I cant say enough good things about this store. In a world that has lost customer service they have excelled. Over the years I have purchase several things from them or gotten equipment serviced by them and they are always very responsive and go out of their way to ensure you get your stuff back quickly. Honestly I will not purchase anywhere else. The best company around.

Picked up a Honda water pump for the school, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, answered my questions that I had and helped me load it as well.Highly recommend doing business here, I had a great overall experience with them .

Went in needing a part for my Echo weed eater. They found the part I needed quickly and it had a different type of trimmer head. They took the time to explain the proper way to put line into the new head. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great experience.

These guys have always been super friendly and knowledgeable. We needed a sleeve for our Spartan tire and had already had them order bearings, we didn’t find out about the sleeve until I had driven an hour there. They pulled one off another mower. Of course they will replace it but that really helped us out so we didn’t have to make another trip.

This was a wonderful store to work for and honestly seemed to care about employees until new management was brought in. Very gossipy, lots of friction and tension amongst employees. Not a good work environment at the present time.

We just bought our first ever zero turn mower from ATS Outdoors and our experience was nothing but pleasant. We went in to LOOK at their selection and were left with no excuse not to buy immediately. We were offered 0% interest to finance and the mower was delivered for free. The staff was incredibly helpful, answering our many questions about zero turn mowers and other outdoor equipment. They were never pushy and advised us based on our needs, not what would make them the most money. We were SO impressed by their service and will return for all our outdoor equipment needs. The icing on the cake was the referral fee both we, and the friend that referred us, received for buying a mower here. If you need anything from battery operated push mowers to extremely high end commercial grade zero turn mowers, give ATS Outdoors a chance to walk you through their product line. You will not be disappointed!

I wanted a new String Trimmer and wanted better service than what I could get at a Big Box store. Mike and Brandon were get help. Left with a good deal on an Echo Trimmer.UPDATE……….A year later my Echo started loosing power. I always use Non-Ethanol gas and when I could not resolve problem I took it back to ATS since it was under Warranty……So a week later after I was already charged $51 to “look at it” I was told it was the Carburetor and would cost $150 to replace. I asked the guy how much did I pay for the weed eater last year.. He said around $180..so I told him, Why would anyone in their right mind pay almost as much as a new one to have this one repaired…He basically was at a lose of words. I went and got my Echo, went home and ordered a new carb and $30 and one day later was cutting weeds!I did not buy my Echo from a Big Box store because I thought I could have good service when I needed it…Oh well, guess I’ll get my stuff elsewhere now!

He listens to the customers concerns and problems and then makes a recommendation, showing you the options while keeping your budget in mind. The experience here is similar to that at Sewell automotive group. Great and knowledgeable people that put the customer first.

ATS Outdoors sells some of the best equipment around. I bought a Hustler Raptor SDX 54” mower from them after shopping around, and felt their prices were competitive, but they service the equipment with staff onsite. I felt good about my purchase from them because I can rely on their team to support questions, since I tend to be a DIY type of guy.I did my research on mowers for several months. I based my decision on a mower with a serviceable hydrostatic transmission and feed back from others, which is why I selected the Raptor SDX. Again, I feel at ease buying better equipment from ATS because their equipment will last many years longer than my previous riding lawnmowers from big box hdw stores.ATS stocks OEM parts for the equipment they sell.

My zero-turn drive locked up. Called these folks who came and picked it up that day. They brought it back the next day good as new. Professional, courteous, quick and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend!

The guys at ATS know how to take care of their customers! Not only do they have great mowers, but they have superb customer service! These guys go above and beyond for their customers! They were so helpful and patient. I couldn’t decide on a mower and was pressed for time, so they told me to take my time and think about it and let them know when I decided. They want to find the mower that is right for You! He said they were open all week but they close at noon on Saturday. But I couldn’t come back until Saturday night and Brandon on his time off made time to meet me well after hours to take care of me! I took my zero turn mower to have it serviced. I was told that they didnt service my brand mower. When I told them that they serviced it the previous year, I was told that their policy changed and that they only service mowers that were purchased directly from them. I guess they have enough business that they can turn away potential customers. Not a good business model! If a customer walks in the doors you should make every effort to accommodate them. Then they will probably make their new mower purchase from you vs the competitor. Instead, they were happy sending me to Maxx Outdoors. Any future purchase will be made at Maxx outdoors.

Absolutely a pleasure to do business with these guys. Ive used them several times to have chainsaw blades sharpened and then my saw took a dump. They diagnosed the problem (for a small fee in advance) and came to the same conclusion that I anticipated. After determining that the cost of repair was almost what I had paid for it new they sold me new Husqvarna chainsaw that is much better than my old one. Price was $100 less than the Echo that I had AND the saw is better AND more powerful AND they applied repair fee to the price AND they doubled the factory warranty.Also very important, all of the guys treated me fairly and professionally. I will always shop here first when buying lawn equipment of having any repairs done even though I live 20 miles away in FW where there are many closer choices.Thanks to everyone at ATS.
