I love this store. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The store is spotless and well stocked. I have been to many different Ace Stores and this one is at the top of my list!!!

The employees at Ace are a rarity, they are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Whenever I ask if they have an item, Ive never heard the all too familiar phrase I dont know.

Gave 4, even tho I was a bit irritated. Was in a hurry, already had an almost 40 mile round trip to deal with, and then having to wait an hr for my glass to be cut. Im not blaming the guy, he was actually working, being helpful, a did a great job with the precision of measurements. His attitude and ethics is what raised the stars from a 2-2½ up to a 4⭐

Great location, super friendly and great selection, I just bought my grill there, combo gas ad charcoal! Had been window shopping for one, they had the best price.

Clean place nice staff just not any experience person works there. Drove 45 minutes for things they said they had waiting on me and they didnt have it. Or know anything about it.

98% of the employees are young college students who lack the skills to listen, comprehend, and actually ring up the item we tried to purchase from the lumber yard. It wasnt even complicated. White plastic PVC trellis. It might as well have been an attempt to purchase the compounds for an astrophysics project. Spend the extra time and just drive to Yukon to Lowes.

Nice store, clean, well stocked and good customer service.

Employees are ALWAYS willing and able to help. Everyone is knowledgeable and its not hard to find someone.

Wow. What an incredible experience I just had. I worked with Michael. The red head assistant manager (according to his name tag). In my many years of shopping at ace hardwares, I have NEVER had such a positive experience like I just did. He helped me from the second I walked in the door, until I left. He asked me about what I was working on, asked if there was anything I’d need (to prevent a second trip), and asked about how I was doing as a person. It was honestly so refreshing not feeling like “just another customer”. If I ever come back to this ace, I will ONLY be working with Michael from now on. Wow. 5 stars!

Brackets that Ive been looking for to build a dog house ... they have them!!Doghouse accomplished, keeping 2 dogs and 3 cats warm in the ice!!

I try to shop local, but was disappointed when they didn’t know their own return policy and, after calling customer service, I had to make a second trip during a pandemic. I can “somewhat” understand corporate not telling them the return policy, but a “Sorry for your inconvenience” would have gone a long way. Hopefully they will do better in the future.

Great selection when it comes to being a local supplier in a smaller town. The older employees are Always very helpful, but on multiple occasions as a female guest I was not even acknowledge or asked if i needed assistance by the sea of younger male employees that passed me in the isle. (not always being sure what to buy) This store has some really kind knowledgeable employees.. also ones that completely ignore you. Customer service is everything.

The people are very nice and helpful but the lumber is not only terrible quality its over priced. They wont even price match. They tell you its cause of convenience but the County Building Center not only is cheaper its also better quality by a long shot.

The selection is what you would expect from a store of this size, many of the employees are helpful but not always.I was out in the little garden center in the parking lot and the employee out there never once acknowledged that I was even there. later, inside, I asked a question about a product and rather than saying they didnt know, the employee just read the back of the box to me without answering my question as if I couldnt read it myself.

Nice store but this Ace Hardware does not go by the franchise return policy. I had maybe $15 total 2 items I was returning with receipt (I bought the items but didn’t need them). I drove 40 minutes to this location and they wouldn’t return my items because I didn’t have my debit card on me. They would not give me a gift card or offer for it to be returned to my rewards account. I was going to buy more merchandise from this store. Ace Hardwares Franchise return policy advertises a “NO HASSEL” return policy but this Ace does not honor anything that the franchise advertises. I spent I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS STORE FOR ANYTHING. Horrible store return policy that goes against the ACE name!!

Not bad for a small town hardware store. Prices are locally competitive on most items. If they dont have something in stock, theres the availability of ordering online for in store delivery.

This Ace is very nice. They have a wide selection of products. I especially like that they have such a large lumber selection. The employees are mostly friendly and the management is helpful.

Dont show up at closing time...it will hurt there feelings. Lol. Otherwise a very nice place!

This store is very sexist, we remodeled a house in town and I was literally in here sometimes 4-5 times a week at the least, each time covered in paint/texture. I know the store like the back of my hand but each time I go in alone, Im constantly asked if I need help, but when Im with my husband we hardly ever get asked. There is one short older man that I refer to as an imp that follows me like Im stealing, and constantly asks of I need help because Im a woman, I usually say nope very sarcastically because he drives me crazy and is frankly a little creepy. And once I was asked if I would like help with loading and I said no, I saw from the corner of my eye the manager call for help anyway, which made me me pretty mad. The store is way over priced but usually well stocked and always clean, it is what it is for a small town. I would check out the County Building Center though, I never realized that was a hardware store also!

Went into Weatherford Ace in 1/09/19 to return a few items. The cashier named Aubrey seemed to be a little distracted by a male coworker. She had to be called to her register multiple times and took a significant amp of time to show up to take care of the return. The cashier seemed annoyed and made it obvious that she did not want to be doing her job. I believe as a customer it would be nice if the cashier doing returns was present at her counter at all times.

Always go here for hard to find items, as well as nuts, bolts, plumbing .Great Place. Been going here for 40 years.
