Found my tap and go spool for my Echo straight shaft here. The old one lasted over 10 years! For those who think premium brands such as Echo, Shindaiwa, Stihl etc. are too expensive, Ill just say you get what you pay for! Will be back when I need more parts or accessories!

Would not recommend for anyone to rent equipment from this place.Manager is rude and you will get blamed for any tool that breaks. . There is a reason their equipment isnt up to its potential and thats because they dont check them after every use. .ONCE AGAIN DO NOT RENT FROM THEM

I just bought an Echo GT-225L trimmer from here this week. First off it was $20 cheaper than Home Depot so thats nice, but on top of that they took it in the back, gave me a full tank of gas, and started it so I knew it was working even before I left the store. They also included a pair of safety glasses!When I walked in the store I was greeted with a smile and a hello, I walked straight to the trimmers to look at them as they were relatively busy. I had a question so I walked up to the counter and the staff (Austin) had the answers right off the top of his head without having to look stuff up.Very clean store, a lot of different products and brands. I would definitely recommend and will return for my next outdoor power equipment purchase.

I LOVE my new womens danner boots I recently purchased! They are super comfy, and great for hiking. The rental store is the only place in town where you can buy Danner boots. They have great customer service and are very knowledgeable. You wont be disappointed!

Very rude and unprofessional. We will never go there again and will recommend everyone steer clear. My son was basically called a liar until they realized it was a mistake on THEIR end (subtraction is hard apparently!). They then still never apologized or admitted fault. We rented a piece of equipment late in the day and was given 4 hours of use. We brought it back with only 2.5 hours used. They tried charging us an extra $30 once we returned it because they said we went over the 4 hours. Finally after talking to a few guys in the back they realized that 82.5 minus 80 equals 2.5 hours. Id leave zero stars if possible due to the horrible attitude and rude behavior.

I was not able to use a piano dolly that I rented because all of the straps were not with it. When I brought it back and told 2 members of staff, but was still charged. I left feeling bad about the experience. I had just got back home and got a phone call letting me know they had refunded the charge for the rental. GREAT JOB GIVING AWESOME CISTOMER SERVICE. We will continue using and recommending your business.

We rented a indoor lift on Friday around 10:00 and the guy said we could keep it until monday if we wished because they never hardly ever get rented. The rent was $40.00 so we kept the equipment till monday morning as they stated. When we took it back they charged double and would not honor what they had stated. I would not do business with these people ever again and would recommend you do the same.

Do no go here. we rented a wood chipper rated for 3inch limbs. we put approx 5 limbs through total(not at once) and it got jammed up on a 1 and 3/4 inch limb. we used the machine for less than 10 minutes. the blades must have been dull or it was rigged this way to scam people. we wasted 200$ for nothing..... they gave no refund and were rude to my dad. if i could give this place 0 stars i would. the nerve of some people boggles my mind. i cant believe their still in busines.

Heres a good one.The Rental Store in Joplinhad an advertisement that they were closing out on Stihl and Toro items.I am fond of Toro mowers mine is 12 years old and the discount was good, so I decided to take the plunge. I was sick and missed work Friday, didnt feel well so I called and they said the model I wanted was sold and gone. Well an hour went by and I called to see if they had any 50 inch models. I was told that they had a certain 50 inch model I checked and it was close enough I told them I was heading to Joplin to buy the mower. Now were not talking a few hundred dollars..were talking a few thousand dollars. They said we lock our gate at 1 PM but we will have this ready to go. I got there in a rainstorm about 20 till 1pm..went to go pay and they had people waiting so they said my mower was out front against the building..I said I was going to look because they werebusy...went out front...no mower. they then said it was out front on the grass..went out...no mower. The mower was never there..apparently sold sometime in the last few days.Now I was a little miffed but not radical. I thought at the least they would,try to make a better deal on a more expensive mower...noI thought they would make make me a deal on any mower on the property...no.I kinda thought I deserved an apology or we are really sorry this happened...NOI called to see before I drove 70 miles in the rain sick with a cold. They said yes the mower was there. Mistake I can live with their attitude was hard to deal with.Now these folks arent closing completely, they were offered a lucrative amount of money for their property and they are moving to Webb City Mo.I have bought several parts for my Toro and Stihl weedeaters and they have worked on my stuff before. Not only was no apology offered, they locked the gates and went into the store and back room and left me standing there.THESE ARE THE SAME PEOPLE THAT WHINE AND MOAN THAT NO ONE SUPPORTS SMALL BUSINESS. I CAN ORDER THE SAME MOWER ASSEMBLED AND DELIVERED TO MY DOOR FROM HOME DEPOT AND HD RETAIL PRICE WAS 200 LESS.I try to support small business and this.I will never spend another dollar there.SAD

This relates to sales of Echo products. Went to have a chain made for an Echo saw. Told them what I had, guy who works there acted like it was not correct. He was unwilling to check. He and the guy in the red shirt were both unhelpful. I guess they are moving, went to Race Brothers were they were glad to help.

Bought a new ferris srs z2 stand on mower from Austin. Awsome salesmen with a lot of product knowledge. For all your lawn maintenance needs go see Austin at the rental store.

DO NOT EXPECT THEM TO HONOR WARANTIES !!!!!! I BOUGHT A SHINDAIWA BLOWER FROM THEM (would not recommend SHINDAIWA PRODUCTS) WHEN IT NEEDED SOME MINOR ADJUSTMENTS, THEY CLAIM IT WAS NOT COVERED BY THE WARANTY. THEY GAVE ONE LAME EXCUSE AFTER ANOTHER ON WHY IT WAS NOT COVERED. THEY HAVE LOST A LONG TIME CUSTOMER & IF YOU BUY THERE, LETS HOPE YOU NEVER HAVE TO HAVE ANY WARRANTY WORK DONE !!!!!!

I called about having a mower repaired and asked if they serviced my brand of mower. The guy I talked to said he didnt know. He was unable to tell me when they could get it in and said hed have to ask someone about pricing but didnt have time while I was on the phone with him. Guess Ill just go someplace else that can answer questions.

I rent from these guys at least once a month. If they dont have the piece of equipment I need, they always sub rent it from another company so I dont have to call all over town.
