Our bagels were good but we had a $30 order and we didn’t get many of the bagels we purchased. The app does say that due to shortages they may not have everything but we had several specialty bagels we paid for swapped out with just plain. The staff did not tell us of the swaps they made when picking up our order, otherwise we might have wanted to pick something other than plain since it was paid for in advance. Not sure we will use app ordering again.

For whatever reason, and it doesnt matter what Einsteins I go to, but whenever I order a bagel with sausage and cheese, no egg, the cashiers have the hardest time handling that order. I guess theres no easy way to omit egg from a sandwich in their POS. They always get so confused and ask me to make sure I dont want egg. Is this not a simple request? Predictably, this happened at this location, but the cashier handled it like a pro. She took her time and thought about it. Then, she figured out that she had to charge me individually for the bagel, cheese, and sausage. This is the only way they can omit the egg, plus I save a dollar for a sandwich. This location hires critical thinkers, so if you dont want egg, go here.

The staff was so friendly, Erika made my drinks and was the sweetest! Definitely a great start to my morning. The place was clean, masks are thankfully still required, and the food was delicious. Will be back!!

There was a big sign inside advertising the brisket sandwich. O. M. G. It was heaven on a jalapeño bacon bagel. The place was clean and covid friendly. Friendly staff and yummy coffee. I don’t know why I don’t go there more often.

Website said nothing abount mandatory masks nor did it say that there is no inside dining. Not sure if we will ever go back. Sad.

While the food is good, the condition of the building is not. I went this morning and was informed they have been working without air conditioning for months. This is appalling during a St. Louis summer. It was colder outside than inside. They said they cant open the doors either because they dont have screen doors to protect from bugs.Not sure who owns the building but this is ridiculous and makes me wonder what else is wrong with this location.

I didn’t eat at this location but I couldn’t let them continue to use “your” when they actually mean “you’re”. If anyone from the WG Einstein Bros reads this, then perhaps they will correct the note on their window.

Great selection of breakfast and lunch items.

Rude staff and poor selection. I tried to call ahead and place an order, but the automated recording said that all staff was busy and that I should call back another time. After calling 5 or 6 times, I just drove over there to order from the counter. I waited at the register for probably 5 minutes while 3 of the staff members walked by several times but ignored me.When they finally did acknowledge my presence, they informed me that they were out of plain bagels, sesame seed bagels, asiago bagels, and several other things. (This was around 9:00 am by the way). When I asked how long it would be until new items were ready, one of the staff members nonchalantly and obnoxiously said about 45 minutes. I walked out and wont be returning. The staff doesnt care, and it shows.

I come here at lunch time and the sandwiches are always good and the staff super friendly. That said, this is not the place to go if you are in a hurry. Often they are short staffed and there is just one, maybe two women running the entire show from taking orders, to prep chef, chef and working the register. I think this location could do a better job of hiring and promoting women and people of color.

I called with a last minute catering order, and they were able to have my food ready in about an hour! I was so so grateful, and the staff was very kind when I went to pickup my bagel sandwich boxes. I think I slid in sometime between the morning rush and lunch rush, so I didnt experience any crowds/lines. Thank you Einsteins!!!

Did not have a good experience. Service was slow, not enough people hired to take orders and to prepare food. 3 out of 3 items were made incorrectly. One of those was a plain toasted bagel with butter. The other was a simply sausage egg bagel. I asked for scrambled egg and received a fried egg with a slightly broken yolk. I asked them to remake it and the worker was rude. Apparently, they cannot scramble an egg in a bowl before frying; they can only slightly break it up while in the frying ring. I did get a refund but wasted my time. The last item was a thintastic bagel sandwich with avocado, but they didn’t cut it thin. The avocado was rotten—a very nasty brownish grey, as if they had recycled yesterday’s guacamole. The “NY” bagel is nothing like a real NY bagel. It is a soft, tasteless, dense bread. Disappointing at best.I am not going back to this place. Service is slow and they cannot get extremely simple orders completed correctly in a timely manner. Price is high for the quality of the food. It’s a shame there are not any good bagel places in St. Louis that are convenient to get to in the morning during the workweek.

Nice and polite staff!!! This location is spacious, clean, and bright! Fits in with Webster Groves :-) I wish the one by my house were this good!

Best breakfast option in old orchard neighborhood of Webster Groves. Get an everything bagel with smoked salmon and cream cheese. Sign up for their email club for occasional good deals like free bagels and discounts on sandwiches.

Tried the new Bagelrito. Not impressed, especially since it was microwaved, and not freshly made. Plus, cash only was inconvenient.

Great place with friendly workers. Did you know you can also rent the meeting space they have downstairs? Its actually a really great place to have a staff meeting and everyone can enjoy Einsteins!

Worst einsteins ive ever been to. Both of our orders had something wrong with them.When we told the employees they took our orders back only to inform us they dont have onions, and they just pulled the cheese off the other bagel and handed them back to us.The soda fountain tasted like it had never been cleaned. 1/10 would not recommend.

Good breakfast where you get what you pay for. Breakfast sandwich wasnt changed in seven years and I hope it never does. Best on the go breakfast you can get, in my opinion.

I go here once or twice a week. The bagels are like all the other locations, but I find that this location has comfortable seating as well.

General Einstein food, but in a huge storefront. Generally the worst service, and disingenuous staff. The people who help the customers should not be, and the people preparing the food are much nicer and genuine. Every time I come here I like it less.

Sometimes you want to go to a place where everybody knows your name. This is it for me. I have met several people here who became friends for life. The people who work here are my friends. The food is great. Coffee is, too. This is my Wi Fi place. My reading room. When I first went there I joined a group of guys by just making a comment on their conversation. I became a regular. When a friend, customer or employee is out, we want to know why. camaraderie, jokes, tears. I just went for coffee. I found MY PLACE. Just sayin. :)
