low (or no) stock and a giant mess.

Got my hair done last year and the women did an awful job. My hair looked completely sloppy. And when I asked her to put my extensions in she asked me how. (Like isnt that your job to know how to do hair???? ) then when I asked her if she could redo it and try to make it look more like the pictures I had given her she said she didnt have time and I need to go pay. Then they put way too much makeup on my face a I broke out terribly.
