Ive always had a good experience, but I came In here and theyre always open until 12am on the weekend. Its a few minutes after 11pm and they gave me the the slash sign. I always come here late on weekends. I wouldve been maybe 5 minutes max? I always put tips In their Jar. Well, there wont be any tips anymore guys.

Sorry too say this about this store.I went in too see how much they charge for a Puff Plus Electronic Cigarette and I was floored.Found out that They wanted $18.00 Plus Tax for just one of them with 800 puffs.The Gas Station charges only $9.00 dollars which is way cheaper.Talk about Price Gouging!! It is Ridiculous!!😠

I was able to purchase a sweet little “lighter” to use for learning to solder jewelry. The young man working there was extremely polite and helpful (maybe because I am old enough to be his grandmother, lol!) - he answered all my questions very knowledgeably. He really knows all of his products behind the counter. There was also many beautiful and decorative hand-blown glass pipes. Even though I don’t smoke, I will be going back in the future because there all kinds of cool items stocked in the store!

These guys are truly helpful, and insightful when it comes to every product on their shelves. I prefer to support small business, and these dudes have mine every time. I recommend them to anyone in need of some great customer service and good products. Warm and friendly vibes throughout.

Customer service good, pricing high. I was in a bind, my vape device crapped out and I needed a new one. I ordered one online but it will take a few days to get here. So I went here to get an inexpensive device to hold me over until I got the one I ordered in. Got the cheapest device they had, 35 dollars, and went home. Afterwards I go online at direct vapor and the same device is selling for $15.

Pretty nice selection. One of many store locations in the area. Nice selection of papers, juices, water pipes, and hookas. If youre looking for a quality piece and dont want it broken during shipping, you can always buy a piece from them instead.

I went into this shop for the first time and I loved it! Their dog is the sweetest little thing and they have such a good and wide variety of products to fit any tobacco smokers needs.

5 stars, i dont live near this location but zack is a great guy and is always very helpful with buying the vape coils i need so i dont mind the drive

Opens earlier than any other store of the same genre, nice staff, there was a pitbull that walked me in and out if the door, but I am a dog person. So dont be shocked when greeted at the door by a pitbull, its friendly. Some people may not like that though.

This is my favorite smoke shop. Relaxed and friendly, and they have beautiful pipes, and the most reasonably priced and excellent kratom. They also have a great dog named Abby.

This is awesome store if they dont have what you are looking for then you probably wont find it anywhere else the staff is friendly and very helpful and the prices are decent and there is plenty of parking and the parking is free and like I said before this place has it all the only problem is they need more room but I do recommend this store.

Guys who work the counter are super nice and always give good recommendations. And I happen to love his sweet pitbull. She is usually asleep or minding her own business when shes not being pet by someone.

Very unhappy customer!! Bought a vape here a few weeks ago, seriously maybe 3 weeks, and today the thing just all of the sudden started hissing while it was sitting on my side table and when I grabbed it both the pod and the vape itself was VERY hot. I called over at Mr Smoke to see if they knew what was going on with it and was there a way to fix it. He then told me I could go get a receipt from them and mail it off. And I was like this is the only one I have I can’t mail it and wait for them to send me another. He then said he could maybe give me a discount on another. Lmfao u won’t take care of me as a customer now so why would I give you any more of my money?! I am familiar with the vape I have bc I had the same one for a long time before it finally gave out. I get that you make more money if I mail it off and come buy another with you while I wait for the replacement to come in but that is terrible customer service!! If there is a problem with something someone buys from you, the correct thing to do is to resolve the problem not tell your customer basically screw you!! If something needs to be mailed off you take the hit bc it is YOUR product!! Shame on you!!! Never again!!
