DONT GET A COVID TEST HERE!!!! The lab they use screwed up my test number & demographics and couldnt guarantee the test results were MY ACTUAL RESULTS!!! Well what good are test results if we dont know theyre mine?!DO NOT GET TESTED HERE!!! Go somewhere else that uses a competent lab!!!!! (The lab they use is AEGIS lab - so go to someone that uses a different lab)
Worst experience getting a vaccine here. The tech rushed my sign-in forms and didnt spell my name or email address correctly after I told her twice and corrected her mistake in writing. She didnt know if she was assisting me or someone else at times. I then heard her tell her co-worker that shes off the clock soon... The pharmacist had to fix my information.I understand a pharmacy is busy but just being careless in that environment reflects upon the whole pharmacy.
The pharmacists here are kind and helpful. I never have problem refilling my prescription at this location.
It doesnt surprise me Walgreens was busted for a price gouging scam in area stores a few years ago - Walgreens is simply the worst at customer service. Ditched their pharmacy and photo department services long ago because of problems, now I wont even pick something up quick there
Always a good experience. Easy to find items with friendly, helpful staff.
Managers and cashiers need to learn their policy for Price Match. It clearly states on the website. UPON REQUEST AS LONG AS ITS REG PRICE ONLINE.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
No response from Walgreens ‘executive’ office regarding the horrible service I received.I called and used their system to request a refill. The script was scheduled however when I went to pick up the script at the drive up window ( long wait), I was told that I did not have a refill. I had to convince the tech at the window that I did indeed schedule a prescription. He dug further and told me the script was cancelled(reason unknown) and not valid. No apology, no concern even after I said I was out of my meds and had to have it. I asked for the manager and waited another long period of time for her to show her lack of concern. I posted my complaint on line and called in to complain. 5 days later the male pharmacy manager called me instead of the regional manager I requested. Apparently they sent the female store manager when I needed help at the store. If someone there knew what they were doing, they would have offered me a few days supply since I had a history of filling the script there. The regional manager did call me and was useless. In short, they ran me out my depression meds Which caused an adverse reaction that took a week to balance out. How can a Pharmacy can be so unconcerned about the health of their customers??!How can the executive team ignore the 3 requests I’ve made for a call back!!?
Bad customer service at the pharmacy
Clerk remember me as A customer and what I had looked for and not found on my last visit. Told me it was in stock and where it as in the store. Doubled my purchases And cut my shopping time in half. Excellent service.
Pharmacist who administered my flu shot was either extremely inexperienced or was intentionally trying to hurt me. She reared her arm back and stabbed me extremely hard with the needle. I believe the vaccine was placed incorrectly in my arm as well as I still have pain and limited mobility in my arm almost a month after receiving the flu shot. I will never again go to Walgreens to get a flu shot. *Update* It took two full months for my arm pain and limited mobility to go away after the receiving the vaccine.
The store itself was nice. It was clean and well stocked. But the young woman at the check out with short hair and a nose piercing was incredibly rude. Ive come in on a few occasions with her working and she hasnt been very helpful. This time was no exception. While she was dealing with a difficult customer, and I agree the customer was VERY difficult. She had a line growing while arguing and being rude (you could hear it through the store) and from what I could see she didnt call a manager up for around 10 minutes. From the time I got in the store, they were already arguing at check out. I grabbed my items and went to check out, and she was still with this customer and after I was in line for about 2 minutes she had called a manager up. Then she was slightly snippy with me when she ended up checking me out. She is around my age, and the woman she was arguing with was probably double our age, so it doesnt seem to be an age issue. I just think she has an attitude and no real customer service skills.
I was incredibly disappointed with the service I received, I arrived to get my birth control and prozac prescription and was told my insurance was “invalid”... I contacted my insurance and they told me it was actually up to date and NOTHING was wrong with it... after returning to the Walgreens once again, the lady behind the counter LAUGHED at me and told me my birth date was wrong on my own insurance... I had to ask for my insurance company to contact them, however, they told me that they could not get ahold of the insurance company even though they contacted the pharmacy first... I was left completely in the dark and was unsure if I could get my necessary prescriptions, only a few hours after they told me that one of the ladies got my information wrong even though I was able to get my prescription, I was still disappointed in how they didn’t seem to care and continued to laugh at me and not take me seriously.. luckily, there was another assistant who was able to take care of me; and the pharmacist seemed to be a very lovely man. I was just not happy with the first two women who spoke with me, very unprofessional.
There are doing a great job encouraging social distancing. to check out queue is split into sections so that nobody is too close while waiting in line. Thanks Walgreens!
Great staff, but management / corporate need to fix the parking lot. Massive potholes everywhereEDIT ON 6/25/19: It has been over a month and nobody at Walgreens has taken the time to buy a $3 bag of gravel to pour in the MASSIVE pothole on the western entrance. It is at least 6 inches deep and if you hit it there is a good chance you could crack your wheel or cause damage to a low-to-the-ground vehicle.
Terrible
Its whatever. Just another Walgreens
The pharmacy staff here are the greatest Ive ever experienced. They are so kind and they treat you like an actual person and patient and are just so caring and professional. I have nothing but absolutely great things to say about this walgreens pharmacy. Thank you for what you do and how you treat your customers!
The customer service here and the pharmacy stafff are great! I was sick and wet to the clinic and was diagnosed, got my medicine on the spot. Everyone was kind and helpful. Thank you.
SSM quick clinic staff- 5 starsOn Friday the 7th, I was seen by the NP and her NA(?). These ladies were beyond wonderful. I wish I had both of their names. So kind and helpful! Really turned my day around and made me thankful for good hearted people like them. If you need quick care without the hassle and drama of the ER, I definitely recommend them.
Called today and was told that there was one caller ahead of me in the queue. I then was assaulted in a Noreaga-compound-seque manner with an exceedingly annoying, too-oft-repeating message of Our staff is busy taking other calls, please hold. It played roughly every 30 seconds. Perhaps the pharmacy believes that its senile and elderly silent-generation, and the drug-addled damaged brains of the boomer-generation customers tend to forget who theyre calling, why theyre calling, and why their phone call is going unanswered. The number of times this message repeated - much louder than the generic Muzak music playing in between the ear assault - filled me with an unparalleled, inexplicably frustrating rage. After waiting 35 minutes I hung up, defeated as no pharmacist answered. Having but a single, lone caller ahead of me I would imagine that 30 minutes certainly would have yielded a human being answering my call but I was certainly incorrect. This experience made apparent Walgreens pharmacy staff either does not pay mind to phone calls exceeding half an hour of wait - despite low-to-non-existant queues of people OR, more likely, that they are very busy. They are busy filling the innumerable scripts that baby-boomers are wont to consume, in an ever increasing amount, in a vain attempt to look and feel young forever. They certainly John Lennon Imagined themselves never trusting anyone over 30 and now that they are double that age, they have a crisis that only a panacea of pharmaceuticals can resolve. We all know that Walgreens pharmacys bread-and-butter are the selfish baby boomers - a generation that, in general, left their children with LESS than they had. This is due in no small part to their insatiable, avaricious desires and narcissistic spoiled all-about-me mindset. It doesnt take much to imagine a boomer on a phone call to the Walgreens pharmacy taking over an hour as theyre checking the status of 30 different scripts to treat every condition/ailment under the sun and BSing the pharmacist or assistant about how kids are just lazy these days because the boomer was able to afford college, a family, a home in the suburbs, a new car, a family vacation every year, all by just pulling up their bootstraps and giving a firm handshake, but these darn youngins just dont understand the boot straps and firm handshakes! These symptoms youre treating with pharmaceuticals are just part of getting older. Heres a firm handshake and a boot strapped pulled up note to you boomers - you are aging, your body is breaking down and will eventually, like everybody, pass on from this mortal coil. Youre not special. Nobody and nothing escapes it. You hogging Walgreens pharmacy phone lines, dialed up on a phone you barely understand how to use, with inquiries about your Viagra, Xanax and weight-loss Rx scripts is just more greedy, self-centered, shallow and narcissistic behavior. Be aware that the generations after you who dont have strong boot straps or firm handshakes have to deal with a global economic system you all put in place to give you cheap easy labor and consumer goods - we dont need 45 minute waits on the phone to Walgreens on top of it all. The nursing home staff in whatever filing cabinet your disillusioned children stick you in because after your divorce were too busy drinking and engaging in casual hookup culture to show them love and compassion will be filled with the peoples you used as a battering ram against the old established social order, and these people will hate you and no amount of calling Walgreens for 45 minute long discussions will save you from them.Anyway as a side note, I am concerned that the Walgreens pharmacy hold message may drive patients on medication for severe depression to the point of suicide or patients on SSRIs to some horrible homicidal behavior. By simply changing the frequency of the our pharmacists are busy message, and telling the boomers to hurry up so you can take the next call, you will save some lives.BTW, John Lennon Imagine is a utopian pipe dream.
The customer service at the pharmacy was horrible. I was told to get paperwork for a flu shot I would have to go to the next window. It was 2 steps away and the same girl ended up helping me (after helping someone who walked up just as I scooted my 2 steps over). She then said it would take an hour. Needless to say I left & went elsewhere to get it done in 10 minutes.
Lauren in pharmacy is extremely helpful and nice. She went above and beyond to help me.
Pharmacy drive-thru takes forever! I will be going back to CVS for my prescriptions!
I get my prescription at another Walgreens but they had no problem moving it over for me when I had to pick it up late at night! Polite and helpful!
Chris the manager was so nice and helpful!!
Hi, this is my neighborhood Walgreens. The past few days my husband came down with a rash. I suggested we go to the Walgreens Clinic to get it checked out; he was hesitant due to the Clinics being fairly new. My case was that he could see an APRN, and then immediately get a prescription filled while we were there if he needed one - close to home and convenient for care and prescription filling. I decided to go along with him and here is how it went.He did get a prescription; however the pharmacy was unable to fill it. The woman behind the counter notified my husband that it could not be filled. He then asked if she could call another Walgreens to see if they could fill it - with this being a rash, he wanted to get his script filled ASAP. She obliged but then after 10 mins informed us that the other Walgreens could not fill it either, and the soonest we could get it filled would be Monday, which was 3 days later. So, I asked if there was another recommendation or a similar item that could be substituted. She said she didnt know, and that we would have to ask the doctor. Now, not only do I work in healthcare, but I also have had the experience of my PCP ordering a script that was not a conventional option, to which the pharmacist made their recommendation, called my doctor, straightened it out, and then called me to let me know that an alternative has been recommended and would I be OK with the alternate script. So, I once again asked if there was an alternative that could be recommended and asked for approval from the APRN. The lady once again told me that they have nothing to do with the clinics and that if we wanted a different prescription, we would have to ask the APRN ourselves. I am absolutely disappointed with the lack of customer service and laziness that was displayed by this personnel. I work in healthcare, but am not clinical, however I do believe it is the within the job scope of the Pharmacist to make a recommendation and communicate this back to the ordering provider. NOT the job of the patient to take that information back to their provider and ask for something else. If we had not been standing right there, I highly doubt the pharmacy would have called us to tell us that they cant fill the script and to contact our doctor.Secondly, there was a blonde woman working behind the counter. In our 10 min wait, she was extremely rude to several of the elderly customers. I understand that elderly people dont understand their benefits, that they can be cranky and hard to explain things to - and that there is a high chance that she has to deal with this on a regular basis. It is still no excuse in my eyes to literally have zero empathy with your customers, not offer any kind of solution and to repeat to them you dont know anything and they will have to contact their insurance company, and then roll your eyes once they leave. Both of these put together were extremely extremely disappointing - not only to witness but the pure basis of my recommendation of the clinic to my husband, and to several others, has been based on the convenience factor of the clinic and pharmacy together. I am just so disgusted and honestly frustrated by the lack of customer service and lack of empathy we experienced and also witnessed. I dont think I can in good conscience get my scripts filled at this location anymore. It is surprising to have witnessed this given the day and age we live in of the customer experience.
Pharmacy is PAINFULLY SLOW ... and they don’t care.
Gave me easy, simple directions that even I couldnt screw up!
Always clean & great customer service!
The staff here are always friendly and helpful. Also, this is a 24 hour Walgreens.
Dont bother getting your prescription filled here. They are always out of stock. Plus, the parking lot looks like a moonscape. Fix the potholes already!
Awesome staff.
Open as always, and they had exactly what I needed
They were rude to the old lady in front of me
Awesome!!
