I had an appointment there this morning for some jewelry repair. The entire staff were very courteous and pleasant, in particular the person that helped me - Tashia Jennings. She was so helpful. She took her time with me to explain everything that needed to be done and the cost involved with the repairs that needed to be made. She was very professional and yet very friendly. While there I also looked at their vast inventory. They have a large selection of loose diamonds of high quality, and yet I found the prices very reasonable. Their selection of ready made wedding sets is vast as well, and their selection of all jewelry is large - much to choose from! I was impressed with the quality and pricing and I would recommend Jared to anyone looking to purchase or repair jewelry.

I have been going to Jared for the last 8 years to buy my fiancé’s jewelry. Specifically this one in Webster, TX. While stopping in to get my fiancé’s new engagement ring sized we decided to look for myself one. I had been eyeing some on the Jared website for a month or so, but really wanted to pick one out in person. Tasha was just the nicest and helpful to get the jewelry sized up and taken care of while Melody proceeded to help us try on and look at dozens of rings. It was such a joyful and excellent experience. These two women were so incredibly helpful even during a busy day, they took the time we needed to get both tasks accomplished. I ended up piecing a band and diamond together that day and am beyond satisfied with the outcome. The ring was completed so quickly and all major steps taken to make sure my diamond was of excellent quality. Melody and Tasha made the day extra special with their wonderful smiles, great guidance and excellent customer service skills!

Throughout the process of my fiancé getting my engagement band to us both getting our wedding bands Tashia Jennings has been beyond helpful. She was so friendly and always kept me up informed on the process. When my wedding band came back different than I was expecting Tashia took it into her hands to fix the issue. She made sure I wasn’t stressed and made sure I was happy with my band! I highly recommend asking for her when you go to Jared.

I went to Jared’s after the discouraging encounter I had at Robbins Brothers. I was so worried that trying on engagement rings was going to be an awful experience, but from the moment I walked into Jared’s I was taken care of. They asked what my name was and what I was interested in, and took their time helping me determine what I liked. Elvys worked with me for the majority of the time and he was so wonderful! He was funny and kind and made the experience so relaxing! He also openly discussed pricing and types of diamonds with me and explained that they could customize things to my liking which was so helpful! I highly recommend this Jared’s and I recommend getting some assistance from Elvys or Teresita. Excellent customer service!

Just a fantastic experience. The sales reps were polite and knew what they were talking about (I have a background in faceting and gemstones but never mentioned it). They treated my husband and I like valued customers even though we werent dropping car-loan sized money on a ring set, they had a far bigger selection of natural gemstone jewelry and were cheaper than anywhere else we had looked at that day locally. I was a bit cynical before we walked in because I personally cant stand thier commercials on TV, BUT after the experience we had last night I think it is a safe bet to say we will be repeat customers in the future if the service and selection continues to be as good as it was Valentines Day evening. I received great customer service from Anthony Starks. He replaced the battery on my Movado watch then discovered that it didnt need a new battery but that a part in the watch was broken. When I decided that I didnt want to have it fixed at Jared due to the cost, Anthony referred me to another smaller jewelry shop which I used in the end. He provided exceptional service and was very polite and helpful. He made my experience at Jared a great one, and I will return because of him.

I have been seeing alot of bad posts to Jared. I have had great experience with Melvin the manager. He took his time showed me items for my 10 yr Anniversary gift that I was looking for. He was not pushy just helpful in my search for a ring. I am in customer service industry as well and he treated me with dignity and respect. Do not buy opals from here. They are cheap opals that look nice but are way over priced and super sensitive. I paid $1000 for an opal necklace and it turned clear and yellow with no fire left and they wouldnt do anything about it. Just look up Ethiopian opals on eBay you will find better quality for way cheaper

I just had the WORST experience getting my ring fixed... The employeese were wonderful and helped the best they could but I think the people in the shop part need to be trained better. I took my ring in on Saturday to get my band (purchased at Kays) sized down to match my engagement ring and then have them both soldered together. When I went to pick up my rings on Monday they didnt seem right. I called Tuesday and asked why they were so big feeling... WELL they sized my engagement ring UP to match the wedding band instead!! I brought it back that same day to have it resized and soldered again. When I went to pick them up on Thursday they soldered the wedding band on the wrong side (I have a pear shaped engagement ring). Left it there AGAIN and picked it up today (Friday). Everything looked fine but when I got outside and saw it in the light, I noticed the back of my rings were paper thin and there were scratch marks where the ring WAS soldered. I went back in and they said they could add more gold to the ring but I should wait until after the holidays but they could fix the scratches today.. So I waited and they gave me my ring back. Walked outside and looked into the sunlight and noticed that a diamond was missing out of my engagement ring now. I went BACK in and they replaced the diamond or what ever they want to call that. The work is horribly done and it has a part poking out, scratches on it and the soldering looks like my child did it. The manager offered to order me another engagement ring, which is great BUT the issue there is that I got my wedding band from Kays. So now I have to take my rings BACK to Jareds and have them unsolder them AGAIN and take my damaged band to Kays to get an exchange and then wait 3-4 months for my replaced engagement ring to come in (fingers crossed its the right ring) then get those soldered together. Hopefully right this time!!!

Was looking to purchase a timepiece for an upcoming trip to Europe, plus going to leave the timepiece I was wearing for a simple cleaning, as I had always done in the past (Ive done business here before), and there was this gentlemen at the door; before I could finish explaining why I was there, he interrupted and said we dont do that anymore.Ladies and gentlemen, all these products cost relatively the same everywhere, (e.g. luxury timepiece, fine jewelry). What you really are paying for is the service and experience. Demand the best.

This was the worst experience Ive had as a customer. Please do not go to this place!!When I walked in the door (03/16/16) even though there were about 6 salespeople doing nothing, none of them acknowledged my husband or I. Eventually one girl did, but she quickly made another girl take care of us. The girl was polite and did find us a beautiful wedding ring set that we were supposed to pick up the next day because it needed to be resized. This ring cost almost $12,000 and we were going to pay more than half of the price.The next day I go in and have to approach a salesperson, because again they dont acknowledge us. The lady that assisted us was the only Hispanic lady working there and she went to go get my rings. When she shows us my ring, I immediately notice that the bands were extremely thin. She said that the diamond that was supposed to go on the engagement ring band could not fit and a smaller diamond would need to be ordered. I asked her if I could try on the rings and when I did, it felt like they were going to break in half. She also noticed how thin the rings were, and said she could have someone fix it. At this point I was very disappointed and was not sure of paying half of the money for the ring. As she was ringing us up, she said wow did you guys win the lottery or something? As if two young Latinos could not afford rings like that.My mistake was not telling my husband to not pay for the ring after all, however as we left I told him that I no longer wanted the ring because of the horrible customer service and how they thinned out my wedding band and tried to sell me less of the product I paid for. My husband returned to the store and requested to speak to the manager to get our money back and cancel the ring order. The manager tried to make every excuse in the book even stating that it was normal for rings to be thinned out. He even dared to ask my husband what he did as a profession because my husband told them that 12k was not that expensive of a ring when they said it was for us. The manager did accept the refund but we have to wait in part of it to be sent as a check in the mail.Overall this was the worst experience I have ever had. I was judged based on my age and ethnicity and tried to be robbed by the reduction of gold on my ring. Please do not go to this place, we got a better deal and amazing service at Robbins brothers across the street.

This store is one of the most overpriced places I have ever been to. I had lost my wedding band(yes bad husband move) and went to get a new one. My bands are not expensive I just wanted a plain looking tungsten one. I went in and tried on a few and found one I liked, at this point prices where no where to be seen. After putting the ring and it fitting well I said okay ill take this one, following up with the question of how much does it cost I was expecting around $100-140 seeing as my last Tungsten ring from a Jeweler was $85 dollars. I was shocked when she opened up the price and the Ring was $350, I asked if they had anything lower in price seeing as I didnt want anything fancy(the $350 ring wasnt fancy btw) she ended up pulling a few out to check the prices and multiple Tungsten rings were $400 to $500. The only thing they had under $200 was a tacky stainless steel monstrosity inlaid with what looked like red camouflage. I would recommend to avoid this placed seeing at they are marking up rings that cost them $25 to prices of over $300. It was actually really sad.

Bought the best engagement they Sold along with a beautiful designer ring at the Same time. They added my Expensive Diamond I bought elsewhere because there quality diamonds where not up to par. I paid for the Warranty and they Mounted the Diamond on the setting I bought from them. I brought ring back in to have it cleaned and they found a few diamonds already loose and also noticed a fracture where the setting was clamped down on it. They tried to tell me it was done by me but that would be impossible because of location. They inspected the Diamond before putting it on but never inspected it after. Its obvious that the Jeweler fractured this applying it to the setting. I was buying my mens wedding Band at that time. They never told me when I bought Warranty it did not cover my Diamond but only the Setting! After a heated conversation and me telling them I was now not going to by My $2500.00 wedding band now they agreed to replace it. I Bought new ring thinking everything was fine and I left the Engagement ring with them so they could send it to the lab to replace Diamond. 1 month later we call to ask about it and they said it was in. I never received a call. So I go back to Jareds where I bought it on Bay area blvd at Bay Brook Mall area to inspect it. As soon as I get there they tell me that corporate denied my claim and where not going to replace it. I am furious at this response considering I was already told they would and they are the ones that damaged it. At this point I just Want to refund my 13,000.00 worth of rings and keep my 12,000.00 diamond. There is no amount of Money that this company could pay me to ever buy another item from them!!!!!!!!

Horrible experience! Gwen the store manager was not helpful or willing to hear about our concerns. She was nonchalant with our issue. We have a watch that has been out for OVER two months and the TAG watch is not even 6 months old. Their communication skills are poor and it is because they failed to update the system with new the timelines. All they did was point fingers at each other and blame everyone for their mistakes. Don’t buy a high end anything there....they don’t take your money seriously. Gwen can’t make “in the moment” manger calls. I would recommend that she at least smile every once in awhile..would help out future issues with customers.

One of the worst experiences Ive had!! I saw tons of rings online and the jeweler told didnt have any of them in store. I asked to see the ones they had in store and got clerked, sold me a ring that was way over my budget and nothing compared to the one I had seen online. I ended up exchanging the ring and getting my money back after finding a much cheaper and better quality ring at Zales. When I went to return it the man gave me my money back with an attitude and was very rude.

Before Christmas I took my Mother-in-law to have her rings sized. We had to go back a second time because they were not sized correctly. Between the Salesperson Jenny, the General Manager Gwen and the Service Manager Chuck we could not have asked for better service. Just tried to get a ring resized and the experience was quite awful. The quoted us more than the first time we went in, but that really wasn’t even an issue. The woman who was trying to help us was short and abrasive. She lacked volume control and wasn’t interested in anything we had to say about our we brought in. I bought an engagement ring and wedding rings from the Jared’s on Bay Area Boulevard near the Baybrook Mall in Webser, Texas. The diamond has a flaw in it, which, I believe that the salesperson, Phil, knowingly sold to us without informing us.The flaw is visible with the naked eye. It is not something that a jewelry professional would miss. It’s a large vertical crack on the underside of the stone. When it was mounted it was hidden with one of the studs on the diamond mount. When we viewed the stone on their digital display microscope, it was not noticeable.Shortly before the wedding, we had the rings resized. When I picked up the ring, the clerk who checked them out started acting very nervous as he was giving it a final inspection. He said that there was something wrong with the stud and started frantically making adjustments to it. I didn’t think much of it at the time.I’m not sure exactly when my wife noticed the crack, but, she didn’t tell me until after the wedding. At first, we thought that maybe someone had switched out the diamond. We went to the store, and showed them the diamond. We verified that it was the correct one. We looked at the stone from various angles under the microscope which made it visible. At the time, the manager, Todd, assured us that he would resolve the situation. He sent it to the head office and they wouldn’t replace it.Long story short, the manager, Todd, did not stand by his word by replacing the stone. The salesperson, Phil, must have been aware of the flaw when he sold us the stone. This is an example of extremely sleazy sales tactics and unscrupulous business practices.

We visited the store Feb 2017.Chose and purchased an engagement ring and wedding bands.Ive been wearing the engagement ring since March 2017.June the rings were brought in to be cleaned/polished and the engagement ring resized before our wedding.While on our honeymoon I noticed a cracked in the diamond (according to Jared imperfection).It wasnt there when we choose or purchased it.Neither was it there prior to having the ring cleaned and resized.We went to the store informed them of this and the ring was taken and sent to head office and returned with the same stone.The manager called my husband saying were to come in a choose a different stone.When we got there he had ordered one.We looked at it it was worse than the one in my ring.I wont even bother to continue.Take your business elsewhere is my recommendation.I know I wIll never recommend Jared to anyone and I look forward to one day replacing this defective diamond/wedding band with something that doesnt have a crack staring you in the face.

Went to get my new engagement ring resized (which was not purchased at this location). I called ahead to let them know I would be coming at 6 when they said it would be ready (they never called me to let me know I could get it). When I showed up they confirmed my last name and pulled out a tiny thin engagement ring. I said what is that? He said oh its how we keep track of them its a tag and picture thats put on when you come in. I said that is NOT my ring. He then proceeded to panic and found the 2nd band in the bag that the smaller ring went with. He said oh here it is! I said that is NOT my ring either, where is my fn ring? Its twice the size of both of those combined! Are you kidding me?? He then proceeded to go in full panic mode and search through all the rings behind the counter. He finally found it and told me it was his mistake because the other rings owner had the same last name. LOL you have got to be kidding me! He almost gave me someone elses ring with NO hesitation. And Im assuming that if the other person with the same last name had come in first, they wouldve walked out with a ring twice the size of what they brought in. What a mess!!! I will never EVER bring my jewelry to this location again! I was hot and they got lucky my fiance wasnt there to raise hell.

I bought a pair of earrings and 3 Pandora charms for my wife, for our Anniversary. After looking online, I found the most beautiful pair of earrings a Pardora charm(from the new collection) with her favorite color (x2) and another to commemorate how I feel about us. I was working in another state at the time and contacted this Jareds and spoke with Meagan to see if they had/could have these items in stock, in which they did. Unable to sign for anything physically she walked me through their credit approval process, adding my wife as a signer only to complete the purchase and that is when the fun began! I had no way to get my wife to just go to Jareds and pick up these gifts, so we worked on a plan and told a little fib to my wife about getting her ring (that was purchased at Jareds) cleaned on our anniversary where they had a free gift. After many back and forths between Meagan and I we had come up with The Plan! And it was awesome. They greeted her at the door, passed her off to Meagan and cleaned her ring to a perfect sparkle. She then handed her a bag with her gift while Meagan held the phone while I facetimed my wife I watched her open each piece and could she her smile and tear up when she saw the earrings. It was a blessing, she was a little embarrassed but she was elated, and was smiling from ear to ear with a few tears mixed in. Thank you so much to the staff here and Meagan for going the extra mile. I love this store.
